My kiddos and I had a great experience at this location. Your customer service team is amazing along with the variety of products is truly an experience we will be coming back for. I loved coming to hot topic as a teen and Im thankful to come back with my own kids.

We love Hot Topic! As an adult who used to shop here all the time when I was younger (and much cooler lol) I now get to take my 14 year old shopping here. They always have someone who is willing to help out and they always have a good selection.

I know its not my hot topic,lol,but its my daughters and I still love it. And the employees are so friendly, helpful and engaging! They make my daughter feel comfortable with her music,clothing choices. When we go,its more than just shopping for us...the variety of stuff is awesome too.

Its okay most of the time, they have a different manager every now and then. Everytime they have a hot cash sale, I know alot of the items that qualify but the little that dont, they dont give the hot cash back to you. When I go to purchase and give like a stack of hot cash, the ones that didnt apply to my purchase (because it wasnt qualified for some reason) they just keep it and dont give it back to you. This frustrates me because its a coupon that goes for like 2 weeks and you could use it. They just tuck it away and say only a few applied and dont offer to give it back. The hot cash sale/event is great, I just wish they say why it didnt apply to a certain item and give it back to you for use.

I love shopping at Hot Topic. This store has a great selection in particular. At times it tends to get a little cramped, but come during a slow hour and you should be fine.

Good selection of t shirts and novelties, staff were helpful and friendly.

Anime, heavy metal, Marvel apparel available. Employees are helpful and greet you right away(in my case they always do).

I love shopping here and the selection they have for pop culture merch, and the fact they have a large anime merch selection.What I dislike is how loud the music is here. Im someone who likes loud music, but I am not kidding when I say the music here is obnoxiously loud. I had to get the cashier to repeat what they said to me twice, and we were both shouting our interaction with each other. Ill look for somewhere else to shop next time, or a different location at least.

I woke up Im 38 years old edit my clothes things like that since early High School my husband and I now take our Kids shopping there they also love it. The only thing I dont like is now if you have to stand in line and Order to get in because of covid.

The store was strict with the amount of people they allowed in the store. An employee stood in front and directed people to wait outside if there were too many people inside. The wait wasnt long at all. Just a few minutes.Hot Topic had a sale today, so I was browsing through what was on those clearance racks. It was a buy one and get one for $1. I bought a shirt and leggings for about $17, which was a good deal considering this is Hot Topic. Hot Topics clothing is not cheap, so definitely get things on sale here if you can.The sales associate was very friendly ringing me up. They signed me up for their email. I dont shop at Hot Topic that often, but it is still nice to get emailed discounts.I definitely recommend this store if you want merch from your favorite bands, anime, and other TV shows! They have a ton of LGBT merch, too. It is a very dark store, but everyone here is very friendly!

Went in about 2pm today with my 2 year old son. Reddish orange haired girl helped me with buying nose studs. She’s helped me before and has been helpful and nice in the past. I usually tell the cashier who she is so she gets credit. I checked out with her this time, no one else was there. Walked out and opened a ring pop I got for my son from you guys. It was smashed to peace’s. So I went back in I thought no big deal. The women said no because my son had it and was banging it around. He didn’t bang it around or drop it and the women was with us most of the time making sure we had help so she should have seen that if he was. I hurt my tooth biting the candy it was so hard and even the plastic ring was smashed. He didn’t do that. It’s not a huge deal and I’m sure she wasn’t trying to be mean but that wasn’t very thoughtful and it kind of sucked. Took me 45 min to find and buy that same candy somewhere else and he was crying about it. I’ll avoid that location from now on just to avoid small annoyances like that. And like I said she’s been very nice besides that. My feelings just get hurt easy when it comes to my son it’s only me and him. Figured since I go out of my way to give her good credit may as well give the bad. All feed back helps.

The lone staff member I encountered was really nice, made sure I was alright or needed help with anything in the store a couple times. Felt welcome for sure unlike a couple other places in the mall. There is so much to see and get, mainly shirts, hoodies or flannels, all of which are excellent quality items.

