Purchased less then 30 days ago, wanted to put my prescription in them and realized the frame was to small. These have never been worn and have my original receipt. Gal in store said they had a scratch and could not be returned. I explained I could not wear them even if I wanted to, I need prescription lenses. Awaiting Manager for approximately 30 min. I’m of mature age, just couldn’t believe the lack of customer care.

Ive always had nothing but a great experience when shopping at other sunglass Hunt locations, unfortunately I cant say the same about this location. Although the associate that assisted me was very professional and helpful I couldnt help to notice how some of the other associates stare customers down and talk bad about them. There was an older gentleman whom seem to be the supervisor or maybe even the store owner helping an older lady, he was so cocky and rude towards her it made me uncomfortable.

Waited over an hour outside because the business hours are inaccurate on google. When I brought this up to Gabriella she very rudely told me that there was nothing that can be done about it and it was too bad that I waited outside for 75 minutes. Horrible customer service.

I have always had stellar service from the associates at this store. They are professional, kind, helpful and they are honest about what does and doesn’t work on my face. I cannot say enough great things about this store and it’s people.

Nicholas did a great job helping me out and offering me the protection plan on my sunglasses.

From the moment we walked in GABRIELA was rude, short, disrespectful, and not professional by any means. She said only touch the glasses if you absolutely want to try them on She clearly needs a lot more training on customer service. She never smiled once, she kept using phrases like like I said, I dont know what to tell you. I wouldve walked out but I didnt want to ruin the experience for my son since he found some glasses that he really liked. You DO NOT treat a customer in that manner period let alone a customer spending over $300. Finally after making her sale she hands the glasses to my son and when I asked for a bag she said we dont have any have a nice day in a sarcastic way.Im really contemplating taking the glasses back only because I dont want her making any kind of $ from my transaction after the way she treated us. I will be contacting corporate.

I bought a pair of expensive Ray-Bans in August of 2018. Within a couple months the lens was falling out because the frame was becoming loose. So I took them in (instead of fixing them myself and voiding the warranty) thinking Id get a replacement pair. Instead, the manager tightened the frame.2 to 3 months later the lens fell out again, so I went back into the store and they were fixed again. I told them this happened before and I was told why this sometimes happens.2 to 3 months later, lens on the floor again. This time I demanded a new pair. I told them the either the screw or the frame was stripped and thats likely why the lens kept falling out as the frame became loose over time. This time the manager tightened the frame and told me the screw was stripped and not the frame, and it wouldnt happen again...It did. Two days ago the lens fell out and down the stairs and was scratches. I was furious. I went to the store, told the girl working the whole story and she said, Well, you have owned them for over a year so, theres not much we can do..Ive contacted Ray-Ban corporate. This is ridiculous. Since i bought this $278 pair of sunglasses Ive worn my old pair of $25 glasses more than Ive worn these. Sunglasses Hut, who did kept telling me they fixed my glasses over and over and over are now saying Ive had them too long to replace them, but THEY are the reason Ive owned them this long....Youd think that when you spend this much money on glasses youd be treated better than someone who bought sunglasses at the local CVS pharmacy.... But no. It seems that once you buy them, theyll do ANYTHING not to eat the money you spent on them by replacing them!!!This isnt nearly over. Im so angry I know Im never going to stop until I get these POS sunglasses replaced....

Each time Ive came in the store the employees follow me all over the store like Im going to steal something, which I never have I actually brought 4 pairs of Versace glasses from you sunglass hut, also last week I went in a an employee was going to sell me 400 dollar pair of glasses with scratches all over them, I asked her may I have a new pair those were the ones everyone tries on, she told me no they didnt have a new pair but she has boxes that came in with inventory but shes not going to go through them until 4pm. I couldnt believe it, Im a paying customer yet you wont check the box for a new pair. Obviously she doesnt know how to create revenues for your company.

No good experience. Check your stuff before leaving the store for scratches and stuff 2-3 times bc after few days (within exchange/return period)they try to give you half of the money back. Chick named Gabby with glasses got not sense of customer service idk why bother working there.
