The Food Court area has a variety of foods for those who enjoy different styles. There is Thai, Mexican and American food. Restrooms need better cleaning. They smell like urine. A LOT!!!

Very disappointing..couldnt park anywhere without a 10 minute walk to the mall without paying a 5 dollar parking fee! What a rip..and how unfair to poor seniors who are on a limited budget who arent as fortunate to be able to make that walk to avoid paying the parking fee as I did. Its just wrong.

Small mall, but big enough. It has almost every store that you need including a food court. Not too crowded, but pricey like any mall .

Such a cool mall! Everytime I was in town I always had to come here. Friendly staff and people and lots of stores and cool stuff.

COVID has made this mall a little more low budget unfortunately. They are trying their best but some low end stores ha e changed the feel.

Havent been here in years and Im honestly shocked of how much this place has grown. I will definitely be doing my holiday shopping here soon. They have everything you need all in one and its really kept up nice. But I do wish they would bring the water fountain back that really added that extra oomph and my kids enjoy it.

I mean got the usual variety, the facilities are generally just as nice as any other and you dont feel like your in some maze trying to navigate.

I had great experience in this place. They have incredible variety of styles and colors and the associates are very friendly and helpful.

The covid19 health measures are great! The kids area is closed of course! But my girls had a great time running around and just going out of home...

I have been shopping at this mall 10+ years, It has always been a fairly (pun intended) good mall. Good stores and mostly delicious foods in the cafeteria area. They have rewards for frequent mall goers and they have good security.Overall good mall experience and you will always find what you want (and more haha).

There are lots of store closing. Need more stores to shop. But the Vintage Faire Mall is a great place to be with your family. To get out of your house

I was so relieved & super happy to see every single person wearing a mask! Thankful to all for keeping up with caring! Not too crowded, comfortable. Employees were all pleasant & friendly. Looking forward to coming again, Im 1 1/2 hrs away.

The mall itself is really nice, and it has a wide range of stores to shop from. But Ive walked into a few stores, and noticed not everyone is ready and willing to help. Some need to work on customer service skills.

BJs Brewery. Absolutely love their Tavern Style pizza. The crust is nice and thin. I sat at the bar and the service was good.

I miss the Disney store it was closed but I enjoy the hot topic, Torrid, Macy shopping 🛒, they also have DQ there to enjoy a cool treat

This mall is great. It reminds me of a Bay area mall like Hilltop in Richmond San Pablo areaMuch styles and selection.

Seemed to me like everyone somewhere is trying to make a buck too many. Greedy. Im used to shopping centers providing their customers with a means to carry a sleeping child. Not charge you hourly to spend money at their stores if you happen to have a sleeping toddler. Everything was outrageous, outrageously priced and a stuffy, gotta get the hell out of there kind of feeling. Cold.

Ive always loved this mall. There are plenty of stores that are all well stocked, its clean, and the patrons are chill. I grew up close to here, so going to the mall was always a fun day for me, so it gets an extra star for the nostalgic feelings!

I went to Chilis. The fajitas are good. When ordering to go, there is about 3 teaspoons of guacamole. The flour tortillas are the size of an orange. After completing the whole meal. $18.oo, my son needed to get dinner. Hes 5 7.But its good...... for a child!

Service is a bit slow. Friendly people and pleasant atmosphere.

Of course I have my favorite stores, but they have alot of great options to choose from.

Visit at the mall for the first time went to my favorite store Torrid and then I found rainbow fashion oh my God I was so happy wish I had more time to walk around I will be back next time

New retailers! Great new look developing. A restaurant named BJs had 50 minute Waite times..yet was half empty. Uncooked broccoli and 2 fully cooked steaks (Medium rare is my thing) later...I walked out hungry.I take my Daughter to different places on Sundays so she can feel connected in diverse communities.The Central Valley still has a long way to go in breaking bad old outdated ways. It is time to walk that talk.The mall had a painful absence of diversity in hiring. Still, trust issues? Still holding on to a really really bad history with pride...it appears.It is very very noticed.Sephora (Modesto) was nothing like Sephora, Stanford Mall. Even the shopping bags handed out are totally different...all black?Dont deviate from the brand!In conclusion, Vintage Fair Mall needs a new name with its new identity. I should not notice such a drastic contrast between Stanford Mall and Vintage (indeed) Mall. Good news is...enough Bay Area folks have moved to Modesto to put a smack-down on clan-ish tendencies.

I recently visited and was surprised how many of my regular stores are gone (Gap, White House Black Market, Coach). I do like the new Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Lots of nice shopping in the location, great variety. The lot seems safe and the location is clean and has lots of parking. The resturants in the area are offering dine-in and most have pick up location for take out. Youll find places like Trader Joes, steakhouse, Red Lobster, and a couple of banking institutions like Chase and Wells Fargo.

