Help wanted sign on door.Im disabled with more than enough experience.High school grad,tech school grad and a few yrs of college.I was told I had to be more flexible for part time employment.apparently the 2 people talking while customers were waiting is why I couldnt get a job there..oh well better jobs out there and I only go there for the ice cream anyhow

Been going to Rite Aid for yrs and yrs. Luv them, except the Pharmacy is slower than molasses though. 30 minutes or longer wait times. No Bueno

Came here hoping to give them a second chance. But sadly they are not up to standards. I mean what pharmacy does not carry amoxicilln the most common thing they give. They didnt even bother to look up my information. Will stick to the Escalon rite aid.

Friendly staff and great prices.

Scheduled an appointment online for a Vax at 610pm. Showed up and told pharmacist was at lunch... come back in 20 minutes. Left to feed my kid. Upon our return two couples seated, one for sure filling out the paperwork wed already completed online were called in at 730 and were still sitting waiting, 80 minutes after our scheduled appointment. The pharmacist is giving the shots in addition to their actual job. If you can get your Vax elsewhere, do.

Pretty nice employees and when ordering ice cream they make sure they are clean and give you good size scoops

Convenient location, RX drop off & pk up area. Handicap parking available♿& wheelchair accessible. Plenty of parking. Whenever I go, its never busy. Especially love the garden accessories, & ample supply of greeting cards. Fast, quick, & easy shopping 🛍

They gave my meds to some random person this morning and didnt even tell me until I called in the evening wondering where they were now I have to wait for them to order more and hope they dont give those away. Not to mention they do this with my disabled sons seizure medication all the time too.

Main tech was quite rude. Other staff had great customer service skills.

THEY CARE! Friendly and always considerate. I would never imagine going any where else. One time I had to use a different pharmacy as there was an issue with a certain med I needed. I was treated so rudely by the staff every time I had to call our go back. For 1 script..multiple trips and then was informed theyd switch all my medications to fill the one(all our nun!) I never received the medication I needed from them and I never returned. Rite Aid worked to get this medication for me. I had great appreciation for the pharmacy staff as well as reg store prior to this situation and after even greater!*Remember..everyone is untitled to a bad day, if you take the time to share a few kind words or a smile ...or both, you might just be the difference in turning that around..? I know in the fifteen yrs plus of being a consistent costumer Ive not always been lil miss sunshine. Still, theyve been warm hearted and made a difference in my day as well as my experience.

Highly incompetent when needing to transfer from another location to here. I provided my information at the drive thru requesting a transfer as the Rx is only in stock here. The person with short hair did not check the fax nor called the other location for an hour. They then denied Walmart pharmacy having sent the fax over. I had to constantly phone tag from each pharmacy each step of the way. Two hours later and only now did a different pharm tech provide me with text notifications of if/when the prescription will be available, stating that their fax machines take a while.Update hour and a half later: they now say they do not have any faxes from Walmart.3 hour ordeal for nothing.

Overall a nice and clean store. The pharmacy does a good job for the most part, way, way better than CVS. My main gripe is that the pharmacy hours and the main store hours dont line up.

Ive been coming to this rite aid for over 10 years and I love it there. The people are friendly and know ya by name. They are awesome!

The short haired older lady in the pharmacy drive thru is a real b**** she has such a damn attitude and is so rude! She should definitely not be working with customers if she hates her job that much smh

I left target Pharmacy. And came to rite aid. Been treated well, with a smile. Ill never leave. I know they are very busy. And had staff change. But they are Great!!

Usually the staff is friendly and helpful and the store is clean. HOWEVER, the girl answering the pharmacy phone is unpleasant to say the least. I think she must be new. She always sounds like its a hassle and just now she didnt even say goodbye. Rude rude rude! This was not a one time occurrence. The last several times she answers and its the same, I cant be bothered attitude. Im considering transferring the prescription to another.

If I could give a zero I would. The staff is rude and the dont care about the paitents. They never ever ever ever ever answer the phone. Its taken over 4 hours twice to fill a simple week worth of medication. This time has been 4 hours and I still havent heard anything back. I remember a time that a pharmacy was like a doctors office they were really there to help. Now it seems like theyre all just annoyed by the fact they need to help someone.

Always clean, great friendly staff, and pretty good deals for a pharmacy. The savings card really makes a difference.

Without your insurance card, be sure to know they will gladly send you away to another pharmacy. Rite aide management will know they have employees willing to lose business for their pharmacy. I was told we had no current account they could have reestablished it by verifying my account. But no, the option for them was tonot look anything up.Mind you I had every bit of gentle inquires to try and resolve the issue. Meanwhile my husband was off waiting hours later for me to go elsewhere. People go to CVS! Avery helpful worker took time to do the job that Rite aid could have done.

I believe if you gona do cleaning area for ice cream it should be first thing when store opens or before he closes, no one was cleaning the ice cream station but had two employee talking at cash register doing nothing, why clean it when people are most active

I used to really like going here but now everyone is rude and misinformative. Also, Rite Aid PHARMACY, if your PHARMACY hours are different then your general store hours, maybe list the specific PHARMACY hours online or in your phone message. Great, now I know that your store is open, however the pharmacy is closed, but I have no idea when the pharmacy might open. It is the number 1 reason I shop at Rite Aid PHARMACY, to use the pharmacy, but apparently it closes by 7pm and doesnt open till some undisclosed time in the morning that will likely be after Ive gone to work. You get above 1 star because, when I can get an employees attention to serve it, I like your ice cream. But your attention to service is lacking and you dont seem to know the meaning of the concept customer convenience.EDIT UPDATE: I originally gave them two stars but after speaking with a manager this morning about some of my greviences I was given excellent service and their apologies. And so Ive added two stars.

Dr said give pharm 2 hours to have script ready. Showed up and told that script just came through. I was told to come back 2 hours later. I arrived 3 hours later and told they dont have more til order comes in 3 days from now. It s 2017, there shd be a texting system that allows them to notify customers of shortages and or when script will be ready. I was told they do not have such a system....complete waste of my time hanging in town. Once I get this, I will be changing my pharmacy w my DR.

My wife and I live this store. The employees are helpful, friendly and makes this neighborhood Rite Aid a great place to shop.
