Nice store, clean and easy to navigate. Was not a planned trip, more of a spontaneous stop. Didnt pick up anything but it gave me an opportunity to see what they regularly stocked at this location. Staff was nice, very helpful and quickly answered the few questions I had in relation to items on the shelf.Parking spaces clearly marked and trash seems to be under control, with adequate spacing between vehicles so there should be a lesser chance of doors hitting other cars.

Best Big 5 ever! Ever! Ever! I lost my wallet there. They not only returned but found a way to reach me. And not a single dollar was missing. There was about 500 in cash inside. Best shoe department guy. He not only gave great service he was super honest. He deserves a raise!!

A Big 5 is in most towns so no explanation needed there. Pound for pound big 5 is to me the best choice to get sporting goods that are in the mid range and do the job. Great place to get gear and try a new sport without breaking the bank.

When I walked into the store, I was greeted by the cashiers. The back sales people are standing around, not asking if I need a shoe size. I approach the sales person for a size. They can be a bit more helpful, but thats just my personal opinion.

Stopped in to check out what fishing tackle they had its a OK place to stop for basic tackle nothing fancy they do have probly have the lowest priced rod and reel combo for someone that wants to get into the hobby but not break the bank

Like Big 5 ALOT. The employees are so upbeat, they really enjoy each and every person that walks into their store. When you tell them that you are just browsing, they tell you if you Should need help dont hesitate to ask. When you go ask, they are there with answers, product, or whatever it is you need. Never overbearing, never hovering to pounce. Its a nice calming shopping experience.

This location has always been a great help. Their associates have always been helpful and find ways to ensure you get the right type of help. My suggestion to customers is to be specific and detailed when soliciting help, it allows associates to better assist you. I know it takes a bit of extra time but if you are looking for something specific like a shoe that fits what youre looking for, it is well worth the while. Their specials change weekly and can be great deals. They tend to have clearance here and there and those deals can be good too.

Put me on wait on the phone so long that I was able to drive there fqtser than someone was able to help me.

Very narrow shoe selection, they do not carry wide width shoes . Got to boot barn or Famouse shoes for a better quality and correct fit .

I love big 5, I have bought my Rg boots there all of my life. They are so comfortable that I never went back regular shoes. Great for superior ankle support. Expertly crafted by response gear.

Great selection. I usually go here for running shoes. After a shoe has been on display for a while they get marked down. They have a little bit of everything. The shoe clerks have been slow to respond during quarantine. Like I had to wait 15 minutes to get help.

I have to say in January I had the greatest experience ever at Big 5 on Dale Rd. I needed tennis shoes for my son who wears a mans size 14 wide and is very particular about his shoes being black and not flashy. Chris was in the shower department and offered to help. I stated what we were looking for and Chris was all over it. He knew right where the 14s were and proceeded to bring out six pairs of dark colored shoes in my sons size! After trying them all on and choosing a pair we headed to the front to pay and left. I have never been assisted in that Big 5 in such a confident and knowledgeable manner. Chris made our shoe shopping experience a great one! Thank you Chris you are doing a fine job. I hope to see you again in a month or so when we need new shoes again.

Never have what Im looking for.

I went to purchase the sliding pants with cup on the 1 day deal. I looked in the store, couldnt find them. Asked clerk and she couldnt either. She called manager. I asked manager how can you be out on the advertised 1 day only sale. She replied we dont know how many they give us before the sale. I said that sounds like false advertising just to get people in the store to shop. She replied, well if were out of the 1 day deals we will give you a rain check. The clerk never mentioned that. Just said were all out, as if they sold all of them. They manager offered the raincheck after I mentioned it sounds like fraudulent advertising. I wont be shopping there again. Ill go to Dicks or another sports store.

Not that great, was kinda just trying to figure out who worked there, one pair of shoes i wanted that they had absolutely no more of had the inside soles messed up so i didnt buy them as they were uneven and id have to stand in those all day. Im surprised staff hadnt picked up a skateboard left on the floor, out of view of customers where they could step on it and slip as i almost did if i didnt look down, where staff had passed several times and just didnt bother. Greeter and counter staff was nice and helpful, but thats about it.

Usually pretty well stocked, can be a bit difficult to navigate as they tend to pack every square inch full of stuff. Their prices can be a tad high but Ill pay anything to stay away from Dicks Sporting Goods across the street.

Delvekio in the shoe department was wonderful! I have arthritic, hard to fit feet and Delvekio did a very good job of finding shoes I can wear. He was thoughtful, very patient, courteous and I appreciated it very much.
