Spent over $500 on two suites. The jacket was 2 sizes to big on my husband the shoes too big, my sons shirt was 2 sizes too small and the sleeves were short, his pants were 3 sizes too big and way too short. They take measurements but they sure arent giving you suits that match measurements. They were in the shops telling everyone well we cant fix it we cant do this its too late and its not our fault. Thats bad business. When you present something that is not right as a good business you fix it not try to charge the customer more money because youre incapable of presenting quality tuxedos. The woman sat and repeatedly tried convincing us it looked good arguing over and over when in fact these suits looked fresh out of a 1980s funeral home. Bad business and I would encourage every bride to go to Davids bridal. Theyre professional and accountable!

My best friend is getting married next year and wanted to give I Do Bridal a try. We were blown away with our experience there!Our consultant (unfortunately, I can’t remember her name) listened to the brides requests and feedback about the dresses she was trying on and made changes accordingly. She really went the extra mile to make sure the bride found everything she needed.We also had the opportunity to meet Bonnie, and she was wonderful! She also went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! You could tell that she really cared about the business and really cared about the customers that were shopping there. She gave great advice and helped make sure that we even had a direction to go for mother of the bride and mother of the groom dresses.The store also had formal gowns and La Robe Boutique attached as well. It was actually a huge store; we were so impressed.

Especially with the virus!!So my mom, whom was immunocompromised due to a severe heart condition, I communicated that with the store owner/manager, Jessica, before time. She made sure that there wasn’t a lot of foot traffic in and out, and that everything was clean. She made sure that I was still able to have an awesome experience.My consultant- AMAZING!!! So understanding, and she listened to what I wanted, and most importantly - my budget.Since I purchased my dress from there, we also looked into their tux service. Telle, another one of the owners, made this process so easy for us. She was so patient and explained everything to us bit by bit and didn’t make me feel bad for asking questions.8 months later, I went to pick up my dress. I ordered extra buttons along with my dress, and Jessica asked if I had the buttons. And it really stuck with me that she remembered 8 months later.The women in this store are so sweet, and genuine. I’m convinced that they never meet a stranger. Brides - do you self a favor and come to the best bridal store. You won’t be sorry!

Our experience at I Do Bridal was nothing short of perfect! My stylist along with the other ladies were an absolute joy to be around and share that special experience with! They all were so helpful and friendly! If anyone is looking for their perfect wedding dress or any formal wear I recommend them 110%!!

I love my dress. I found it online and I Do had in stock. The alterations were also perfect. We married in 2014 and I will say it has always bothered me how the appointment was rushed. Yes, I knew what dress I was likely purchasing, but this is a once one a lifetime experience. Close family and friends watching you pick your wedding dress, making that final decision, celebrating another milestone on the way to your big day... They do have wonderful gowns and formal wear and I am happy with the overall outcome. This one little moment did upset me that I didn’t get the quality time with my mother, aunt & best friend. It’s not just about the purchase, but also the experience.

I had such a perfect experience at I Do Bridal. Everything from the first appointment with Jessica, to the final alterations with Wendy. Consultant Jessica had a such an eye for exactly what I envisioned. Even so by the idea of adding my favorite part of my dress, the cap sleeve, as well as the perfect veil and head piece. Wendy was so prepared and was able to make the cap sleeve look as if it was originally apart of the dress. It was such a special moment trying my dress on at the final alterations appointment. We went to I Do for the first time and what a great experience! Mallory really listened to what we needed and helped us find the best dress for our needs. We had some concerns about the process going in, but Mallorys positive energy and her expertise made everything come out great for us. We woulld definitely recommend I Do for your wedding and formal needs.

They made special arrangements for me based on my circumstances that I can’t imagine others would have done. Isabella was my consultant for the appointment and she was so patient and helpful. She listened to what I wanted and didn’t want and the dress I said yes to was a pull her and another staff member chose based off of listening to what I liked and disliked from the many dresses I tried on. They didn’t rush me even after my appointment time ran over and Isabella picked the perfect vail to pair with my dress.I would recommend I Do to any bride. I went to I Do not expecting to find the perfect gown that day...but WOW was I wrong! They have a huge inventory and a very wide variety of sample dresses to try on and in various sizes. My consultant, Isabel, was extremely kind and patient and respected my wishes and modesty throughout the entire appointment. The best part? My dream dress was less than $1,000. I highly recommend shopping here and will be going back for bridesmaids and groomsmen attire as well.