I usually don’t do reviews but I just had to for this store. I had such a horrible experience, I ordered online and the shirt came small so I called the store and they said I could return it there so I took time out of my day and even went late to work just to deal with this so when I got there the manager told I needed a receipt and my order never came with one and she continued to say she understood but there was nothing she could do about it and gave me attitude and constantly rolled her eyes at me and I’m very upset eventually we figured it out after going to customer service and all of a sudden there was something she could do therefore it’s a promise that I will never go back and I felt very insulted when at the end she handed me a coupon.

It has neat items that are different than the average store.

Always crowded but always cool stuff something for everyone

They need to change there funko new arrival rules. Waited in line for the store to open for a first come first sever. Instead of being a limit 1 per customer it was 5. The people in the front of the line allowed 4 of there friends cut the entire line and they cleared out the shelves and laughed about it outside of the store. They bought the exact same order to resell on line for triple . This practice needs to stop and make it fair for all customers .

Stores is cool, good sales. Got them sick home decor items and novelty and sometimes decent band shirts, but everyone in that store besides the manager sucks at customer service ... Maybe its the ht policy is to always look annoyed at whatever questions you ask the staff...no big deal, I dont usually expect good service from places like this anymore

Im a HotTopic junkie, been shopping there since I was a teen. This particular shop location isnt terribly huge, but Im ok with that. Staff are always helpful and friendly. They usually always have what Im looking for and when they dont, they offer to order offline for me.

My daughters both receive gift cards to this location. We always have a fun time looking at the various items they sell here. Also their staff is always very friendly and very helpful.

Too crowded.

Hot Topic is great for any pop culture need. I usually go for band tees and Funko Pops. Cleanliness is 8/10 theyre usually crowded with people, so I dont blame them. Stock on items is 8/10 they have their days when they have good stock, but other times they lack. Customer Service 4/10 I havent had a good experience there. They tend to themselves rather than tending to customers, they looked annoyed most of the time and will occasionally give out rude attitudes, and at times will do the minimum to help out.

At first I had left a good review but then I realized I was 70 cents away from earning hot cash and the cashier didnt tell me. If she had said something I would have added any little thing to surpass the 30 dollar mark to earn a hotcash. I feel robbed.

Hot Topic is very good, the people are very attentive.If you cant handle loud music, you might want to wait outside.

Let me just say this, as much as I love this stuff in hot topic, I rarely go. but I will say this about this hot topic in the vintage faire Mall, the team that works here is amazing and you will not find better customer service in the entire mall.

This store had really bad service

Really crowded inside and has changed a lot over the years. Not comfortable (very tight space) to be in at all and comes across as poorly managed. This place also seems almost strictly geared towards the young teenager crowd now. To each their own but I feel like this store has moved in the wrong direction.

Store is honestly crowded and it would be nice if they moved into a bigger suite for all the stuff they have. The workers are super chill. The store has stuff from rock band merch to anime and some kpop merch as well.

They really need a larger store. The store is cool but it was so packed it was difficult to walk around. It gave me anxiety and I ended up leaving before getting what I wanted because it was to packed and because of that anxiety.

Amazing! The workers are always so kind and greet me with a compliment everytime I walk In. They know what theyre talking about and are always fun to talk to. Only thing is the service in there sucks, but that doesnt really matter.

I wasnt told at the register that I coundnt and when i got out of the store I paid for all three. Ended up not saving any money right there. Had to do a return so I could get the free shirt. Very unhappy I wasnt informed from the getgo

It looked like2 hipsters drank to many Boba Teas and suffered explosive diarrhea all over the place. I wanted to eat a bullet before I made it 3 feet in the place. I would rather have dental replacement surgery with no anaesthesia by a proctologist before ever setting foot in there agian. The sad thing thing this is where our generation had to go for band teas. At least Spencers had Bob Ross & Saten shirts.

Its a nice place for people who enjoys shows like anime and video games, though they only sell merchandise.
