Thanks so much to Mr. Gavin Williams. My friend and I, who was in desperate need for transportation, got up early Saturday morning and went to several car dealerships to find a car. After my friend was told no several times, he became a bit discouraged.To make a long story short, we ended up a Skco Automotive. When we arrived we were greeted with kindness by Mr. Williams and my friend was truthful with him about his credit history, and Mr. Williams stated, Let me see what I can do for you. While test driving the car he gave my friend some very encouraging words. You never know what people are going through, but those encouraging words was just what he needed to hear. When we went back to the dealership he received those words You were approved. A huge weight was lifted off of his shoulders. Professional and courteous customer service. My salesman was Derrick, and he was great! This was my first time buying a newer car. I knew I wanted a 2014 or newer Honda with a manual transmission. They were able to find me a 2017 Honda Civic coupe with the 6-speed manual. The process was very easy and streamlined, and the monthly payment was right where I wanted it to be.

I have been looking for a 2017 Toyota RAV4 for quite some time now and I finally found the one that I wanted at a great price at SKCO. I spoke with the sales person going back-and-forth for a full day trying to agree on a price before making the hour and a half drive to the dealership. We came to a good price for both of us however, I had asked before making any kind of offer if there were any issues with the vehicle. The salesman assured me that it was in mint condition and did not make note of any of the “wear and tear” on the vehicle. I had already wired the amount over to the dealership by the time I got to the dealership, as they could not simply run my card (for some unknown reason) so I was disappointed to see the hole in the passengers side seat, gum stuck to the floor and “gashes” in the plastic interior. Not sure I would’ve backed out of the deal due to these reasons but it’s the principle of being honest about the condition. The salesman was admittedly not knowledgeable on the means of payment as I was not financing, hence the hiccups on finalizing the payment. 3/5 is an honest to God rating for me. Decent enough people, great deal on the car, but absolutely strangest encounter I’ve had with a dealership in my life. Wouldn’t go out of my way to ever purchase from them again as it seemed like it was this dealerships first car sale ever, but again, did end up with an incredible deal. Just wish the salesperson actually looked at the vehicle before assuring me of its condition.EDIT: came back to alter my review already. I noticed that my paperwork was done incorrectly which is a failure on my part for not doublechecking but when I reached out to them asking them to correct it the general manager was extremely disrespectful and interrupted me many times when I tried to explain what my issue was. Officially all set with SKCO.

The last vehicle that I purchased was from SKCO in 2006. I was pleased to see the new building and was welcomed by Gavin. Very knowledgeable and helpful sales professional. He made it easy for me to buy a vehicle.

Vehicles were not clean that I seen. One car tire was flat and the other check engine light was blinking. Also offered 100% online however after test drive was told had to come to dealership to finalize. Personally I wouldn’t recommend.

Recently had windshield and tire replaced at this dealership. Exceptionally great service. Work was done correctly, on-time and with health pre-caution and safe distancing. The office is super clean too! I am going to use this place going forward for all my auto maintenance needs. Sam Kadir

Jonathan was very helpful with the purchase of a 2017 silverado today! Very friendly atmosphere and a great selection of vehicles. I will be purchasing from SKCO again. The only thing that was not perfect is that I was not informed of a warning light for my trailer brake system before the purchase. I researched the error and it is an inexpensive fix, i just wish I would have been informed prior to leaving and getting this error 13 times on my hour drive home.

I didnt want to shop here either but i tried it out anyway. My gut didnt lie. I was interested in a particular vehicle and i waited on the salesman to finish playing on his cell phone. Then as we test drove the vehicle he seemed less interested in selling it. No knowledge of the truck nor could he give any good info on it. Also just from looking at it without driving it you could tell it needed repairs. Skco plz make sure your cars are presentable any your guys know them as well. I did get what i wanted but at another dealership.