I went to I Do Bridal just yesterday and I had the best experience! There was a wide variety of dresses, styles, and fabrics in many different price ranges, which was great! Also Alissa was so amazing and helpful!! She was my consultant and she really made the appointment special for me. She listened to exactly what I wanted and ran with it! Everything I tried on was beautiful and just as I described and Alissa even pulled some suggestions that were different styles but with the same kind of flare I mentioned. At the end of the appointment, I actually even chose a dress that she had pulled for me. She was also very sweet and made me feel comfortable! To top it all off, I found my dress and this was the first store I went to. I was so relieved to have had such a great experience AND to find the dress all in one day! Then as I was paying and doing the paperwork, her and one of the owners took the time to explain everything that would happen with my adjustments to my dress, which was extremely helpful to me. I can’t begin to describe how amazing my experience was here. I came in feeling very anxious because of my previous experience at the first bridal shop I had been to. Michelle listened to everything I wanted and needed in a dress. I promise I had a long list of wants and needs. She worked her magic and pulled the perfect one for me. I had such a fantastic experience at I Do. My mom and I came in just to look for the first time. I had pretty much no idea what I wanted or what would look good on my body. My consultants (Tori and Alissa) helped me through the whole process. They were so patient and complimentary, but also so funny and easy to be around. I didn’t feel rushed at all (in fact I ran over my appointment time without even knowing). The owner Jessica also came in to look at the dresses and seemed genuinely interested and invested in me feeling beautiful. I never once felt pressured to purchase that day, but I did! And I’m beyond excited about the dress I got. What an unforgettable and luxurious experience. I cannot say enough good things about my experience and Tori/Alissa. It was like I was hanging out with my best friends.

I got a dress to wear for my reception here and it’s perfect. I overall had a wonderful experience. I felt like I was even being a little picky and the stylist that helped me was very patient. She even pulled a few Sheri Hill dresses that were more “prom” style for me to try. She offered multiple insights to how they could alter the dress for my needs, adding straps, taking out tule. I felt like she also intentionally stepped out a few times to give me space to discuss with my friend who attended the appointment with me.

Highly recommend this sweet shop! Bonnie was fantastic and helped me find a bridesmaid dress for an out of town wedding. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and super sweet! Wonderful Experience. My consultant was Sherell (I think that is how you spell her name, oops!) she was very sweet and encouraging. I thought that I had found the perfect dress at the appointment I had before this and that I would only try on a few dresses here, because there is a fee for canceling. However, I showed them pictures of the dress I chose and they said they could top it! They did! I ended up finding the perfect dress after only 4 tries because they knew what I liked from pictures. They accommodated my group of 10! Ms. Bonnie, the owner, has a very strong personality so be ready if you are a timid person, but she is super knowledgeable and personally thanked us for shopping with her! Our appointment at I Do was very last minute, and they were gracious enough to accommodate us! Tori was fabulous and so warm and encouraging (this was my first time trying on wedding gowns so I was super nervous). She listened to my ideas and picked beautiful dresses. Where do I start?? This store was amazing!!! I received some of the most amazing customer service while dress shopping here. Not only did the owners Bonnie and Jessica squeeze me in while working around my inconvenient schedule, but her and her daughter were just so kind, helpful, and patient while helping me find my dress. My wedding budget did not allow me to spend a lot on a dress, but Bonnie and Jessica made sure to work with me on it, and they made it happen! I found a beautiful dress thanks to their assistance, and I couldnt be happier with it!! The dress shop itself was beautiful and had so many options unlike other shops I have been to. They also had prom, bridesmaids, and flower girl dresses, so there was plenty to choose from to dress my bridesmaids in! As for the men, they had tuxedo catalog that had rental and purchase options. I was one of Ms. Bonnies first brides last summer. Id stopped by when they hadnt opened for business yet and saw that the opening date was in early Aug. I made it a point to stop in and check it out on my way home one day just to look. We were recently engaged and were planning to marry the next spring (this past may) I thought it may have been too soon to start shopping for the dress. Ms. Bonnie was as sweet, nice, warm, and inviting as she could be. First off, let me say that Elizabeth is great! She was my bridal consultant and made my appointment stress free. I love my dress and the veil that I purchased. I will say that the owner can be somewhat off-putting but that in no way takes away from the great staff and beautiful dresses. I would also like to say that if you are a serious shopper, you definitely need to make an appointment. It is not a browse around shop.

