The service was amazing! The ladies were very professional and easy to talk to. When trying on dresses, they made amazing small talk and we felt very welcomed and not pressured to purchase anything. The selection of dresses was fabulous and unique

Been to LA, SF and other places. And definitely the customer service in this place was top. The sales person helping my daughter made the experience a great one. Not treating it like just a sale but being involved and being helpful and excited for my daughter. Sales person name is Shaila I believe.Thank you for the experience.

They are nice but if you go in during busy hours be prepared to wait a long time. I would say each customer takes about 50 minutes to 1 hour, even if it is only for pick up. To keep customers entertained they check in on them and then forget about them. Overall, they are very understaffed and they just try to get you out of there without really helping you.

I am Mom of the Bride and went in with my Daughter for her appointment to try on wedding dresses. Girls were of great help and all the dresses that my daughter tried on were within our budget that we had let Yesenia and Kasdie know about. We were there for about 3 hrs total and never felt rushed. Talk about patience Lol Thank you so much. The Matron and Maid of Honors both found a dress as well...It was a Great major Shopping experience. Lots of dresses to choose from. May the rest of our Wedding Plans go as Smoothly

Very lovely salon. I was a bride in urgent need with a tight budget. Davids bridal canceled my order only a month away from my wedding. I was panicking when a friend referred me to Elegant Bride. I messaged the owner and she helped me in the most ways unimaginable. I took her my situation and I told her when I could made it. When I got there the shop was packed as prom season is in. But Yessy was more than capable of helping me while also running around helping others. She stirred me into some beautiful dresses, and I found my dream dress for less than I ever would have anywhere else. I was on clouds walking out of Elegant bride that day.❤❤❤

I got my wedding dress there they did the fitting the day that I got it and it was done well before my wedding they have a great selection dresses all occasions that are formal. And there prices are fair to great.

I never feel the need to leave a review but this place is seriously the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever encountered . I payed 200 dollars for alterations and they specifically said they would alter the dress until I was happy with it . I went in for my fitting and decided I wanted the straps tighter . They called me back twenty minutes later saying I would be charged AGAIN for the alterations because i was “indecisive” . Please save your money and DO NOT come here . I will never come here again !!

At first they look very nice but then they trick you. I ordered a new dress from them and was told that i will receive it by a specific time then they told me that they will give me the store sample after being fixed which was so old and the bedding were off. Their service is bad don’t recommend

Bought a prom dress for my daughters senior year prom and paid $140 in alterations it came back way too short they send it out to add more length, came back picked it up Friday my daughters prom was Saturday and all her pictures she wants her feet cut off because it was still way too short. Such a shame we paid over $420 for the dress alterations included and we recieved such horrible results. Called them and they only want to refund $40 out of $140 for the alterations. Sad

I Definitely do not recommend the owner doesnt provide good customer service we ordered bridesmaid dresses here more than a month ago and after numerous phone calls following up on the order and being told that itd be here so and so day,and no itll get here Thursday for sure and again and again we finally were forced to speak to the owner to see what was going on she assured us our dresses would be here Thursday, Thursday came and went and nothing. Were less than two weeks away from the wedding with alterations to still be done. Earn yourself the exhaustion and stress, I recommend to just go to another store.

Horrible experience. Im from Santa Rosa, CA and I just went there to buy my wedding dress a week ago, they promised me to fix the beating if I bought the one they have to show which supposed to be ready in 3-5 days. I called two times to confirm the dress was already fixed, and they say yes, but when I got there the dress was dirty and not fixed at all. They just DONT CARE about you as customer. They said it was not their fault and they could do nothing about it, and my wedding its in a week. :(

I don’t recommend this place the workers there are so rude I bought a dress and they had to fixed the strings from the dress and they put some thick and ugly strings and when I tried the dress again it look so different then when I first tried it for the first time, and one of the workers was giving me attitude cuz I told her the dress looked so different then when I first tried I just waisted my time and money cuz now I have to buy a new dress I don’t want to use the one I bought from them cuz is not the same dress I bought even do they keep on saying it is👎🏻👎🏻

So in about 9 months my Quinceñera is coming up. As one of the most important parts of planning is finding the perfect dress! I saw that this place had good reviews and so I decided to give it a try. Within 20 minutes of me arriving I found a bunch of very beautiful dresses. As I was trying my first dress on Yesenia then showed me another gorgeous dress that I automatically fell in love with. After trying it on I knew that this was my dream quince dress! The staff was so nice and very helpful! The manager was also very nice and you can tell they treat there customers well. The jewelry there is also very pretty and I was able to find all of the peices I needed to go with my dress. The dresses and jewelery prices are reasonable and well made as well. I am coming back soon to try on my dress again and do the finnishing touches on it and cant be more excited! I am definitely coming back as well for my courts dresses and tuxedos to!

