My Kenmore dryer heating element went out. I called B&B Saturday at 8:00 am. They had my part for $55. I went there and the sales man was able to tell me some tricks of the trade for easy installation. They even had the 1/4 inch socket tool set for $11. I went home and followed the guys suggestion. Presto!!! Dryer is drying. Thank you!!

They were very helpful. Gave tips on wiring back in so I didnt have to pay a A/C Service man to install it

My dryer quit heating came here to figure out what it need to work again. Mike went out of his way to help me and got it fixed. Excellent service and very knowledgeable!!

So after searching the internet about why my appliance was not working. I made an assumption of what the internet was saying. I then went to a hardware store which did not have the part I was looking for and the gentleman suggested B & B Appliance. “Show them that picture they will bring you that part” was literally the words he told me. Getting to the store they did indeed have a thermal fuse for a dryer, however, after talking to one of the gentleman there he informed that could not be my issue “it’s either your belt or drum wheels”. I knew it wasn’t the belt i checked that before searching. So I purchased the wheels installed them and have a functioning dryer again. Thank you for your help and thank you for not just taking my money for something I did not need after all.

Went in for a belt and came out with exactly what I needed to fix my dryer. As soon as I handed the salesman the old parts he said he had what I needed and went in the back and in less than a minute he was back.He could have left it at that, but asked if I knew about a couple of other things that usually are broken with the parts I brought in and told me for relatively a small price I could buy a kit and do everything at 1 time.He was right about the other pieces being broke and the price, but he also saved me time by not having to stop or make any more trips.Thanks to Mike I paid 63 dollars to fix a dryer that a home warranty repairman said couldnt be fixed and saved me from spending hundreds on a new machine.

These guys are amazing, really good comparable pricing, and even better knowledge than the big box stores. Every time I’ve been in they were able to tell me exactly how to test and narrow down my problem, and got me the right part the first time. I think the guy I deal with most of the time is Chris, but all the guys in there go above and beyond. Save your self the time (and money on the extra trips) and get it from the professionals. 5 stars!

Willingly made the drive all the way here from Baldwin and paid about double what Grainger charges... Why? Because when your condenser fan/cap die on a Friday evening on a hot August day, this is the only location that will be open on a Saturday for your needs! Very friendly and helpful staff. Will be back if we ever need more appliance parts.

Thank you for supplying parts to consumer. I repaired outside AC unit parts for $58 in five minutes. The air conditioning service company wanted over $300! IT TOOK ME FIVE MINUTES. I know the ac repair people have to make money but seriously? B & B are good at helping to diagnose problem.

Terrible terrible service!!! It took 3 months to get a Samsung switch from here!!! And Rob is a horrible repairman... he doesn’t even keep you abreast about the part he orders you! I had to keep texting him!! Unless you want to be driven insane don’t do business here!!

Great customer service. We came in with a bad fan motor bearing. They had the part in stock. It wasnt too busy so Chris even helped up switch it out.

Ive relied on these guys for parts on multiple occasions since 2001. Most recently, my moms 12 year old Maytag dishwasher developed two leaks. They had a grommet for $4.62 which solved the one leak. (The other was a door gasket; a parts place closer to her had that part.) Pros: Friendly staff willing to print a parts diagram and share knowledge. Open on Saturday until noon. Huge stock of GE and Maytag parts. Con: They may not have a Samsung or LG part in stock. They can order it though.