Y’all I absolutely had an amazing time the absolute best. One of the ladies there is Alissa and all I did was describe the dress I wanted and she picked it out the first time. I had the pleasure of working with Kim, Jessica, Wendy, and Bonnie during my experience, and all of them were absolutely wonderful. The staff made it their business to ensure that my dress was perfect for me, starting with the dress search and through the alterations. Jessica even showed up the day of my wedding to lace my gown!!! This is a family business with a mother- daughter duo, who knows their stuff, and have an excellent staff backing them. If you want a personalized wedding gown search and experience, do yourself a favor and go to I Do Bridal and Formal FIRST, you wont be disappointed!!!

I had a wonderful experience each and every time that I needed to go to I Do Bridal. From the day my dress was purchased and through every appointment after, everyone was always friendly. I cannot say enough of how friendly and wonderful Jessica is there, shes your girl if you need help!

I do bridal and formal was an amazing experience from start to finish. It was such an adorable shop with a wide range of wedding dresses and prices to choose from. I ended up buying my wedding dress from them. The staff was knowledgeable and did a wonderful job of picking things that were my taste (which is not an easy thing to do as I am very particular). And their in house seamstress, Wendy, wow!!! I cannot say enough good things about her. She completely rebuilt the top of my dress because I didn’t like how low cut it was. She did such an amazing job that you would never know that it wasn’t the original neckline. Her work is gold. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for bridal alterations! Do yourself a favor and make this shop the first on your list!

Went in for my appointment and was in the store for less than 10 minutes. My family way seated halfway across the store. When there was ANOTHER room right next to my dressing room with a couch they could have been seated on. I felt isolated. I was only shown 3 dresses which none of them were what I described to them I wanted, was treated as if my budget was a joke, (which was $600$-800, and I told my stylist my parents were paying for that part of my budget I also had an additional $400 I was paying for. So technically a $1000-$1200 budget) and no one tried to really sell anything to me. I went to Davids bridal and they treated me and my family like royalty and I found my dream dress there for just $550. I saved and had a MUCH better experience. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Glad my sister made the appointment for me. It was a Saturday afternoon and we were driving an hour away into Mobile to go wedding dress shopping. My sister just got married a year ago and I havent been in any weddings except hers. She called and we were able to get a late afternoon appointment. The place was packed when we got there, ladies everywhere, people looking at dresses... Ladies everywhere. The owner, whom I had not met yet, was helping everyone as they walked through the door. She asked the two ladies that walked in the door before us if they had an appointment and unfortunately they had not made on. The owner unfortunately told them there were no openings today and they could look at the dresses on sale, but they would have to make an appointment to look at the other dresses another day. The owner is an energetic, christian woman with a lot of life to share! She is a lot of fun.She asked us if she could help us, and luckily we had that 3:00 pm appointment slot. In about five minutes, we were in a room with just my sister and mother and one lady that made my entire experience amazing. It was calm and she informed me I had all the time in the world. She was so nice and experienced. She knew what I needed when I did not. I am blessed that I was able to experience such a knowledgeable staff at this store. The dresses are beautiful. The owner has done this for so long and she has taught the employees well and hired the people that know what they are doing. I 100% recommend at least stopping by for an appointment (especially on Saturdays). I picked my dress and shoes the day I was there. So thankful to have been here with the amazing staff on my special day. :)

In December, our daughter purchased her wedding dress from I Do Bridal in Mobile. We decided to allow I Do Bridal to complete the dress alterations. The day before a 2nd fitting, we were contacted and told that her dress had not been touched. Told by the owner that was the case with others and she apologized. We unfortunately decided to continue on with the service as we had already paid for the alteration charges. In the end, the dress had terrible side seams and not one button could be buttoned in the back - too tight. And the hem actually had a corner folded under and was stitched. Had to take it to a qualified bridal seamstress who has a degree from Auburn University in clothing and textiles. She said it was the worst alteration job she had ever seen. She had to recreate the sides. I did receive a partial refund from the shop (that was extremely difficult to get) but it took a beautiful mother/daughter moment and ruined it.

Had a great selection of beautiful dresses in a wide range of prices. My dress experience was great! It was my first and only dress shop. Jessica was so helpful in helping me find a dress. She is amazing! So glad I found my dress at I Do Bridal!

I loved them all. I tried on the first 3 and was extremely happy but then when I put on the 4th dress I immediately fell in love with it! I said YES to the dress! I had already been to every bridal shop in Mobile before I made my appointment here. I Do was by far the VERY BEST in town with the biggest selection. The entire experience was perfect. I was extremely specific with what I wanted, they saw my vision & made it come to life. I went from struggling to find anything I liked every where else, to finding several dresses that were exactly what I was looking for. The best part was the price!!! These women know what they are doing!! My personal advice is start with I Do & save yourself a ton of time.

