Stellar service, and speedy turnaround. The guys here have been amazing, and I really appreciate it. They dont want to put unnecessary parts on and refuse to blindly change parts until a problem resolves itself. They took the time and patience to help resolve a vehicle issue that named dealerships wanted nearly 2x the cost to repair. Thanks so much guys!

Very friendly. Super busy and it was hard to get in. If you dont go first thing in the morning I dont think theres much hope to get your car done that same day. Comfortable waiting room and very close to shopping If you need something to do while you are waiting.

Mark the new owner of north midas is a fraud and scam artist. Thought id come out strong to get that out of the way. About 2 months ago i was having problems starting up my car, so i thought id look online to see some reviews to help me decide who i should trust with my hard-earned money. I saw some reviews that this midas has always had terrible service but it was recently bought by someone named Mark. People say he is a stand-up guy and honest, but thats clearly wrong.Sure he has the niceties down (he called me young man when referring to me, nice touch!) but the mechanic essentially replaced parts on my car did not need to be replaced. He said the problem with my vehicle was that it needed a new battery and alternator. The alternator was apparently taking the juice out of the battery and it was about to die along with my alternator. He gave me a price of $820, and after thinking about it a few minutes i decided to approve the charges.I should mention that when i asked if that was the best price i could have he fiddled around the computer and dropped it down to $760. I thought Great! This seems like a good place to do business. Wrong. After he said my car is fixed and giving him $760.00 the problem was not fixed period. From the moment i went home it would not start.So i do what all people do in this situation. I call. Im told that when they installed the battery it caused some wiring issue and he agreed that he would fix it as long as i paid the labor. I thought okay i guess that is reasonable. I take the car back and he tells me they know of the issue with the wiring. After checking the car they say that they cant do anything for me because it requires a special part and they send me on my way.They tell me its the wiring and needs a special part yet made me replace a battery and alternator. After taking it to another mechanic i was told that my battery and alternator did not need to be replaced. I dont think he did this out of malice, i think they understood they made a mistake but of course they werent going to foot the bill for their mistake so they just lied to me and sent me on my way.I want to give this man the benefit of the doubt. It could be a coincidence that it just so happens my alternator was bad and needed to be replaced anyway, however my issue was not fixed period from the moment i brought the car home. And the second mechanic told me it wasnt necessary. and there is the fact that he told me the issue my car was having is draining my battery, i mean... mark didnt even tell me hey Steven you know you need to get this fixed fast or your battery will be drained again Even though that was his justification for replacing my battery. It just seems... to me that this place is not honest and they scammed me.Dont listen to the reviews, mark will stick you with a huge bill, lie to you, and send you on your way. So thank you Midas for taking $760 and doing nothing to fix my issue i paid you for.

They should of warrenty my brakes out but they still charged me for brakes an labor...got them done less then 3 months ago an was making noise...wanted a brake inspection an ended up paying for something that should of been covered...as well as another customer came in while I was waiting forb3 hours and they complained about the quality of work done to there car

My niece Krissana who posted here about being ripped off by these guys is true. I bought her car and had to redo all the work Midas did. Said they replaced hubs and wheel bearings in late 2017. Well last week I took car to Speedee to my mechanic. Midas left out the lock clips for wheel bearings and used cheap parts . So 600 bucks later they are fixed. Dont take your car to this place. Manager tried to get me to pay him again to do the job when I called him about a warranty. I put a picture of hub they say was new. My mechanic said it is a factory installed hub. Was never replaced. I will never go there and I recommend you dont either.

Went in because my car was overheating. Thought it was either thermostat or bad radiator but wanted second opinionActually went to stealership first but wanted me to leave overnight so decided to head to midas. Great thing I did! Adam took care of me and turns out system needed to be bled..Thats it! The dealer would have charged me something outrageous. Thank you Adam u saved my Christmas weekend !!

Came in for a simple wheel lock repair. Once it was finished, the manager claimed I needed my brake pads replaced. He brought me my brake pad, an old, rusty, worn down pad with nothing left on it. Citing how dangerous it was to drive in this condition. However, just days before, I had my vehicle serviced and brakes inspected, I had plenty of material left. This man tried to trick me into unneeded, expensive repairs. Dont trust these people

I am beyond upset. I took my car in to this Midas 4 weeks ago initially when I was accepted into a nursing program 82 miles away from my house. I had just noticed that the brakes were making noise and I wanted to make sure that I was going to be safe in my car driving 620 miles a week and do it before my program started. I took it for a brake inspection, left it there. They called later and said my brakes were good but they recommended a brake service to oil and lube for $80 and quoted a tune up for $450. I declined the tune up. They were quoting ridiculous prices for spark plugs and gasket. I picked my car up, they also were aware of my ebrake issue that it wasnt working well. I drove another week and still heard that grinding sound every once in a while on the rear passenger side so I took it back the next weekend. I asked if they even took off the tire. I was told no and that they saw the pads and they are fine and the oil and lube they just pulled something a pin out for that. I left it AGAIN all day and SPECIFICALLY told them to inspect FULLY the back brakes. I got call later stating that it isnt the brakes and that the sound from their expert technician was the transmission bearing. This is a manual transmission FYI. Then I was quoted a price of $1200 to fix that issue. I started nursing school, plus I work 12 hour shifts so Saturday is my only day to do anything. The sound worsened. Our transmission shop met me today, a Saturday to try to help me see if it was in case this transmission bearing. One quick test drive and he confirmed that it IS the rear brakes and that its crazy that Midas said it was that at all. So, my husband and I drove my car to Les Schwab and left it there. YES it IS the rear brakes and now the rotors need replacing and it is metal on metal and the passenger side and near to it on the driver side! He also stated when I told them they adjusted the ebrake they probably ruined the calipers that need to now be replaced and if they would have just TAKEN OFF THE TIRE they would have clearly seen that the discs needed replacing. Unfortunately Les Schwab has to order my parts and I will be driving another 620 miles on metal to metal!!!!I called Midas and actually showed up and told them ALL of this. I even let them talk to Les Schwab AND the tech their sent Robert in the office pictures of my brakes. The tech that told him it was the transmission bearing was there and admitted he didnt look at the brakes and only test drove it on the second visit. Robert had to call the owner (franchise) to ask about refunding my $80. The owner, Richard, told him to give me $50 back. I then called him, he was rude. I did get my $80 put back on my debit card (after 4 weeks has already processed) instead of cash. No offering to fix it or make it right from Richard. I explained to him that because of their non existent service or brake inspection that there is WAY more damage to my car now. He didnt care. I now have a way bigger expense that I am only able to take care of on the one day off a week I have. Thanks! Oh yeah, Midas people that are telling people to go to some other site to talk to them, it doesnt work. If you want to speak to me, I called the complaint line and my reference number is 4175285, they have ALL my info and I would LOVE to speak to you.

Very expensive. They trick you telling you one price and then when they have your car in the shop they call you and tell you your car needs parts; if you don’t authorize the replacement, they charge you for diagnosing the problem. When you request your old parts back, they tell you that they are mixed with all the scrap and they can’t give it back to you.It is cheaper if you take your car to your local dealer. Just to let you know the dealer was charging $ 275 for rear brakes on a civic, and I ended up paying $326 with midas

Went in coz the brakes are squealing they fixed the back brakes and after 2 weeks the noise was still there...i brought it back to them ive been told the front brakes (pads) are bad as well.....ive been told by mngr maybe at that time the front brakes are still good....huh???? After 2 weeks the front brakes went bad as well? Ive been a long time cust but will never go back anymore. Waste of time for me ...went to pep boys instead and had a better price of what midas will charge me.
