I frequently go to Pawn King because its behind my house and its a sure way to get cash when needed. Ally is awesome and always fair as well as helpful. Really all of the staff are nice and helpful as well as fair. compared to E Z Pawn where they treat you like half a person and your stuff isnt worth anything and offer you pennies on the dollar. I will never go back to E Z Pawn. Rude staff and they dont offer you anything close to the price of your items!

Ive been going to the 19th Avenue Pawn King in Moline for a few years now. I always get pawn loans because thats my stuff and I want it back! Last month I went in there and got a $60 loan on a Schwinn 26 in Sidewinder mountain bike. This was on the 29th of March. I had my TV flat screen smart TV, JBL essential Bluetooth brand new in box and I had some black web Bluetooth earbuds in the Box. When I went in there to get my loan I found out the maturity date on the other two and she said that they were due on the 30th? Im not going to say any names but I did tell her Im not getting paid until tomorrow and if I could have another day to come and pick them up. I went the following day and she said that the maturity date was expired and they put my items out on the Shelf to be sold! Made me kind of furious because your word is your word and I know what she said. Im not going to let this deter me from going there because when money is tied at the end of the month theyre the only ones that will help me I just got to be more on it when it comes to your maturity date cuz they will take your stuff. Thank you pain King for all your business.

These stars represent the Moline store. Wonderful, helpful,friendly employees! I would recommend Moline Pawn King to anyone! East Moline with the exception of Lori are not friendly or helpful! Ive used pawn king for years now and the last time I was in East Moline pawn king they wouldnt give me a loan went to Moline pawn king they loaned me $100. The time before that East Moline offered me $20 went to Moline got $60! East Moline Pawn King employees are NOT helpful or friendly! How is there so much discrepancy between 2 stores owned by the same people?!

I dont know anything about the other pawn king shops. But I will tell you that your pawn king on 7th street moline,illinois. Is the best place to go if you are in a hard spot in life.. The people who work there is more like family!!!!! The people there are so polite and caring and will do what they can to help and make sure you are satisfied and taken care of. No matter what. So I would just like to say. If you need help from one month to the next or one week to the next. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. The people treat you like Family. Update: bike ended up having an issue and Jordan took care of things with zero fuss. Treated my 17 yr old son with nothing but respect and kindness. This place is fine for shopping nice and clean just not a ton of product. If youre trying to sell something I think EZPAWN down the street is better. I have brought in a couple item on 3 different occasions and the never buy anything as a matter of fact they wont even look up the value of things and just say know. They are pretty nice but seem to be unknowledgeable on what items are.

Stopped in today to browse, my 7 year old daughter saw a nintindo switch that she wanted .....i asked to see it ..the gentleman said sure ..(very nice guy ) unfortunately the switch wasnt in the best condition broken door on the back and screen had some pretty nasty deep scratches..i asked the lady that stepped in if she would take any less for it since i have always been able to work something out with other staff ...she said no i wont ...i said ok ..im not interested ...she said whatever i have someone coming for it anyway .....i replied i didnt need to know that ...since my 7 yr old daughter was standing there ....she had very little sales tact ...and absolutely zero customer service skills ...im an adult and can ignore her rude comments .....my daughter however was heartbroken at her nasty response to us ......bad for business*update*I spoke with JAY from another location,Id like to say thank you to him for being so helpful,as this is one of my go to places for a great sale and experience!

Would throw in a free game if I bought the Wii. Was anxious to sell it. Now I know why. Sensor is bad. Cant even play it. They probably let a friend or relative sell it to the shop. It was sitting on the counter and the employee wanted to get rid of it.