This mall just makes me sad now. So many things that were there from when I was a little girl in the 70s when it opened are now long gone... Even the Carls Jr is gone! Well my son and I made the best of it and ate in the food court. He had pizza and I had a hot dog on a stick... I must say that hot dog on a stick is was and will always be good... He was satisfied with his pizza. Most of the stores are still operating with safecovid practices with lines and barricades setup... Ironically the Disney store required masks and I had been to Disneyland last week where they didnt require masks... But to each their own I was okay with masking up. Its sad to see all the empty stores and theyre being no place to sit down and just people watch. Hopefully once covid is over the mall can bounce back but its not looking too good right now...

Mall is pretty busy. All COVID procedures are super limited. It’s only on certain stores. It may be because of back to school shopping but mask mandate should still be in effect. We were in and out with in 10 mins because of it. We’ll come back another time when it isn’t so busy.

Has some of the most sought after stores such as JCPenney, Macys, and Victorias Secret. Good spot to take the family as well. Place has games and food court with a variety of food for the whole crew.

His mom was extremely crowded was very little room to walk in between people. Not as clean as I remember growing up. Several outside restaurants or accessible. Parking is very congested and the flow of traffic is not consistent. Wouldnt really recommend going here unless youre going for something specific. some of the same shops in there are available outside of the mall and other areas of the city. Good shops are there but the area is highly congested. If youre thinking of safety with physical distancing its impossible here. But if youre not worried and you like thick heavy crowds like a cramped movie theater this is a great place to go.

I recommend the massage place .. its right inside past jc pennys .. walk around shop and then get the BEST massage ever!!!

Nice to get out of heat.. There was a man outside of this cosmetics place that was very persistent about me buying his cosmetics and they were from outside of Italy. It was very expensive makeup.. $900. For some eye lift.$500. Face moisturizer..

I was able to get my hair products that just happened to be on sale!! If you pay by card J C Pennys has it set up in their system that if you have a return they can look up your receipt through your card by date! What a wonderful way to do business

Lived out here for 4 years now and still have not fully explored the mall. Ive done multiple DoorDash deliveries from vendors located with-in and its nice so far. AC WORKS!!!!!!

WARNING!!!!! Do not buy anything from the kiosk with drones, super nintendo mino,pop its and other toys there. I got ripped off majorly that super nintendo mini was 65 dollars and its 25 dollars on Amazon for that same system. I repeat do not buy anything from there.

This mall has all stores you will need. Always well kept up. Parking is easy to find.

When shopping here for my kids got them really nice outfits for a good price

Like most malls this one seems to be dieing, the place isnt all that bad though in my opinion there are some great stores but there isnt much to do.

Purchased a Coffee maker at Macy Home & Furnishings. Experienced very helpful professional assistance with finding just the perfect gift for my daughters birthday.

When was the last time this mall was cleaned? Disgusting. Every store I went into from Macy’s to Journeys had dirty floors, scraps and not to mention the main walkways same thing. The glass dividers/railing upstairs have kids handprints and food all over them. No desire to go back.

Really dirty the floors were disgusting.. It was so packed and people were not social distancing, just bumping right into you if you did not get out of their way.

A little crowded and you have to pay for parking spots now. 🤔😯 The parkings closer to the door. There is dinning in but not many tables and chairs for one to sit and enjoy the food.

I went in to get my glasses repaired but as we were walking to the optical dept the employee told us he was going on break and said he would return in an hour. I really needed my glasses cause I cant see too clearly without them and I have no others as a back-up. The employee didnt want to be bothered with me and walked away. I felt hurt and unnecessary I didnt expect that from a company that has been around since my 90 yr old father was a small boy. So disappointing 😢

Yes they are open. But some stores have a limit how many people can go inside at a time. So there might be a long line outside the store. Not too bad at the mall though. Hot topic has a kiosk inside the mall in case u need to get a gift card. Macys and many other stores have many sales and a lot of good prices going on.

Idk how this mall even gets a 4.7 review. Everytime I go here it looks dirtier and dirtier. Not upkept at all. Modesto is a huge city it should have a proper place to go shopping.

Mall has no security officers at all !!! They don’t do patrols or anything. Homeless are always there screaming and just walking in the mall. Wouldn’t recommend

Could have had hand sanitizers at the end of the escalator that didnt work, since everyone has to hold onto it. Other than that had fun as always visiting my favorite places.

Bath and body works of course. But make sure you know the new rules you cant just spray everything.

You still have to wear a face mask even though the CDC no longer requires it. Also prices in the mall were high. Waste of my time.

I was able to get in and get my new watch sized, have lunch in the food court, buy my shampoo, conditioner, make-up and a few extra things with no problems. I was in and out in 2 hours.

Love this mall. I usually shop at macys, jc penney and some of the side stores within the mall. I use to shop at victoria secrets, but when the pandemic happened I began to shop online. Oh, and sees. Love that candy store. Now, I dont have to go so far to get my candy fix.