I chose I Do Bridal due to finding the most gorgeous bridesmaids dresses of all the places I had shopped. The dresses were the perfect shade of purple and were very flattering to all my ladies shapes and sizes. They were stunningly beautiful in them! Please understand the low rating does not reflect the quality or fit of the dresses. Im rating this business with one star only because there isnt an option for a no star rating. I opted to go with tuxedos from I Do because of the beautiful choices and convenience. The first problem I had was upon arrival of groomsmen and ushers to be measured, I was not on their books after all the business I had already done with them. My men were lost and the help unconcerned. The owner loudly had bragged about how this was the most popular and best business for tuxedos when it was obvious once we got into the process, she did not know the tuxedo business AT ALL! When the men showed up at the wedding, the tuxedos were awful, ill fitting, and the color of the ties and vests were all wrong as groomsmen were one color while the ushers were another. Of course by this time it was too late to do anything about them. The tuxedos in the wedding pictures were awful; pure and simple. I do not recommend this business for tuxedos!! My recommendation is to go to a place of business that has been recommended by someone you trust.

I loved this place the moment I stepped in. The selection and the prices were great. I immediately began finding dresses that appealed to my taste. Brooke was incredibly helpful and she worked to find me the best deal for my budget. I had went a few places before this and had not found what I was looking for until I came here. Make it a first stop for sure!

My experience was horrible not even review worthy but because I NEVER want another bride to go through what I went through Im posting. First issue was that every since I purchased my dress I was placed in the wrong store. I made several payments after that and every time I went through the same hassle of finding my account. Instead of fixing it the first time it occurred. Second, I informed them weeks ahead of time of a large bridal party coming in for my fitting. Again I informed them more than twice of my large bridal party. Third, me and my bridal party were there on time and they were NOT ready. Not only were they not ready they made no effort of getting ready other walk in customers got better treatment than I, who set an appointment weeks in advance. Fourth, I was told to get alterations I would need to pay my dress in full but I was never told that a bushel and pins for my dress would be $300.00 and when I asked to take my dress and not do alterations with me they charged me 45.00 for 6 pins.It was not the charge or the pinning it was the unprofessional, inattentiveness and just down right rudeness that ruin my bridal experience. I love my dress but the service I received made me regret buying it from I do. Oh, and my bridesmaids help me get in my dress I didnt even have a consultant. I have more but I know if youre like me I dont like reading a bunch of stuff. However, PLEASE PLEASE find somewhere else to go because this place does not know the first thing about customer service and giving the bridal experience :(

Bonnie & Jessica were amazing and helped me find the perfect dress! After visiting many shops in the Mobile area, I truly found the experience that I was searching for here at I do Bridal and Formal. They took the time to make sure I felt special & they went above & beyond for me. I would highly recommend anyone to check them out!

This place was a Godsend! They made sure that my mom and I had the most special experience. My mother is chronically ill and it was very important to me that this was a special memory. My experience to finding the perfect dress was so much easier than I thought it would be. My best friend recommended this shop so I made an appointment. It was my first day to even look for a dress and I found it in less than 2 hours!! How awesome is that! They were so nice and helpful. I couldnt have asked for better service! My experience with I Do Bridal was fantastic! My daughter bought a dress off the rack for a scholarship program she was entering. A few days later, we got an email from the program director about what the color of the dress should/should not be. Ours was in the should not category. I called and explained the situation, and even though I had signed a receipt saying I understood there were no refunds/exchanges, the owner approved us returning the dress and ordering it in a different color. Before it came in, the program director needed to do a length check on the dresses. The owner and her daughter allowed us to borrow the rack dress for a few days so the program director could see that the length was acceptable. The ordered dress came in BEFORE it was promised. I have nothing but good things to say about this shop! They went above and beyond what they were required to do and gave excellent customer service.

They have a huge selection. The employees are all great. My daughter said yes to her dress.

