Terrible service...I went this week and they were very rude.

Trendy beach and summer wear. They have seasonal clothes but most of their inventory is for warmer months. The staff is very friendly but their sunglasses that are not encased are very low quality. The ones that are incased are hard to see because you have to ask the staff for every single one to try on. Not a fun experience shopping for sunglasses

I bought my girlfriend a dress. Great price and excellent customer service. They took my email for returns. I literally get 30 spam messages a day now. The employees are friendly and helpful but do not give these asshats your email.

Terrible service, felt very disrespected and they really don’t know how to uphold “customer satisfaction”, he sat there and argued with me for no reason and failed to mention to me the new return policy when i last came in, fake employee that treated me well last time and completely disrespected me this time around. Pacsun should be more careful on who they hire. Employees should be more thorough as well. Completely ruined my day.

The service was terrible. Wanted me to purchase more items to be able to use my discount, when i already brought some items already. Alway shop at pacsun but after this encounter, i dont think i will go there anymore.
