The woman was just the sweetest and did everything she could to make our experience the best. Not only did I love the dresses but also the tier customer service!

Lisa and Claire Bear were extremely helpful! They have a lot of beautiful gowns and I needed one that specifically covered a certain area. Not to mention I got my gown on sale and they were hand picking specific criteria gowns for my request! This was the first and only place I stopped and I was in and out in under 2 hours with my ball gown. They also referred me to a lady for alterations that did an amazing job. I will definitely go be going back.

The ladies there were super nice and helpful. I loved the large variety of styles, colors and sizes of the dresses. Ill definitely be a repeat shopper!!

Nice, helpful, serious and competent staff. They truly EARN your business. But this isnt a place to play. They carry quality, expensive gowns and I dont imagine they have lots of patience for young ladies playing dress-up. I can even imagine abusers being asked to leave if they are without respect for merchandise and/or staff. In other words, dont go in there and walk all over $800 dresses, understand? 😉

Dropped im on way to Houston and store, selections and service did not disappoint! Amazing selection of beautiful gowns. Will remember this gem and visit again when passing thru.

My daughter and I came in to look for Prom dresses today while my husband and younger daughter were at the IMAX Theater. We are from MS and Lisa was very helpful and nice. We tried on many beautiful dresses. Thank you, Lisa for your hospitality!

I wanted to take a quick peek to see what they had to offer and did not want to unlaod my stroller so i held my 8 month old son in my arms. Instead of being greeted with a hello at the door I was asked if I had someone with me to watch my son. I said no I did not. She then tells me children arent allowed in the dressing area I would need to leave him in the front. #1 hes 8 months old!!#2 I will not be leaving my child anywhere I cant see him! She was totally rude about the whole situation. Told me to come back when I had a sitter. Negative. I will never ever return. Ive never been treated so rudely in my life. I felt like i was discriminated against for having a baby with me. Upon leaving I took a glance at the doors and windows to see if anything was posted that I missed....It was not.

They have great and beautiful dresses. While it may have heavy expensives, their prices are pretty good for a wedding dress.