I just found my wedding dress at I Do Bridal this past weekend and had such a wonderful experience there. They have tons of beautiful gowns in a variety of price ranges. All the staff was so nice and extremely helpful. My consultant was Melissa, and she made me feel comfortable and was so helpful and nice. I also met the owner of the shop, Bonnie, who is such a genuine, sweet person. She knows her dresses so well and can really read a bride. You can tell that they honestly want you to fall in love with your dress and you dont feel pressured to choose something you dont absolutely love. Shopping for a bridal gown can be very stressful, but the ladies at I Do are all so helpful and nice and really make the experience very fun and special. A day I wont forget!! -Marie Fox

I absolutely loved my wedding dress shopping experience at I Do Bridal. Before I Do Bridal, I had gone to several bridal shops in Mobile and New Orleans and my time at I Do was the best. Miss Bonnie is so sweet and attentive and so is her staff. Kim helped me during my appointment and was fantastic. The team at I Do Bridal really wants you to find your dream dress and are so patient. I could not be happier with my dress and I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day! I Do Bridal also has beautiful dresses for all budgets.

I called I Do last minute on a Saturday after leaving another bridal shop in the area where I had a less than ideal experience. I was sure we were going to have to schedule an appointment for another day, but much to my surprise, Jessica (Sweet Jessica) managed to squeeze me in. Immediately upon arrival, Jessica’s sweet, calm and kind demeanor was a much needed breath of fresh air. I was already frazzled from the previous bridal shop appointment and she instantly eased my anxiety. Not to mention, the shop was filled with other people who had undoubtedly scheduled appointments well in advance, but Jessica made me feel like I was the most important person in the store when I was totally expecting to be treated like the walk-in, inconvenience that I actually was. I was very specific with what I THOUGHT I wanted, but after trying on the third dress, Jessica said she was going to pull one that she thought I might like. And wouldn’t you know it, we found the winner! Jessica knew what style dress would be most flattering on my body more than I did! From start to finish, my experience at I Do was nothing short of wonderful. Jessica always kept me up-to-date on the status of my order and was very quick to respond to the handful of emails I sent her with questions. I can’t say enough good things about this store, and certainly feel like they go above and beyond industry standards when it comes to customer service.

Wonderful experience. I had a wedding dress, but I decided 5 weeks before my wedding that I didnt love it. I drove over to Mobile to I Do Bridal and it was the best decision I could have made. Extremely caring owner and consultants. I asked for the staffs opinion and they actually chose the least expensive of the dresses! That definitely doesnt happen often. I will be returning for a formal appointment as this was just to try silhouettes. However I am VERY happy with my experience. This is the place to come for your special day.

If your getting married and looking for vendors you generally read reviews. So if you have read reviews for I Do, then you should know that its not like Davids Bridal. You cant just walk in without an appointment.You have to make an appointment at either store on Say Yes To the Dress. Which i personally think that gives you a better experience and makes you feel like you are at one of those stores. I think that all the ladies that work at I Do are wonderful and very helpful. The store is beautiful and the dress selection is amazing. I went into the store knowing the style that I wanted and said yes to the third dress I tried on. This store has an excellent range of sizes, I am not a size 2 bride and I found the perfect dress in my size in the store. Bonnie was an amazing help choosing the perfect belt and veil. My dress came in pretty fast and the store was prompt in getting me in. Their alterations department is wonderfully sweet and very easy to work with and VERY understanding. I am getting married in two weeks and my perfect dress is ready to go. Reviews are great, but everyones experience is always going to be different. Make an appointment and go in with a vision. I will never regret going with I Do Bridal.

My fiance and I found ourselves with a short engagement of 2 and a half months. I went to several bridal shops looking for a dress. At each one the question was asked, When is the wedding? When I responded with June 8, the reaction was usually surprise and met with another question. You know it takes 4-8 months to order a dress, dont you? Then they would show me their 5 or 6 dresses that I could choose from as is. I Do Bridal and Formal was the only shop that took the time with me to see if they had anything for me. That first day when I went in without an appointment, Jessica still took the time to show me dresses and I even found myself trying them on. Then the next weekend, I made an appointment with Jessica to try some more dresses. She said there was a dress that they had just gotten in and she thought was my taste and size. Sure enough, it was a near perfect fit. Im short so there will be alterations. But I cannot say how much it meant to me for them to do the seemingly impossible and help me find the PERFECT dress just 2 months from my wedding day. I would advise everyone to go there first or you will waste a lot of time at other shops.

The experience we had at I Do Bridal exceeded any expectations we had. This was the first and only dress shop my daughter picked out to simply try on her particular styles. With the help of Jessie and ms. Bonnie, she found her dream dress at an amazing price and before we knew it she quickly said yes to the dress. We laughed we cried and we felt welcomed and appreciated. I plan to return in July when the new mother of the Bride dresses are out.

