I enjoy going to the store but the cashiers are not very friendly.

Very big, bright, and open store! Kept quite clean and organized as well. Honestly the best Big Lots Ive ever been to.

Was good the help I got finding what I was looking for was wonderful.

Store nice and clean. Staff friendly. Store layout is consistent. Parking lot lines could be repainted. Hard to tell if one is in the right space.

This store had a nice variety and there was plenty to look at. It was also clean and someone even took the time to ask if we needed help which is hard to find any more in itself. We didnt buy much but we must say we would go back again.

Parking lot was mostly empty, calm atmosphere.

They have a small recliner chair that will go great in my space. I bought it yesterday and the sales clerk went above and beyond helping me and also got me the discount that was ending at midnight! 👍👍

Had a big table saying 50% off but the $8 item was ring up at $6 and the cashier kept saying it didnt matter because it was still on sale. I gave up and didnt buy it.

Honesy the service is not the greatest but hey-its BIG LOTS so I dont expect much. But this one is clean and well organized.

We just stop in to see if they had any party supplies, we asked the lady at the desk if they had any . she answered YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT A MINUTE!!!! loud and rude!! we turned around walked out . and probably never returnthis woman needs fired!!!

Clean store and good selection. Staff was friendly. Browser around and you will find some good deals. Not everything is a bargain, but some items were much cheaper than what you would find in a department store.

I love a good bargain, and I found a lot of bargains today. I bought my Christmas tree for next year....I couldnt pass up 75% off. The store is clean and kept organized. The staff is welcoming and helpful.

Everything I needed was there even an item that it said online they didnt have in store. It was a Christmas miracle. And I was so excited I forgot until I got home that I didnt have them scan my bar code for my discount. I called and they said to come back and the manager would do an adjustment for me. Thank you Big Lots for all your help and kindness!!! I highly recomend shopping here at this store. All the staff were very polite and professional🌲👍

Much more inventory selection than I thought they had previously. We have bought our sectional here and they were nice enough to even help load it into my truck. I even forgot to bring my straps and they were kind enough to let me purchase some right as they were closing. The couch is still intact even with my kids treating it like its a trampoline at times.

October 14th already playing christmas music. Wait till November 1st atleast.

I was looking for a mattress.They had an abundance of mattresses and furniture. Pillows, bedding.....ect.Three employees, 2 exceptional, one quite obviously not in the right profession. Thank you for your kindness Donna, and Management ♥️

Nice clean store,friendly staff,only draw back low inventory

I stood at the check-out for 10 minutes even though there were 3 registers available. Finally, someone waited on me at one of the empty registers.

Bought a twin mattress and employee s where very helpful.

Decent prices, low stock choices. Temp in store was hot. Parking lot full of water from rain not draining.

Helpful staff and good experience as per the usual from this big lots.

Good to know that they are open and providing options for grocery purchases.

Store is beautiful however the manager is very rude and rude staff. She told me she was checking the back to make sure that they had the box springs I was purchasing in stock. I asked her if it was ok to meet her up front so that I could continue shopping in which she said no very rudely. After purchasing she told me that I would need to pull my car right in front of the store. I asked if that was necessary since we knew what we knew what we were coming to purchase and parked in the closes spot to the store in which she cut me off when speaking and said yeah you need to pull to the front. Customer service was very terrible and would most definitely steer customers from shopping at this new location.

Decent sale prices at times, but sometimes they leave up the old sale price on the shelf and at register expect you to want to pay the higher ring-up price

I was trying to purchase an item that was advertised in store as 50% off but it rang up incorrectly. The old rag cashier (Cynthia) told me that her boss was on an important call and couldnt come and make the price adjustment so Id have to pay the full price!! I told her that was unacceptable and she said why is that?. OMG, worst retail employee and experience ever. Who even tries to pull that??
