Great place for a battery. Two year free replacement. I wanted to die hard or something good and a friend told me about interstate batteries. Great customer service too!

I pulled up and within 2mins and 15secs. My hood was up and they were diagnosing the problem. I could not believe the level of professionalism and customer service I was shocked. These guys are awesome and they deserve your business. The battery prices are around the same as everyone else but their customer service is like a Duracell battery it just keeps going and going. Before my purchase, during my purchase, and after my purchase, they were informative helpful, and fast. Thank God I no longer have to go anywhere else for my battery needs.

I would never buy a battery there again. 😡Their two-year replacement is misleading and I had problems with a brand new battery that I purchased. Within the first two months I had to get it re-charge three times. When I ask for a refund or a brand new replacement I was told it could only be recharged as long as a the battery was rechargeable. No refund or replacement would be given. Horrible service.Stay away!!!!!😡Get your battery somewhere else. If it were possible, Id give it half a star.

I wish there were a hundred stars available to rate this business! We were stranded at a campground in Mobile with two dead batteries, and even though its not their policy to deliver batteries to random travelers, Dan Thompson, General Manager, personally took the time to deliver new batteries to us for our diesel truck and also waited to ensure that they solved our problem. I cannot recommend this business and their management highly enough.

The price of batteries for my Buzz around was twice the price I paid in Minnesota... I could have added $700 dollars and bought a new scooter... taking advantage of the handicapped!!!

Make sure if you buy a car/truck battery make sure they date it right and keep your receipt. Otherwise they will not replace your battery.
