2hour loading good. Paperwork waiting 30 min

According to the broker Appointment was at 5PM on a friday. Made it the shipper at 4:57 PMI was told to come back at 6:00 PMMade it back at 6:00 PM was told my appointment was at 11:30 AM on a Saturday.Don’t know who is at fault.Made it back to the shipper next day at 8:00 AM thought they might feel bad for me since the broker and the shipper didn’t communicate with each other.Was told to come back at 11:30AMMade it back to the shipper and it’s now Past 1PM still at the shipper.There are other trucks here getting loaded and they arrived after me and left before me.Shipper please have mercy on us OTR truck drivers load us in a timely manner. Please communicate with brokers.

Little slow at guard shack everything else is fine parking on entrance if you come early they took before apt my luck works try yours and neat n clean place

They r taking too lond for loading and unloading also on the guard shack taking too long jus giving the paperwork .. they r too rude they waste too much time of the truckers

Be careful 10 to 15 hours wating for pick up they dont have forklift drive check in only on time early or late not accept I dont know? Why they make appointments very bad service 👎👎 nobody nothing care for drivers

They don’t even deserve a one star all mf super slow take 9 hours to load and still light is red.just keep saying we are working on iti recommend drivers plzz dont come here to pick or drop a load

A simple drop&hook turned into a a day. Pre-loaded trailer was already refused once for being too heavy on the drives. They say they reworked it, but they obviously didnt and expected me to take it as-is. Still too heavy on the drives since they loaded 44k lbs of canned food in the front 5/8th of the trailer. I feel like a loader should know better and be able to look at an improperly loaded trailer and see the problem right away. Instead they want to argue and make you feel like the bad guy for trying to avoid a huge overweight ticket. Wasted a day when they could have just loaded it properly and had me on my way instead of wasting a day because they refuse to rework a load.

Easy check in and out. Empty less than 2 hours

They take a long time to load the truck over five hours so if you come to pick up a load make sure you have a plenty time

Efficient employees, friendly and quick. Facility is spacious and easy to get in and out. Maybe its just that way during winter?? but Ill take it!

Nice place with plenty of room. Arrived on time and was told to check back 3 hrs later. On the plus side, they offered a spot to drop my trailer. Came back or called two more times. Both times they told me another hour. I finally told them I would check back in the morning. The one star is for stringing me along and having no respect for the drivers time.

Decent place but horrible check in and out. Takes 10 x longer to check in and out than to drop in hook. The line is always in the street to check in cause it takes so long. They need someone to help them change this process. I’ve been here to get an empty trailer and waited an hour just to get in.

5 hours to get loaded never ever get a load from here

Getting in and out can take a while. But they loaded me quick.

Ive always had a good experience here with the guards. They even give my dog a treat. My company does drop & hooks here & the lot is nice & organized with plenty of room to work.

Guard people are nice but cant seem to get you loaded so you can scale cat scale a mile from location back and forth 2 times hoping its right too heavy on drives 2 hours to readjust load each time here at 8:15 still here trying to get load legal 3pm still here otherwise nice place driver lounge w/toilet 😁

Got me loaded quick around 1 hr. Then it took one more hr to stay in truck line to get paperwork at guard shack.

This place always loads heavy.. Be sure to scale your load. Cat scale right up the street..Been coming into this location for several years now. Only had to return to be reworked a couple times..Be patient, but cover your butt and scale it..

Terrible. Don’t bother showing up early, they won’t let you check in more than 5 minutes early. They are so slow! It took them 5 hours to load the trailer. They would load a pallet, then disappear for an hour and then load another and disappear again and so on.

This place is worst for truck drivers.thry hold the drivers at least 15 to 20 mnts to check in n for check out, its the same.1 lady works as a security guard,I never seen smile on her in between of this 1 n half yr.she talks so rudely with drivers.i wish I never have seen face

Dont plan on getting out of here in less than 2 hours, even with a preload drop and hook. Took me 45 minutes just to get in the gate and over 2 hours to get out.

6 trucks in line to check out took over two hours. They are loaded up just waiting for the bills and seal. I will never haul for ConAgra foods again.
