I’ve been a Best Buy customer for years now because they tend to have the stuff I want and when I’ve had issues, they have always rectified them to my satisfaction.

Its a nice store and well organized and good service. Everything is really expensive especially the phone cases for older model phones.

Courteous,helpful staff. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Not pushy.

Upgraded my review today because of our cust svc rep Garza. Not only knowledgeable, but he was friendly and gave great attention to detail and answered all our questions. We never felt rushed or hurried. But the best part was he did NOT try and salesman us!! Yes, he offered all the options but did not push them on us. Yet explained them very carefully which was awesome. Superb customer service and I promise if I am in the market for a CSA in the future, I am offering him a job! 😀

Return policy of 15 days really sticks it to the customer. Last time i was told to mail it back to the manufacturer and let them deal with it. I did and it has been 2 years and i haven’t heard a word. The electronic component did work fine for about 30 days.

I had a service appointment for my new dryer that wasn’t working. I was scheduled between 12 noon and 5 PM. I got a text at 1:40 that they were on their way to my house for service. They never came!!! I wasted hours waiting for them and there is no way to talk to a person. I wish I had not bought the insurance because now I have to rely on their horrible lack of service.

Great customer service and the convenience of ordering online and picking up in store with no wait is by far the best feature they have to offer yet.

I went in to get a VCR head cleaner kit. I was looking around with no particular place to find the part. As I was coming into the area for TVs and etc, one of the associates asked if he could help. I told him what I was looking for and he guided right to the item I was looking for. When I arrived in the front at the registers there was an associate ready to check me out right away. All in all this was a productive visit and I received very good care from the associates. The only reason it wasnt a 5 star review is that the app should have had a location where to find the item.

It seems like the stock is always low the last 6 months. Also they used to have a reasonable return policy. I recently found out that they changed that but if I’m a “ silver member” or what not the time I can return an item is extended.

Great customer service. My wife went in to buy a new laptop, due to a problem with her current one. After discussing it with a sales member, he advised her on how to resolve her problem without having to replace it. We were able to avoid unnecessary expenses as a result. We will definitely return to this location for our next electronics purchase.

This store has only been here for a few years and its clean, well organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful.Theyre busy, so you may have to check around your area or next to it to find someone to answer a question, open a case, or check on an item but theyre glass to do it or get you what you need.The only reason its not a 5star review is because of the lack in Inventory. Weve been a couple of times for various products and found that they have some of the products, but always have several empty places in the brands of those products.

Needed to pick up a new laptop ASAP. I was so glad to see the store was open. I knew exactly what I wanted and couldnt find it online. Walmart didnt have any in stock and I wait for an order online with delivery next week. I have a presentation Friday morning at 10am. I wanted to get in store, see what they had in stock and Im glad I did. Got the laptop that I wanted it was the last one! Thanks Best buy, Brick & Mortar for the win.

Need to work on there selection more. They have all the phones and all the items other than the WIRES and CONNECTIONS needed to make them work together. Such as new connectors to older connectors.They could stand to lower prices on some of there freezers and refrigerators and carry some basic models with an ice maker that would be easy to replace when needed.Dish washer and cloths washer are also super high and many have a long history of needed repair on a regular basis. There are items in the washers never seen before ... it makes a person wonder ... what is it and why is it there.They have so many wires and buttons they wiggle loose because of the shaking. In many cases all you have to do is take the top off and push all the connections back together.The best freezers are the old Frigidaire. They were simple and are still easy to fix.

Today my experience was horrible but I do appreciate my cashier Monica for taking the time out to explain and help point me in the right direction. So, I feel like it depends on the day will determine how the staff is. One day they may practically follow you around as if youre a potential shop lifter (even if you say you dont need help). Or you might catch them all in a huddle BSing and not really there to help til you really call them over. Or, on another they can be super helpful or just not around.

Geek squad was very helpful with recovering lost photos on my phone due to a corrupted SD card. Also, Michael Dorsey in personal computers was very helpful. He listened to what I felt was important for my needs and made some great recommendations. He was very knowledgeable.

My wife and I went to buy a blue tooth speaker . First guy wanted no part in helping at all. But the second guy really cared helped and looked up items and prices for me unfortunately best literally had nothing in stock worth it I guess theyre more about just computers, phones, and tvs now be because out of the 6 blue tooth speaker boxes I looked at 0 in stock on any of them

My husband love this place. When I come with him, I stay in the car. Best Buy merchandise is a little too expensive for my taste. You can get the same stuff at Walmart, Target or Amazon but my husband and a lot of other people seem to love shopping there.

I had to visit the Geek Squad today (3/16/2021) and had an appointment at 4:40. I wanted to share that Best Buy is doing all things right Customer Service wise! I unfortunately acted like a Karen and blessed the poor young man out trying to help me for something Apple was the cause of, and he had zero control over. He didn’t even get frustrated, but was the epitome of excellent service and went out of his way to both understand my issues, explain what they could and could not do (as the go between), and spent massive amounts of time contacting Apple on my behalf to clear up the miscommunications (on Apple’s part, not Best Buy’s). I am truly sorry for the way I behaved, but I hope if you have technical issues you will take them to these Gentlemen at the Geek Squad—and please give that poor young man a raise for dealing with the likes of me during a pandemic!

I was NOT Pleased with the store representatives as I first entered the store. I was greeted at the door and bypassed by 2 representatives as I approached the cd/radio department. I browsed the department for MORE than 5 minutes and no one asked if I needed any assistance. There was a representative present but he was VERY MUCH Friendly helping two customers at once 😊😊😊 So this Friendly representative went to the register to checkout the other two customers and was at the same time assisting me as best he could. So while I was waiting my turn along came Jacob C to assist me to further make my purchase. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH JACOB C. because I was about to leave the store without making a purchase.

Pretty ok visit. The customer service was great, and the associate assisting me and my partner was excellent! He actually helped us pick out a stellar pair of headphones to boot! However, for such a large retail chain the product selection was somewhat limited, and display kiosks were often jumbled and in disarray. Overall though, good experience...and headphones!

This Best Buy has everything from computers, router to high tech home appliances and everything in between. The smart home section is great, I got everything I needed to hook up my home.

Went to get a quick replacement power supply for my PC. Options are very limited, only had 2 different versions in stock, and EVGA 450W and Thermaltake SMART 700W. Neither were modular at all. Prices are good just wish there was more selection for PC parts.

I was very impressed by their handling of safety measures. They also assign someone to help you right as you walk in the door. They really do limit the number of people in the store. Staff is super helpful. I bought a refrigerator there recently and it arrived in stock exactly when they said it would. I felt safe shopping, and valued as a customer. Just the fact that they waited so long to reopen, let me know they cared more about health and welfare, than money. Even when they were closed inside, I bought a phone there, and the guy was extremely quick and very helpful. They had a great system going.

Visited here because it offers Apple certified technical services. I could not be happier with services that were provided.

I called ahead and talked to a guy about purchasing a new MacAir. The only one I stock was an open box one. He told me it would be discounted to $829. I live 40 miles away but told him I was on my way. Got to your store, nobody knew anything nor were they helpful or apologetic. The price for the open box Mac went up in price $200 in the 45 min it took me drive there. 80 mile round trip to experience non helpful staff and get no computer. I can order the same Mac from Amazon unopened for the same price you quoted. I’ll never shop this store again.

Customer’s service its so bad in here! Even today’s manager. (Nov 22 1pm) was lying about some items and asking some of my personal info that he doesn’t need to know. Very un respectful. I’ll say go to another Best Buy and if you order something on the web. Please try not to pick your item at this store. It’s a NO, NO.
