Every year Zales is amazing. This year we went again and had amazing service and walked away with another piece of jewelry. This time it was a piece from the wedding Disney collection. Ursula. I had issues with the stockton Zales so i called customer service and asked for a transfer to modesto and we were helped by Mary, the customer service in modesto is beyond excellent! We got our issue resolved and a fun time there as well . She helped up very generously and we left more then happy ! By far the best experience. She was very nice as well and helped up us in the most comfortable way . Thank you !

I ordered over the web the wrong chain and wanted to exchange it. The First Lady that helped me wasn’t very helpful so after talking to Customer Service on line, I went back in and was assisted by a younger associate, who did my return, and then Nina who found a chain that would work with my pendant. Nina has excellent customer service and is very nice. If you need to go to Zales in Modesto ask for Nina!!

We walked in because we had time to kill. My husband found a 3 piece set that he wanted to surprise me with for Valentines Day and it was what we could afford. They were busy so we waited and stood for 40 minutes at the counter. No one greeted us for the entire 40 minutes that we waited. When we were finally being helped we found out that the price that the set was advertised at was incorrectly advertised and was actually more than double the price shown. They would not give it to us for the advertised price. My husband knew I had my heart set on it and bought it for me anyway because he wanted to be sweet and make sure I had what I wanted. Worst shopping experience Ive ever had. We will never be going back.

Worst customer service ever! Do not shop here. They do not honor warrrenty program and avoid sending back to manufacture for repairs. I haven’t had my engagement ring for over 2 months. Better off going to a local jeweler. If you do purchase here immediately get your ring appraised and proper pictures to keep it identifiable.

I’ve called this location three times today and the phone just rings and rings.... the store is open and nobody answers the phone? A simple greeting and can you please hold would at least let me know someone has a common sense of customer service.

Horrible customer service. I recently moved to the are from Reno and this is now the store that I have to deal with. I say I have to because I bought a wedding set that needs to be taken in every 6 months in order for the life time warranty to be valid. Incase something happens with the diamond or the setting.Customers never get acknowledge. I been to this location twice. The first time a week ago and was there for an hour. The lady that was helping me was great but while customers came in and out no one bothered to greet them.Today we where standing there for 20-30 min waiting and no one bother to say Hi we will be right with you simple customer service. Acknowledge your customer.Once one of the reps became free he ignored us once again and went straight to help another young lady that had just walked in. Even after we informed him that we where next. James (thats this sales persons name) didnt care, and proceeded to help the lady. I asked to speak with his manager or assistance and to my surprise she was one of the three that where on the sales floor (directly next to us and she also ignored us). No wonder the reps act the way they act. Management does not set a better example.

I was treated like a queen!!!! Abdul Khesrawi (store manager) was so helpful, I bought the Disney Collection BELLE ring and lost a piece of the ring, he replaced my ring. Lost my paperwork and he found it... I was one of the Happiest princesses ever.. Thank you ABDUL KHESRAWI

My husband bought my engagement ring from zales and its beautiful. Thanks to the lady that helped him. I am so happy with my ring. I went to the store later to find some matching stud earings and they were very helpful and helped me in finding some. I havent had no problems yet.

When it comes to getting money back from Zales-- its like NO WAY-- its just too hard for them to do this in a timely manner, 4 to 6 weeks is NOT a timely manner. Their system went down while they took my money from my checking account. So I could NOT get my jewelry and of course I could NOT get my money, excuse system went down, no receipt. Still waiting for Nina to return my money back. This leaves a VERY Bad taste in your mouth when such a big company takes this long and you have Nothing to show for them taking your money ?? My fiance and I bought my wedding set here back in December, the lady made snide comments to my fiance about his skin tone compared to my daughters, even though we had just gotten done explaining theyre his step kids but the only dad theyve ever known. In heinz site none of it was any of her business, and she didnt dare say it in front of me.So Sunday I go in for my 6 month inspection/cleaning. Who was there to help us.... You guessed it! As our wedding is a few months out I decided to have him sized and get a few ideas for his band. After 5 years... I know him better than he knows himself and after all Im the one making the purchase. He isnt liking any of the rings he is asking to see or the ones she is suggesting. I glance at the case and ask her to pull out a ring.... She says uh, no not that one and continues to pull out others like ones he has already not liked. I continue to ask for this ring and she continues to not hand it to me. I would have just walked out at this point except my ring was in the process of being cleaned. So I blatantly tell her I want to see that ring.... And well well which ring did my fiance end up wanting..... You guessed it again! I would have bought it on the spot except I refused to make another purchase from her.... I look up at him and say jewelry stores are a dime a dozen, Im sure we can find you the ring at another store. I get my ring and we go on our way. Walk into Daniels buy the same ring for almost $170 cheaper and much better service.

The worst place to buy jewelry I cant believe I drove 8 hours back and forth for my bracelet the bracelet I bought for 3000 was worthless the plaque Bends the gold letters are falling off I took it back to fix in return it bends now.
