Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable on what they sold. Both associates asked me a few questions and correctly determined my sisters wrist size and provided me alternatives should it not fit.. All right before closing. Ill be back for charms on mothers day!

Every pandora store i’ve been too there so helpful... if somethings out of stock they help me find something similar, this store however didn’t. i’ve gone to this pandora store twice this month to return a ring and i came back again to buy charms. i got this lady she’s short and looks young, she is no help at all. when returning a ring she told me were all out. and she just looked at me, literally just looked at me..? aren’t you suppose to offer too show me something similar or help me look into other rings? i went yesterday and i wanted to see charms and she did the exact same thing. told me they didn’t have the charm (which they did i saw it on the layout) didn’t offer me to find another similar or anything. it ruined my experience for pandora. i walked out and did not come back and i will not be coming back. there was another lady working and she seemed beyond helpful, offering the lady many different things etc.

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff was so rude and unprofessional.

We were basically just looking for jewelry. Customer service lady was very helpful and so courteous!

Great customer service that makes the process quick and smooth

This normally my go to pandora since its closest to home and normally have the best service here but today was the poorest ive experience, the lady who helped me today somewhat was preoccupied with her other coworkers conversation and i felt like she was rushing me to decide to buy or not.i asked to see few earrings and was having a hard time deciding since its for my mother in law, i wasnt even there for more than 15 min. And she tells me and my daughter to go ahead and walk around and when weve decided to come back and buy the earrings. That right there really got me. Its like sayi g she has better things to do than wait for me to decide which earring to buy.

Went to PANDORA in the mall today and was told because of the sale they were having they would not be able to clean my 3 rings purchased from them. The lady who helped us wasnt even assisting anyone and the store was not busy nor was it close to closing time either. Some of the WORST customer service I have ever received. I refuse to purchase anything again from them and will tell everyone we know to stay away because of the horrible customer service.
