Called about a special order wine and after not hearing back after 2-weeks I called back and they said they cannot get what I wanted - but didnt bother to call me back to tell me. Poor customer service!Called Rouses Supermarket immediately afterwards and got exactly what I wanted without any problems.

I never leave reviews, but the customer service was so bad I felt I needed to. Im from out of state, and I didnt think to ask to use the bathroom (very quickly, I might add). The door was wide open, but apparently there was an out of service sign that I had missed.When the cashier pointed this out to me and that I should have asked, I apologized for not having done so and missing that.She continued to berate me and tell me how rude I was, and mumble to herself for many minutes, and I apologized a few more times, which she rejected disdainfully.Honestly, if my travel schedule werent so tight I would have just left without buying anything. In fact, looking back, Im still disappointed that I spent any money there after that experience.
