They have a good array of drinks there, and the staff have some pretty good recommendations if youre looking to try something new.

Good selection of beer and cigars. The staff there acts like they dont wanna work. The cooler door has been broken for about a month with a sign on it that says ask for assistance. The staff refused to get anything from the cooler but suggested a warm beer instead. Then acted like I was asking for something out of the question. Maybe fix the door or do what the sign says that is posted in your own business. But thats what you get when you have hipsters that still live in their mothers basement working behind the counter.

Incredible alcohol and cigar selection. Its the first store Ive been able to find Soju and Sake in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful. Cigar lounge in the back and closes fairly late even during weekdays.

It was ok.The good: Great craft beer selection. I mean really good & compelling stuff. I bought a few 4/6pks for $65.The meh: The service was ok. A few young guys working when I went in. They greeted me nicely. I started a collection at the counter while I shopped. From the other reviews, I was looking forward to the knowledgeable service. Asked for some help with local beers, etc, I got a halfhearted “the stuff on the left is from the breweries closest to us.”…. Yawn….I was excited about hearing some suggestions from a knowledgeable staff but it was meh. Was looking to spend probably $200-300 on craft beer but only got $65 worth because they didn’t really care about helping me. They cared more about talking to one another.Meh.

Always love coming in here. Its an adult candy store, much like an alcoholic Honeydukes. The selection is kind of astounding. Complete with a cigar selection too! Oh they also have meads. Definitely worth a stop, even if just to have a chat with some pretty great and knowledgeable people that work there. 10/10 Would buy vices there again.

Always stocked and people are pretty nice but prices are on the verge of ridiculous. Its their store so i guess they can charge what they like,, question is, do u wanna pay it? It wouldnt be my first choice but if it was late at night and you didnt have anywhere else to go then I guess you have to weigh the pros with the cons.

William was great. I was very curious on a new whiskey to try out and he was educated on everything. He even educated me on what all I drink and pointed me to the right one. Great guy and great service Im from Mississippi so wish we had more guys like that in my town

The selection is OK. It suffers from the offerings of local breweries. If you like sours and generic IPAs, you will find something to wet your palate. If you want something imported, like a good ESB, forget it. Occasionally, they will carry a few Trappist beers, like Orval, but it seems to be really hit or miss. The prices are also quite high.However, it seems to be the best that Mobile has to offer. Coming from Virginia, this was quite a let down.

Extremely rude workers for no reason. Was seeking help and was given attitude when hard of hearing. Normally enjoy my experience here and love the selection, however, this experience was off putting and not appreciated.

Probably one of the better craft beer selections around. However, this is the only liquor store I’ve been to in Mobile.Prices for beer range from moderate to high, but some of the beer is very unique, so I’m willing to pay a little higher premium. They had Boulevard 7 in a 6-pack for a while, but now only have them in 4-pack cans :( they barely adjusted the price, so I can no longer justify paying the high price for just 4 beers.Haven’t checked out their liquor selection much, but did purchase Aperol. It was $43!! That’s twice the price you normally find it at other liquor stores. Not sure why it was so expensive, but makes me think the rest of their liquor is overpriced as well.I’ll continue to come back for their beer selections, as I haven’t been able to find a more diverse and abundant selection in Mobile. But I’ll steer clear of the liquor. Unfortunately, Mobile likes high sales taxes so the extra 10% gets added on :(

Prices are normal to a bit on the pricey side, but its worth it for the convenience. The employees are nice. The only thing is the store seams a bit cramped, but that comes with having a wide selection of things.

This package store is in a great location and has late hours. They carry many varieties of liquor and beer. Unfortunately, the prices are marked up way too high. I advise you to check business in the area to see what kind of prices matches your pockets. Definitely a good place for last resort.

Great place to get your alcohol beverages for your weekend or after a long hard day. Very friendly staff and a very welcoming vibe. If I lived in the area it would be the only place I would buy beer. They have a great local selection and the alps have beer on tap. They also have tastings which I have never seen from a liquor store.

