My husband and I walked into Kay Jewelers just to look around. However, this lady Maryam approached us and showed us some amazing rings and necklaces. Even though we didn’t need anything, but after looking at some beautiful sets, I quickly picked an amazing set. Her customer service was amazing... very kind, respectful and honest. She didn’t rushed us which I loved the most. I highly recommend anyone shopping at Kay Jewelry to see Maryam for your jewelry needs @ vintage fare mall.

If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my ring in for a simple ring size, it came back with a diamond missing, multiple broken baguettes and damage to the band. It was sent back out to be returned with the diamond fixed by the scratches and broken baguettes still there. Then it was supposed to be sent out again only to find out 5 weeks later, it was never even shipped. Now 3 months later I am still waiting for it back. Will never recommend.

I went to Kay jewelers for shopping to get something nice and reasonable price the person that she help me her name is Mariam she was wonderful professionals and knowledgeable and then she made my day and her experience made me to open up the Key Jeweler’s account and then go shopping more often and also recommending all my families and friends to shop at Key Jeweler Instead of going to Macy’s pennies and other places that you’re getting everything more expensive in kay you will get good quality and then some thing that you love it thank you so much Maryam for all your help thanks

The customer service was not the best. Their Covid-19 precautions were overboard. We were looking at wedding rings and saw a ring we liked but the sales person talked down to us and called it a fashion ring. All the sales lady wanted was more commission and did not care about what the customer wanted. They should be happy to make any sale regardless of the sale price!

They put me on hold for 10 minutes on the phone when I needed to pick it up on my way home all I wanted to know was the latest time they closed online is at 7 PM but they told me 8 PM would’ve been nice to know now I have to start working hour early tomorrow just to flip and get there in time to pick up the jewelry when I’m done I will never use these guys again they even forgot to suggest an additional class to one of the charms that I ordered I recommend you go to any other Kay jewelers but this one

Destiny provided exceptional service. Let me begin by stating that I had originally brought my ring in for a repair. Then everything shut down because of the pandemic. My ring was still in the repair shop and I had moved across the country without my ring. Destiny did everything in her power to get it back to me in a safe and efficient manner. I do not regret taking my ring to Kay Jewlers in Modesto. DESTINY IS THE BEST!

I been customer for a few years know I have never seen the reviews people are leaving and Im surprised 😮 negative i have never been more satisfied with a jewelry store the quality of the jewelry is great my wife has 5 rings she gets compliments all the time in how beautiful they are plus the customer service is exceptional 😊 I dont know how people say that they are rude every time Im in there i see how they treat people very passionate about their job and very patient i dont leave many reviews but I had to on this one 🙂

A diamond was dropped on my ring and I brought it to this shop to have it repaired and they did not want to repair it because it was more than 6 months without bringing it to a cleaningIt is clear that when I bought this ring with them I added a life insuranceCovering cleaning damage to the ring and the labor and parts includedThen I wonder what it pays to pay for insurance, if when you need it, it does not work 😞👎

I went in for both a gift for my girlfriend and a mother day gift. Im reading about everyones poor experiences and Im feeling surprised. Im not sure if I dealt with a completely new staff or if the current staff was having a really good day. I say this because I received excellent service and I didnt see anyone else that was there leave upset. Most other jewelry stores in the mall ignored me or belittled me because I am a younger man and they assume I wasnt serious about buying or that I had no money. I was greeted by a tall older man who was helping a couple. The two women that helped me were great. The first women helped me choose the jewelry and the other accepted my request to do a custom box job to hold the bracelet and ring I bought for my girlfriend. They offered a bag with a bear to go along with the mothers day gift and gave me ideas on what to write in the card. The proceeds were going to St Jude. My mom donates to them so I knew she would like it even more for that reason. I had a great experience. They were friendly, we held proper conversations while there were technical things going on which kept things from getting awkward, and I left satisfied with the gifts in hand. To those who had bad experiences, Im sorry and I hope you receive better service next time. Thanks for taking the time to read my review.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Very rude and careless. I can’t wait to pay off my account and be done with them. They do not care about their customers at all and definitely don’t sale the quality of what they charge. I learned that the hard way. STAY AWAY FROM KAYS NOT WORTH IT!

