Rented table cloths for a funeral. Also ordered printed ribbon. They were great with taking order and getting everything to us in a timely manner as the funeral was last minute. The girls were very nice as well however the tablecloths arrived VERY stained up they were clean but had alot of stains. There were spots all over them. Next time i will pay the extra 8 dollars at grand events to get fresh non stained white table cloths.

They say they open at 9am. One day I had to wait 5 mins for the lady to arrive and another 5 mins for her to open the door. 9:10am. Then another day I showed up at 9:10am and there were a group waiting outside to pickup the chairs and tables they were to rent. Oh, there was another lady also waiting. Gal showed up at 9:15am. I guess the lady who opens at 9am thinks a bit unconvient time for her to open shop.

I rented a suit for an event with three months of anticipation and they had said they would have the suit ready for fittings one weeks before the event. I called to see if the suit was in and they had forgotten to order the suit so we got the suit 1 day before the event in the afternoon.

If you are looking for a professional and friendly place ... look elsewhere ... request the services of this store for my wedding invitations and pay for them ... they asked me 3 weeks to get them ready and I found it reasonable .. .I came back in a week because they told me they would have a sample of the invitation ... believing that I would literally have the invitation in my hands and surprise fence take me when they handed me a blank sheet where they asked me to check the spelling ... in I finally checked it and they asked me for the remaining two weeks ... I come back after two weeks just to surprise me that they hadnt asked for the right envelopes and they wanted me to accept others ... I firmly told them no ... and they also They made a mistake in the spelling of the confirmation cards ... and I didnt receive a single apology ... for the three times you have made me do ... they have very creative things but they need to have more personal and kindness