Initially, we had good service except for the manager trying to sell us dresses out of the budget we gave. We found beautiful dresses. We actually ended up finding the same exact dress for a lot less elsewhere but they did price match as much as they could, which I thought was nice but also sketchy. Considering the dress was the same and actually the same designer which makes me question as to why they add almost $80 more. The trouble started when the dresses came in. They were inconsistent with the information given to my bridesmaids and regardless of policy, they need to make sure they are all given the same information considering the dresses were all order at the same time. The receipt states the dresses have to be paid in full 2 weeks, which is not very clear. 2 weeks prior? 2 weeks once the order is place? Idk. All we were told is they have to be paid 30 days after the order is made. Which we were told we would have 30 days prior to the event to pay it off. They also mentioned the accounts were inactive and thats why they had to charge. Like I said, there information was way off. Polices were not clear. Super inconsistent. So much more wrong info and false statements were told to us. Some got calls and others did not. They then were expected to pay off the dress by the 23rd which one girl was told by the 13th and they have a $10 holding fee per week after the 30 days which we were not informed about and is not stated anywhere on the contract or receipt OR even mentioned. Of course they mention it when they are going to start charging. We didnt have a problem with that, the issue was with the dates given. Come the 14th, my girls were called to pay off the dress and told they had one day until they started charging a holding fee that we just became aware off. They said they still gave them more time then they shouldve to pay it off but like I mentioned before, my girls thought the deadline was the 23rd. I gave them a call and they did not own up to there mistake of giving out the wrong date. We came in and talked to the manager which did give us until the 23rd which I really appreciate. Regardless of that, we will not be returning. Also they were rude to some of my girls and other reviews mention the same. So it is an ongoing issue. Same as the inconsistency. They need better training and less hotheaded employees. They also read me the contract which did not state information we were told so makes you think if they make up fees and policies in the moment. Receipt has different info then the contact.

This place doesnt even deserve a star at all! I got there and had asked to try on 2 dresses that I thought looked nice and the worker named Yessi only allowed me to try on 1. Then I talked to the assistant manager there and she was being rude giving me attitude. I didnt know that the store policy was you have to put in a deposit to get your measurements done. She didnt tell me it was the store policy she just said I couldnt get measurements done without a deposit. With the workers being rude and having bad customer service I left the store. Im so glad i didnt purchase anything from this place and didnt waste any time or money on them. I DO NOT reccomend this place at all. If you hate dealing with customers go work somewhere else. Having an unwelcoming attitude wont get you customers at all.

The place has a lot of nice dresses for a very reasonable price. Got my wedding dress there. The customer service experience was great in the beginning, but it went downhill once I made the deposit. They are bad at following up with their customer, especially the owner, Teresa, she is the only one doing the adjustment on the dresses. She can be very harsh with her words, difficult, and unfriendly.I will NEVER go there again and NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

They have horrible customer service. I went to go get my prom dress there because I saw a dress I loved and they told me that it was brand new never even tried on because nobody liked it. They didnt give me a discount when they sold me the one they had on display, then repeated to tell me 2 times more that nobody liked that dress and if I was sure I wanted it because nobody liked that dress. They did not even steam it clean. Dresses are distressed and some missing stuff. Manager was horrible at customer service being her telling me that nobody liked the dress I wanted. Also any alterations are really expensive. Never going again and dont recommend anyone to go.

The girls were very accommodating getting me in without a scheduled appt, I was very appreciative for that. Wedding Dress selection was small, however I found a gem in the ruff and purchased The One for Me! Glad I gave them a stop in.

The employees are TERRIBLE. Manager was so immature and rude. They all were stuck up and had bad attitudes. The manager was not professional and gave so much attitude that was not needed. It’s overpriced and terrible customer service. Cassie has a terrible attitude or whatever her name is. Like if you don’t like your job, simply don’t work there. You don’t need to have bad attitude to customers are simply just trying to shop.

Horrible! I found the perfect quince dress, ordered it and it was a completly whole different dress! They were unprofessional and tried explaining how they didnt have that same dress when they should of told me first hand!

Employees were not helpful. They were rude and unwelcoming. One employee told my girl that its not okay to wear the same dress as another girl, thus promoting jealousy.

New hours of operation !!! As of July 13, 2015 Elegant Bride and Quinceanera is open Monday thru Friday from 11am-7pm. Saturdays are 11am-5pm and Sundays the store remains closed.

The experience was alright in the begging the workers were rude they would talk back to me and tell me I was wrong of how I ordered the tuxedos when I had the reciet of what I had ordered and gave deposit on also they tuxedos didnt come in on time today is Friday my even is tomorrow and they are still not her :( my guys are going to have to buy a tuxedo from Macys then I dont recommend anybody to come here unless you want to have these similar bad experiences and also for the dresses for any little alterations they charge you expensive.
