Jimmy was very professional. His communication was excellent and his pricing was very fair. The car repairs were very good (plus the car was cleaned). I would definitely recommend his services!Edit: This morning, a rear tire was significantly lower in pressure. A piece of scrap metal was the cause of it. I am not blaming Carstar for it, but it would best to be careful for future references. This was likely unintentional.

Even though it took two months to repair Car Star did a good job...They tried their best to get the parts from back East...It just took a long time....But once the parts were here they had the truck repaired quickly...

The best phenomenal work these guys do

I followed the recommendation from a friend. Jimmy and Richard worked with us and the insurance company. Unfortunately the insurance totalled the truck. We were always kept informed throughout the process.

So a couple of weeks ago, my car was hit a a local Walmart. An employee lost control of the shopping cart collection machine and the carts hit my car😭😭. But luckily the young man did not try to hide his mistake and told his boss about the incident. After a quick claim process, I need to send my car to a body shop. Carstar was recommended to us by a friend and told us about there incredible customer service and high quality work. They were not lying. Car went in on Wednesday and was ready for P/U Friday morning. Perfect paint matching, flawless repair, and a full cleaning of both inside and outside the car. Highly recommend this place. 10/10.

When I dropped off my car on Monday, I was initially told that it should be ready by Friday. Then I got an update that it would be ready Thursday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call that it was ready to be picked up on Wednesday. Owner and staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. My expectations were met and exceeded. I appreciated the quick estimate, drop off appointment, and return.

Carstar The Professional Auto Body Works is hands down the best auto body work I have ever had done on my vehicle. Unfortunately, my family does a significant amount of business with this auto body repair shop. Rich and Jimmy almost seem like family to us at this point. For at least, may be, 10 years we have relied on this shop for our repairs. They have repaired minor auto body repairs and LARGE repairs on our vehicles. The quality of the work is absolutely superb! The paint always matches and the parts are attached to the car professionally and we have NEVER needed to return with a problem with any of their repairs. They even did some repairs on a motorcycle claim I had with my insurance. These are people I absolutely trust repairing my vehicles and with the safety of my family. In fact, I went there today with my new car to have body side moldings attach to prevent other cars in parking lots from denting my doors. They were finshed in 20 minutes. I will never take any of my vehicles any place else.

Great Experince! Had my bumper replaced. They did an amazing job matching the color along with getting the job done quickly. Dropped my car off on Wednesday with the expectation of getting it back Friday before work. Let the guys know that I might be working Friday and they finished the job up and had the car back to me by Thursday night. Not only did they preform the repair but they washed and cleaned the interior of my car. A+ service for sure and definitely professional.

I was referred to this shop by someone that was extremely pleased with the service, and sure enough, so was I. They spoke to me like a person, and not as salesmen trying to push things for more money. They actually went out of their way to help more. It was greatly appreciated. Plenty of updates, and they met thier deadline. Hopefully I wont need body work again, but if I do they have my business.

Worst experience with a body shop i have ever experienced I actually took the time to write them this bad review. Returned my car with a crack on the windshield that wasnt there, and under a year later the handle on the door they replaced stopped working and they said it was a wear and tear item, funny how my other 3 door handles function properly. I wouldnt even recommend people I hate to this body shop, waste of money you will have to get it fixed again by someone else

Richard Alexio has to be the coolest body shop owner I have ever known. met him back in 1996 and he showed me not told me how to manage the finish on my vehicle and I learned all about waxes and detailing products. thank you Richard .

Brought my car in to have rear bumper replaced. Highly recommended by Farmers Ins. Car was brought in with black trim. Had my fiancee pick up vehicle because I was at work. When I got home I was shocked to see a rear bumper with grey trim. Parts mgr, body mechanic, auto detailer and person who does final inspection didnt seem to care or notice the wrong colored trim was replaced. Totally unacceptable!

Decent work nice people been a few months since I had some work done and a little chipping has started I only hand wash and dont use car washes always new microfiber towels so Im a little bummed but things happen

My boyfriend was in a auto accident and the other partys insurance company referred us to this so-called proffessional auto body shop. The driver-side door was the only thing that needed to be REPLACED (NOT REPAIRED). When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, there was a HUGE split in the windshield. I was PISSED not only because it was there in the first place, but because the guy at the shop knew it was there and decided to ignore it. My boyfriend told me to let it go because there was a REPAIRED chip in the windshield to begin with and that the shop couldnt be held responsible, which they could have been. Today we discovered that the driver interior door handle doesnt work now. We called the shop hoping that they would repair it in honor of their warranty, but to no surprise they refused to service us under the warranty and gave us a lame ass excuse as to why they couldnt. Im sorry, but door handles are considered wear and tear items. All of the other handles have not stopped working since the car was built in 2013......
