This place is very beautiful. Its well lit. Like.. Very well lit. I love the candles, lights and fixtures. I had some fun rearranging the mugs 😂 😂 this place is a great inspiration for things I will build and design myself.I was with someone who had to return a defective item (ordered online) and it was handled very well. I definitely recommend shopping here :)

My husband and I wandered around the Mobile store trying out swivel chairs.We downsized and wanted something comfortable.No one ever bothered to ask if they could help us.

Do not buy their beds, we bought a set from these guys and after it came we noticed wholes and came to find out it was some type of termite, they replaced the first time and same problem occurred the with that same bed ( we have bought 3 from them) and when I reach out they tell me it’s out of warranty, not our problem, you should dispose of it.Yes, spent 1600$ for a bed that lasted exactly 1year 6 months !

Nice store but the workers are very nasty. Several times I have been in this store only to walk in and be ignoted not even a hello may i help you. I am so sorry I am not dressed up in heelsholding a Gucci or Coach bag! Very disappointing that you treat potential customers who may have come in to make a purchase. I have walked out all these times because of this one thing calles ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. Iknow these workers do not live in a multi million dollar home but what gives them the right to act all high and mighty. Each time i have gone thinking maybe this time someone will at least say Hello, welcome. Is thier anything I can help you with? Nothing! You have no idea whether people have money to spend there or not and refardless you should treat people with cimmon courtesy. It is not alot to ask. Meanwhile about 4 stores down at Williams and Sinoma they are extremely friendly. Shame on you for your snotty attitudes.

The day of, the associate called and confirmed and asked if I could have the space cleared for a more efficient delivery. I did just that! But after I had donated my old room furniture, I received a call stating I would not get my new furniture due to the delivery truck breaking down. I was livid because I have a fully breastfed 8 month old and we now have to sleep on the floor. Surely I couldnt feed her in the middle of the night on a sofa. After explaining that to the manager he simply said well, things happen. He did not offer any extra assistance. I offered to pick up the furniture myself and have 2 gentlemen ride with me to put it together because I was the last delivery for the day. I brainstormed solutions and he simply said no. He did not offer compensation for my inconvenience, NOTHING. The day of the delivery, the young man delivering my furniture was very sweet, professional and because I could not be there to observe their proficiency and accuracy,

Extremely poor service. Spent 15 minutes in the store being ignored by every associate, then when I said I would simply like to buy a gift card I was told to hang on one minute. After 10 minutes I left. Dont waste your time.
