They kind but not have my size

Its ok - nothing special

Wasn’t greeted like the other customers walking in after me. People standing hella close even though they have social distancing sign on the floor. Guy employee with glasses was touching other female employee with glasses inappropriately, right by me. So weird!

Was greeted as soon as i walked and asked if i need help finding anything. All the employees were attentive and helped me find the items i was looking for in my size. Even after going through a few things they didnt have in my size i was still happy with what i bought and how everything was handled.

I called multiple times but no answer. Lossy customer service, spend money elsewhere

The customer service is the worst Ive experienced. Twice I asked this guy with a perm and glasses for a shoe size he went back to check if that and then went on the floor never getting back to me just talking with another associate. Just looking around and ignoring me. So I tell another associate to look for my shoe size and he does the EXACT same thing! Other customers were dealing with the same issues with them!

The staff was so nice when we went in to get some shoes. They gave me their undivided attention.

Went there today for jordan 1 bred toe. A guy told me to wait in line outside. I wait there for half an hour, another guy just come out said its sold out........They sign up the first come first serve inside the store. I told the guy that the other employee told me to wait in line outside, but he does not care....

Lazy workers gave me 2 left shoes. Really pissed that i have to drive back to the mall!
