They were very helpful in solving a Lincoln MKZ key fob issue I had. They not only had the batteries they knew how to, and replaced them for me.

I came in with the battery that was slightly drained. I told them I needed a new battery they said have you tested this one first I said no. They tested the battery for me called me back and told me it was fine. These men went out of their way to save me money. That is commendable. They are super welcoming and honesty is the best policy. They could have said you need a new battery but they didnt they told the truth. I will be a customer with them for life.

Manager is a first class guy, left battery to have checked, ended up charging it over night, didnt pick battery up until a week and a half later because of my work schedule, just a genuine good person . Nowadays its usually an attitude from some young guy acting like your bother them ....not at this battery source, good, honest people

They had what I needed and put it all together quickly. I needed to replace the battery on my cordless lawn mower. The manufacturer wanted about $150. He opened the casing and installed 2 new batteries inside. They were $39 each. A nice savings and good service.

Needed a replacement battery for my leaf blower and my string trimmer. Retail for the factory, 20v 4Ah, battery was $120. They had something, 18v 3Ah, that would work for $50. The replacement is not as strong as the original equipment (3Ah vs 4Ah on original). They had the 18v 3Ah, lower power item in stock. Delivery on day I needed it. That is worth something. It is a generic battery store.

Fantastic price with warranty and a very friendly employee, named Jeremy helped me. My battery had been getting weak and today when i left work it had to be jumped off. When i noticed it smelling like rotten eggs i knew it was done. This place was even cheaper than Walmart with a better warranty and much friendlier. Installing the battery for me as I type this! Very smooth, easy process. I woukd highly recommend!

I am from Dallas Texas -- I was moving a relative from Dallas to Florida and had battery problems. Brandon was so helpful and went above my expectations. Our batteries didnt match up correctly (terminal posts) and he made sure to get them matched up and us on our way. He didnt even charge extra for the labor - just a good guy and a good company that looks out for their customers. Thanks Brandon !!

( CAUTION) BOUGHT A BATTERY NOT EVEN 2 WEEKS OLD PUT IT IN MY BIKE DEAD IT WONT HOLD A CHARGE THEY BLAMED IT ON MY MOTORCYCLE THEY TRIED TO TELL ME THERE MUST BE A PROBLEM WITH THE WIRING IN MY BIKE THAT IS NEW AND HAS 1300 MILES SAID THEY WOULD NOT WARRANTY BUT WOULD SALE ME A NEW ONE HALF PRICE, YEA NO THANKS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT GO TO THIS JOKE OF A BUSINESS BOUGHT A NEW BATTERY FROM THE DEALER NO ISSUES CRANKS UP EVERY-TIME .