The manager at this store is as rude as can be. I went into the store browsing for an engagement ring and was treated like I was a waste of her time. Not only did she make me feel like I was a nuisance but insulted me as well. I was told to look at either Clairs or Icing for a ring... Now thats a way to lose a costumer. I understand that I am 18 years old but age should not define how you treat your customers nor should their budget.

Destiny was very rude as soon as she saw us. My husband and I went in to pick up my wedding ring which was being repaired. Another employee was helping us and we decided to look around while he was getting my ring ready. Destiny emmediately came up to us and told us to go stand by the front and wait for my ring. I think she may be the manager, which makes her behavior even more unacceptable. We were considering purchasing another item, but decided we did not want to give them any more of our business.

Went in to get my ring cleaned really quick. Long story short....they lost one of my diamonds when the lady took a tooth brush to it and told me Id had to pay to have it replaced......Ok I understand that diamonds fall out of settings, but I DIDNT LOSE THE DIAMOND! They were incredibly rude and I ended walking away with a damaged ring. Horrible. You want a nice piece of jewelry with wonderful service? Go to Gabriels

This store is horrible. Destiny is extremely rude, she had an attitude with me & my husband as soon as we got there, tried to make us feel like idiots. My ring needed cleaning & the setting had come out of place, quite obvious to see but she claimed she couldnt see it & didnt know what I was talking about. She was even rude to one of the other associates there while we were waiting for her. Must be a terrible place to work at if mostly everyone is so rude. Never going back there again. Find a better jeweler!!

I had my wedding ring resized and the prongs repaired a few months ago. One stone fell out before leaving the store and just had another stone fall out. Because its past their 90 days they wont warranty their work. Ive had this ring for 22 years and never had a stone fall out. Now 2 within months of each other after the work they did. Ill never go back!! Dont trust them with your jewelry!!

They are unorganized, jewelry is poor quality, and employees are rude. I went with my boyfriend to order a ring, we picked out a promise ring and ordered it and came a few days later to pick it up. Within the first couple of weeks, a diamond fell out. I went back to see about replacing it and they said that neither of our names or numbers were in the system so they couldnt do anything about it. How is it possible that we are not in the system when we just bought a ring from there? And the lady was very rude who I talked to. I am definitely never buying anything from Kay jewelers again.

We went to see about replacing a diamond that had been lost from my daughter in laws engagement ring. Yes, it was almost closing time 8:55. The gate to the store was down, the young girl said it was 5 after see my watch. Funny our I phone said the above. She actually laughed at us and said well yours is wrong.Im from Virginia Beach and my Kays bend over to help you. Well find another one in the area to do our business with.

Tried to return a watch that my Wife bought me for fathers day. The watch was sized by them and they did not let me return it even after just a day, never been worn. They didnt even do a good job the strap came loose, and now i have to go see there faces again. Any watch that you buy and has been sized by them they will not let you return it even after just one day of having the watch. (Keep that in mind when buying a watch from them.) I Should of gone to Amazon and bought it $100 cheaper.

Employees are extremely rude and disrespectful. If you dont look like your worth a million bucks do not go in there. One of the managers is the main problem, if you deal with him youll most definitely know it. Ive actually seen him become rude to customers and if he doesnt want to deal with you hell hand you off to someone else because your not worth his time. There are plenty of other jewelers you can go to and spend your hard-earned money. Please dont contribute to a store that condones and excepts rude behaviors. I thought customers were supposed to be #1, I guess not anymore. Shame on you Kay, the people that represent you are treating us like garbage.

Took my watch that I bought from a different Kays for a new battery and a surface buffing took them over a month and half to get it done. Coustemor service is really poor. So I get my watch back and I ask them to set the time on it. And they send me to a different store in the mall. Wow and on top of that it looks like they just put a battery no surface buffing.

Only two employees working that were visible, both of whom were loud and Brash speaking, almost at a yelling volume to each other while helping other customers. We waited for 5-10 minutes and where ignored the entire time. We left & wont return.