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of their stock. This place has almost every alcoholic beverage that is allowed to be sold in Alabama also have well stocked growler stations. They also sell reusable growlers and disposable growlers. They also have avery well stocked walk in humidor. We will definitely be revisiting here.

Great selection, high prices. If youre looking to steal from this place, 10:30pm or later seems the right time; hipster behind the counter could not care less about what youre doing in there. Dude is more concerned with whats behind the glass on his phone. Ask a question and youll not get a look and a canned answer. Go away, hes obviously got better things to do.

Completely unprofessional. i showed up with my friend a few minutes before they closed like a week ago and they turned the lights out before we even finished our transaction. today they closed at least 5-10 minutes early. i’ve worked retail, and i know people coming in to shop before you close is annoying, but we weren’t shopping for shoes. we were in and we were out. and i know any single manager ive EVER had would have hung me for closing the store even one minute before. if someone came into our store within 30 seconds of closing, we would have to deal with them. these employees are nothing like that. i know they deal with legality of the situation but that does not exclude rudeness and closing early.

This place blew me away. Absolutely the best selection for craft beer on the western gulf coast hands down. Just an incredible mix of beers that you cant get in Mississippi or Louisiana. They have stuff from Louisiana, MS, and AL, as well as Funky Buddha and Cigar City from Florida, DuClaw from Maryland, Evil Twin, Stillwater, Eclipse, Terrapin, Sixpoint, Westbrook, Edmunds Oast, and Decadent. Im missing a couple dozen breweries here but there are tons to peruse over. Super friendly staff, very informative, very conversational, and very helpful. Absolutely 5s all the way!!

Cottage Hill has a really nice selection of beer, liquor, and cigars. Their humidor is stocked full of cigars, and Billy is one of the most knowledgeable guys to sell cigars. I love this place!

Love these guys! Super nice, great selection, and can order anything under the sun at a low price. Ive enjoyed what they stock for a few years, but now I prefer a beer from Costa Rica. I expected to have to buy bulk for them to special order from outside the country... Nope. My 6pack will be here in less than a week!

Would say best beer selection in Mobile. They have a really good draft selection. You can order a pint while you shop or a growler, or crowler, (32oz can of draft) to go. They beer, wine, and bourbon tastings. They also have a very good wine and cigar selection.

Best beer selection in Mobile and Baldwin counties by a long shot. Whatever style you are looking for they will have it. The store still falls behind in hard to find beers compared to what places in Birmingham have. I dont understand these silly distributors and why lower Alabama has to fight for quality beer. Definitely a place for beer, liquor and wine lovers.

Went there for a beer tasting and they were staging it in the same area where they have the cigar smokers. If you dont like the smell of cigar smoke dont go anywhere near there. Wheres the zero star rating when you need it.

They are high but they are always open. Pretty clean inside and in a lit area.

Best beer selection in Mobile! You will, however, pay for that selection. They also have a huge humidor and apparently a good collection of wines. The lounge that they opened in the back of the store offers free tastings about once a week from local brewers and sometimes national distillers. Join their newsletter or Facebook page for updates.

The craft beer selection was pretty good, but the customer service and professionalism was pretty horrible. When I walked in, it didnt look like they sold individuals of things that come in 4 and 6 packs but I asked just in case because it is pretty standard beer store protocol to do so, and they responded saying that would make inventory insane, and I said oh ok, Ive been to many beer stores who do sell singles so I wanted to check, and then the cashier guy chimes in with yeah stores that do that also push old beer to the front.... and then what do I find at the front of their shelves but some beers that were best by dates past. Hysterical. I found it unprofessional for them to bash other beer stores, and felt they were degrading my knowledge and experience of beer because I am a woman. They also didnt even have a box for all the beer I bought nor ask if I wanted my receipt.
