The staff is awesome and very helpful. I was looking for a anklet for my daughter, I went to 8 jewelry stores with no luck. They were able to cut a necklace down and add a clasp. The price was fair and quality was great!

My brother went into the store to have some changed looked at because he has a new interest in rare circulation coins. He came into the store to ask about some that he wanted some information on them. My brother came home upset because the clerk told him he doesnt want anything to do with it and when my brother said he just wanted info, he rudely said he doesnt care. Now I understand if someone does not want to deal with that but our family has been coin collectors for generations and we have never had such a terrible and unprofessional experience with asking a question. We will not be doing any business there.

I go here every week because of the great service,great selection and they always give you a fair price. Also a very friendly environment and they always answer any of my questions I have.

Sold them $20.00 face value 90% silver of nice quarters and dimes for melt value and after I left I realized they cheated me out of $40.00. They quoted me $142.00 for $10.00 face value, and the correct melt value at the time was $161.75. I was paid $284.00 and had I been paid fair it should have been $323.50. $39.50!!! Used to do business with them but, had a bad experience 10 years ago. First time I had been there in 10 years. Ran me off again.

Dont stop here these people will try to steal your silver coins for pennies and try to sell you a coin for above value bad bad business rude!!!!!!!!!!!

Great place, pay the most compared to others, very knowledgeable,a most of the time know the value at first look. They are nice and never rude at all. My only issue is the atmosphere is so quiet & doesnt have a very welcoming feel. I highly recommend.

I understand how it works thats the root of my frustration. I also understand that when youve been in business as long as you guys have, more than likely you get really good deals on all that except the light bill and such. I felt it was an unfair deal. Not to mention the item was a Carl poul Peterson pedestal centerpiece. Anyway sir I know you will continue doing well and I wish you the best, I just wanted people to know before they went up there. Last time I called got a price per ounce drove up there and was given less.

Took ring to Loop Coin...estimate value $135...brought back in to get cash for ring...value changed to $35...even Pawn Shop offered $50. Wanted to sell some American mint Silver Eagles...offered more than$1,000 less than same coins at local competitive coin shop...Can not recommend these folks...

I have been visiting the Loop Coins and Pawn for the last year. I have been treated with professionalism and respect since first visiting. I have found that their knowledge of gold and silver coins is extensive and reliable. Angie and Josh have been exceptional, but all of the sales staff have been great.I am from Ocean Springs, Ms and the drive and time that I spend going to Mobile is well worth it.

Rude, and condescending. Staff was impolite, and management was insulting. I am not a race baiter by any means, nor do I even attempt the race card, but I was literally looked up and down and treated very poorly. Being from Carmel, CA I know fine jewels and have seen and had my fair share. I would recommend Hayes Jewelers on Cottage Hill. Better service, prices, and treatment! Loop Coin is the WORST