My experience at I Do Bridal and Formal was incredible. The store was beautiful and spacious and there was such a wide variety of dresses. The ladies working there made me and my bridesmaid friends feel like we could have plenty of time to look and were happy to help in any way that they could. Yesterday, I walked into I Do Bridal hopeful that I would be able to get better idea of what kind of dress I’d like to wear on my wedding day. I was very nervous as this was my first time trying on a wedding dress. My consultant, Sherell, was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable! She pulled some beautiful dresses for me to try on and guided me through the elimination process. Sherell answered all of my questions and concerns regarding the wedding dress selection and ordering process. After trying on several dresses, I finally found the one! I can’t wait to walk down the aisle in my beautiful dress. Thank you to Sherell and her manager for a great experience!

I Do Bridal and Formal is the best place to shop for your wedding gown if youre looking for an amazing selection of dresses and superior service. My daughter shopped at four stores in Pensacola and was very discouraged because the dresses she loved didnt look good on her and none of the sales people made suggestions that worked. After the fourth store and a few tears, I called Bonnie at I Do and explained the situation. She assured me that if we took the trip to Mobile my daughter would have a wonderful dress shopping experience, and that she could find a dress that fit. Bonnie was absolutely right! She and her staff made my daughter feel good about herself, and they found the perfect dress for her after listening to her wants and needs. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a dress particularly a bride who isnt a size six to ten.

Walked into store. Just wanted to look at dresses for Spring formal. Was immediately told they are by appointment only. Cannot even look without an appointment. I took my business elsewhere.

Friendly and competent staff. Helpful to customers and each other. Not a place to go play Cinderella for sure, but definitely a great place to look for serious dresses for weddings, prom, Mardi Gras, etc.

My experience at I Do Bridal and Formal was fantastic! My consultant was very helpful with helping me find a beautiful dress that was also in my budget. All of the staff is friendly and dedicated to giving you the attention you need during your appointment. I havent been to many bridal shops, but this one is certainly one of the best in Mobile, AL.

I did not buy a dress from here, and I would not suggest anyone to. I accompanied a bride to the shop to make a payment for her gown & they couldnt find her account. I thought that that was very unprofessional considering it was my first experience there. After about 10-15 minutes of searching, they found the brides account & her beautiful dress. The bride told the associates that she would be back 3 weeks later to make her final payment & she would be bringing a large bridal party. She asked if that was fine, and the associate said yes. Fast forward 3 weeks later, same issue finding her account and her dress. After waiting for 10-15 minutes again, they found it. They did NOT help her into the dress (!!!), the seamstress kept stepping on the train of the dress (!!!!!), & they never offered us any refreshments. We were on time (early, to be specific), and everyone was in attendance, but we still received terrible service. We waited for them to at least offer us water but they were ready for us to leave more than anything. Others received better service than us. Id hate to say that it was because of the color of our skin but it sure did feel that way. I was so glad we didnt have to deal with them anymore. Wed never had an experience like that from Davids Bridal (they always gave us the best service). Please go elsewhere. They have bad customer service & seems like they need an accountant. Davids Bridal has better customer service & better prices.

A few issues with them:the owner isnt friendly at all, she tries to fake it but she cant. When I went in for my appointment for a bridesmaid dress she was not accommodating, basically rushed my appointment. Also their dresses are cut VERY SMALL, and they expect you to order off putting the dress up to you if it doesnt fit. I didnt feel comfortable or welcome at all, and will not be returning!

I rent my Mardi Gras tuxedos there every year. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I am a bride getting married in Scotland UK next February. I had a bad first experience at Davids Bridal so I made my appointment instead with I DO. I was SO impressed! The staff were so welcoming and friendly and courteous. I had so much fun trying on dresses. My consultant Amanda did a MARVELOUS job with my appointment as she sat and took every word i said seriously and made sure to pay attention to detail. She heard exactly what I wanted in a dress and let me choose some I wanted to try. I am a curvy-ish woman and am known as a plus size. This was the only shop Ive ever felt unashamed of myself in and not judged. She gave me time to choose some dresses and listened to my budget correctly and found me a dress that was perfect! She eliminated what i didnt want and brought in things she thought i would want and really took time and care into finding me my perfect dress. Im thrilled to say I said yes to my dress at I Do! I will be coming back to get my bridesmaids dresses here as well :) My appointment was very relaxed and positive and exciting. It was not rushed at all and I am so glad i chose here. I LOVE my dress!! This shop is literally the best you could go to in mobile alabama and I would recommend it to everyone. I cant wait to come back when my dress comes in :) Thank you all for the most amazing bridal experience I could have thus far!
