Apparently, the text didnt post with the photo. In summary, they mounted and balanced a new set of tires( bought from a competitor who couldnt complete the task) and they did it all on short notice. Wheels off the motorcycle =$30 each + $3 disposal of old tire if necessary. I came from out of town and had to get it done that day. The front tire was destroyed to the point that the tube had wadded and melted itself into a ball. It was like riding a paint shaker. Knowledgeable staff and all around wonderful people! -13 KLR650I must also give a shout out to Eagle Mike (eaglemike.com), as his Trail Stand($35) made the whole process so much more simple. This thing seems to make sense to carry almost no matter what you ride. Received compliments from all who saw it

I want to thank the entire staff at Honda Kawasaki KTM of Modesto for assisting me with my dogs. We drove two hrs from the foothills to buy a dirt bike and it was a heat index day by the time we got their the dogs were tired and when we went inside my dogs were welcomed warmly by the entire staff. I can’t tell you how much we appreciate the welcome our dogs got. We also got an awesome dirt bike snd we’re ready to hit the trails. Thank you again.

I came in earlier in the year and the staff was extremely friendly. I went in to purchase my first helmet to take a beginners course and the staff was patient and supportive. Cindy even allowed me to sit on the Kawasaki Vulcan S ABS Cafe to get a feel of it. I have been eyeballing it. Planning on purchasing my first bike here in the near future once I finally decide on one!

Cindy rocks, the store is full of nice people. I know its wierd, right? But they are helpful and even when this world would let them charge whatever they want, they stay true to helping people. For the other local dealerships. They should remember, we come back when treated well.

They had high school kids running the service desk with no experience and they did not translate my concerns to the service tech. It took 4 hours to change 2 tires and check wheel bearings. Very disappointed in the overall experience.

This place ordered a part for a 1978 XL350. Was pretty straight forward. Ordered the lever, came back in, got my part and left. Good help. Waiting on another lever now. They have some bikes up front to checkout, too.

Just bought a ktm 690 smc r here. Greg Rice is Awesome, so is the rest of the staff. I wanted to get the best deal around and called every dealer and Greg Rice was not only willing to compromise more than anyone else at the current time (there were only two better deals nationwide that both sold before I got to them), but he also did a great job at keeping the negotiation light, courteous, and professional. There were also a lot of mishaps on my end trying to figure out the loops I needed to jump through to get financing and Greg stayed patient the whole time. The dealership just screamed fair. Anyways thats it.

Great service was in and out when I got my KX450

Jess took good care of my 2015 Indian Scout motorcycle. I needed a rear tire installed and she was very receptive. Technician Mike did a great job following the Scout service manual steps and specs. The drive belt is adjusted well and my throttle response feels better too. This dealer is not opposed to working on off-brand machines. Give them a call.

I like coming to Honda Kawasaki for any of my parts and services needs everyone is warm welcoming and tells you how low as soon as you walk through the door. The sales people on the floor dont bother you at all as far as like trying to convince you to buy a bike or anything like that its your choice. But when youre ready theyre more than welcome to help you to answer or concerns about a motorcycle. Ive gotten a key replace their and it reasonably price. I ended up bringing in the ignition switch.

Wanted an oil change. Was talked into a $200+ service where they supposedly went over the whole bike. It needs new tires badly but they didnt catch that which is much more important than anything they said they did.Makes me wonder what else didnt they look at.

Got my gear here always, will buy a vehicle here some day. Little slow service but very understandable.

Bought a 2018 Honda XR 650L here. I am a beginner but these guys made me feel very comfortable and were knowledgeable and polite. I took the bike down today for its first service and was pleased with their work. Kinda pricey for a basic oil change and maintenance but I get that time is money and they always seem busy. Guess I’m paying for peace of mind that an expert mechanic is handling my bike. All in all I am happy with my purchase. Thanks dudes.Update, was in a bind because I had bent my clutch lever and needed a new one. Called these guys up and was told they didn’t have one in stock. I know they coulda ordered it for me but picked one up from my local guy. Called them back and dude said come on down, they put on new one in like five mins and didn’t charge me. My main transport most of the year is a 05 Ninja 250. I commute 60 miles a day between Turlock, Modesto and Riverbank. I am in desperate need of my bike functioning properly everyday. I do all of my own service and keep the little Ninja in as good of running shape as possible. But today I found myself with a cracked valve stem and a flat tire a half mile from work and 15 from home. No way for me not to be stranded, no good. Luckily I was at the 76 station and just an easy roll down Carpenter to to HK. James quoted me a price and a time and I was happy to sit on the new bikes while the service department met their goal exactly. As meticulous as I am about tires, chains, oil, lube and my engine being in top condition, I couldnt count on anyone but a factory team with my bike. It was just a valve stem, but words were kept, and I got home. And I know that air pressure is proper, torque specs are spot on and a factory bent and spec cotter pin is in place. Good people.

Way better dealership than my local dealership. Just bought my bike and when I went and pick up my bike the Cindy made me test ride it first to make sure I can handle it. Im just thankful that they do care about their customers well being. Even asked if I took the safety course. Far exceeded my expectation. No pressure on sale and made sure that I get what I think I want. Overall best honda kawasaki ktm dealership in my area.

Go into store today wait at counter to get help while one sales guy is on phone. 4-5 min later another guy comes in stands at counter and gets 3 people talking to him right away 2 girls and a guy to help him... they all seem to be on first name basis with each other. didnt even egnalage I was there. as they just continued to talk and joke I left .... guess thats the only way you get helped here.....will never go back..!was looking for 2 new bikes to purchase.. went to Merced Suzuki was greeted fast asked what I needed/looking for left with 2 new bikes and full gear package.. happy Christmas to allHad someone just said we will be right with you...... would of made some difference.

Took my Yamaha to these guys with discouragement after a bad experience with the Yamaha specialists. After thourough troubleshooting Honda was very professional and found the problem. Got My 1st Bike Here

These guys are awesome! I was riding my motorcycle (2016 Moto Guzzi V7) through Northern California and got an irreparable flat. I bought the wrong tire across their street in Modesto and took it to these guys for installation. Afer the fact, the moto was riding improperly and they pointed out the mistake. They were very patient with me and found another seller that did have the right tire. They installed the tire once again, and did not charge for me two installations caused by my obvious mistake. Got me going on the road promptly.

I took the motor of my kdx 250 to this shop the motor was in full working order other than the big end connecting rod bearing asked them to fix that and put it back together, they fixed it not before loosing a piece and then charging me for it which i did not make a big deal about, i go collect the bottom end of my engine paying them almost $500 dollars i get the engine home put it back on the bike start breaking it in and come to find out im now missing second gear talk about shotty work it shouldnt of left the shop without being gone over and making sure everything was working corectly and then when i bring it back they call me a liar and say that we cant prove it didnt work before which doesnt even matter because if they were doing their jobs right they would of found and fixed that issue or let me know that it wasnt right before charging me and letting me leave with it. Long story short dont take your bike here there mechanics dont know what there doing then they over charge for a repair and gave me my engine back broken and then tell me its not their problem worst customer service ive ever dealt with any reputable dealer or mechanic would not charge someone for work then give it back broken.

Worst expirance ever. Asked service to check my mapping on a brand new Ktm. Exhaust started to melt plastic next it. This place told me the plastic was damaged by a tire in shipping. Needed to take it to the place I bought it. Picked up my bike with 13 miles on it and took it to NorCal KTM in sac. Never again will I gk to this place
