Got in my first ever accident with my first ever brand new car. Needless to say I was bummed. My insurance company (Progressive) had Fix Auto in their network and recommended them. Marshall and Beverly were courteous and professional. Both answered any questions I had and were very helpful. About a week later my 2021 Malibu was finished and looked as new as the day I bought it.Paint matched perfectly and body panels lined up spaced. Hats off to the guys in the shop- they do excellent work!

As a tesla owner it was very difficult to find a shop let alone fine a shop that would be willing to take my car in faster then others! They completed the job on schedule. Told me it would take 2 weeks but took less than a week. The parts did take a little under a month but once it was in the shop it was fast! Car looks amazing and has been restored to its original form. Definitely recommend them for people who live in the Modesto, Turlock, and Merced Area! I also didn’t see any tesla reviews so I’m glad I’m the first! Recommend them 100% and I’m sure you will love their work! They worked on my 2021 Tesla Model 3 btw!

A tire was replaced on my Escalade due to excessive wear on the tire that was previously replaced by an insurance company because of a previous accident. This included front end alignment as well. They also replaced a burnt out brake light as a courtesy. The estimator (Mickey) and the shop foreman (Bert) were very professional and courteous. They had my vehicle ready as promised and explained the repairs. Bert even showed me the brake light socket had possibly overheated. The detailer (Dale) did a fantastic job. My vehicle was returned to me in like-new condition, much better than any dealership I have ever used.

The work is done and Fix Auto was even better that advertise. Thank you for a great job and taking care of my truck.

I hate crashing my SUV, but when accidents do happen, I love going to FIX Auto Modesto to get my SUV fixed up and back on the road. They kept me in the loop threw text, email, and phone every step of the way. I opted into text and email it was not excessive or anything. I know some people do not care for that. Micky Parkash was even willing to stay a little late so I could get all checked in after having a little delay getting my rental car. My primary contact during the repairs was Micky who was energetic friendly and super knowledgeable. One of those employees you should do whatever it takes to keep around. I was rear ended in Patterson, CA, but live in Washington State. My insurance advised me of a couple places near accident for car repair. I called Fix Auto in Modesto, CA first. They got me scheduled for an estimate the very next morning. When I arrived there, everyone was cheery and treated me right away.At that time I was advised that my car was not safe to drive since the exhaust line was kinked off and offered to help get me ride/ rental back to hotel.Repairs were started right away!They were very attentive every time I called with questions or even sending me text updates with ETA.They were also extremely patient with me on picking the car back up as I am an over the road truck driver. The car repairs were actually completed 6 days prior to me being back in state to retrieve it.At the time of pickup, they were very social and answered any further questions I had about warranties between their “Life Time Warranty” and the manufacturer’s warranty’s as the car has less than 9000 miles on it.I have to say, you CAN NOT TELL at all that the car was in an accident to begin with and several painted pieces were replaced with ZERO color difference!!!I am extremely happy and ABSOLUTELY WILL go back to them if I need any work done.Thank you so very much Guys!!! Getting in a accident is never a pleasant experience, especially when it is not your fault. I was provided this location as one of my options for repair through my insurance agency. On the first call everyone was very polite and helpful. An appointment was set right away and we were seen for a quick consultation. We dropped our vehicle off at the 9th st location. We spoke with Erika and Mickey who were extremely helpful. The location was super clean and organized. They provided info and text alerts on status during the time it was there. Our damage was not extreme but did require painting. The paint was a metallic white pearl. The paint match and shine of the paint was spot on once it was done. I had a very good experience and would def recommend them to someone else. I would say I would return again but I’m hoping we don’t get in anymore accidents and will not have too.

Someone hit my car and caused damage to my fender, bumper and rim, all cosmetic. I was worried that wherever I went, the paint wouldn’t completely match because of the metallic flakes in it. After seeing the job they did on my mothers car, I went took it here. They matched the paint perfectly. I’m VERY satisfied with their work. Enough so to actually write a review. I would recommend this place to anyone I know personally.
