Absolute incompetence. On 10/25/2021 I went to this store to create two shipping labels, one to destination and another one for return label to my address which is to be included in the destination package. They mess this simple task up, my fifth grader can do a better job than this. I had a time sensitive documents for traveling which now is lost. Pathetic place and UPS is also not holding them accountable. I would avoid UPS altogether which cannot keep their franchise in line. Utter incompetence.

I have been going to this UPS location for several years now. Thus far, the experience hasn’t been too bad. Are some of the employees the most friendliest ones on planet earth? No, but at least, it hasn’t been awful - until yesterday. I returned five Amazon packages (as usual), and was charged $3.99 for tape! Yes, you read it correctly, the employee, who happened to be the manager, Jessica, charged me for tape! As you can see from the picture I am including, Amazon tells you you don’t even need a box for the return, but the UPS has the audacity to charge me for tape? She was trying to explain it to me, but it didn’t make any sort of sense! I also contacted Amazon, and they agreed, it doesn’t make any sense! And guess what, Amazon reimbursed the $3.99 for the darn tape!

Ok store for sending/returning packages, however zero stars for customer relations. Workers rarely speak to you, treated with indifference most times I go there. Maybe 1 guy okay, the rest: Autobots. P.S. After posting my review I read some of the other reviews, and the bad customer service is mentioned in numerous reviews, some going back 5 years! Apparently they have no intention of changing!

I went into this location on 02/13/21 to send out a package going to ATL, GA. The expected arrival date was 02/16/21. I understand that things were shut down in our city for a few days. I called this location on 02/18/21 to ask when my package would go out. I was told it would go out that night on 02/18/21. I checked the tracking late that night & per the details my package was to arrive in ATL on 02/20/21. Only to get a message @4am on 02/20/21 stating that due to weather my package was still in transit. I have checked my tracking info daily/hourly. The times and date keeps changing stating that it is STILL here in Houston, Tx as of 6:42pm on 02/22/21. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE AND WHY ARE THE DETAILS CHANGING BY THE HOUR?????I feel like this location has lost my package. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went here. Will NEVER use this location again.Very UNHAPPY Customer

I could not believe how low the reviews were about this UPS Store while I was trying to find out the nearest one to bring some Amazon returns. I had 6 packages. One package had the wrong number so I told the UPS personnel we could open it since I placed one inside. It was the wrong paper, my bad. And he said you got all your packages mixed up. No, I dont have it all mixed up. I only had 1 wrong paper in 1 package. That was just 1. He told me to look into my account. I think he got irrate that he had to do extra.While trying check my returns, the UPS personnel who handled my UPS returns was being unprofessional and rude. He was walking away from me; looking into other things on the floor; the trash; whathaveyou while in the middle of our transaction/conversation.At the end, he could not find the receipt for my 5 packages. He looked in the trash can and on the computer area. I looked into my sling bag and empty grocery bag and even showed him I dont have it. He said, I need to help the other customers, too. My sister who was with me got upset that she said you havent finish this with us. I said I need a receipt. He goes it will appear in your Amazon account. I asked him can you not reprint it? He said no, once a receipt was printed, it could not be printed again. I asked can you not look at the system and I will just take a picture. He said No. I said Can you ask the help of your manager? He said Im the supervisor.I was very nice and calm but there was not even an Im sorry for the inconvenience. I have to inform him and UPS or the owners of this store and Amazon about his behavior and the fact the he said he can not reprint a receipt. if you are the supervisor, you need to know how to handle situations like this. Surely, I will not be the only Amazon customer who will make a mistake in a package. People makes mistakes. When he made a mistake of losing the receipt because he was not focusing on the customer at hand and rushing people, an apology would be enough, a simple Im sorry would do. But his behavior reflects on UPS and Amazon. Its so sad two great, reputable companies would have supervisors, whom you expect to handle the store well, would be behaving to customers in this way.

I went here because they were open on Sunday but they didn’t allow me to use my UPS shippers account. Apparently they are not a full service UPS store. I will go elsewhere in the future.

On May 2, 2020 at 10:15, I paid for next day delivery. The price was $40.71. The estimated delivery date was Monday, May 4, 2020. When my package didn’t arrive on May 4, 2020, I went to the UPS Store and spoke with the RUDE and Unprofessional owner only to find out my package wasn’t SHIPPED until May 4, 2020. The same date it was due to arrive. When I spoke with the owner he stated there is no guarantees because of the Pandemic. However, I can understand that but what I tried to explain to him is there is no way it could arrive on the estimated date if it’s shipped on the same date. The owner was a total jerk. I will never do business with UPS again.

I came into store with my own hand truck and 100 pound package. One customer ahead of me. Sign says only two customers at a time on front door of store. Im waiting. A third customer comes in and walks past me towards back of store and whistles for the owner. Owner has back to the customers and now there are customers waiting outside. Five total. He starts helping the third customer before me. Then he says hey and waves me over with his scanner gun. I told him I have questions and he waves his scanner again. He starts speaking rudely to me then I confront him with his unprofessional and lack of customer service skills. I accuse him of being a poor owner because he helped the third customer ahead of me even though his sign says only two at a time in store. I accuse him of being a poor owner and he responds by saying Im a good owner Looking at his reviews at an average of 2.7 stars he is obviously, just as I said, A POOR OWNER. GET RID OF THIS GUY, HE REPRESENTS YOUR COMPANY POORLY.

Mailed face masks months ago, the staff didnt even placed the shipping label on the package, it was returned to me through the post office without postage that I paid 16 dollars to be overnighted to family. Showed proof to Omar about the mishap and I still havent received a refund or anything. Its has been over 3 months. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. I did have my business PO box here and I am glad I cancelled it. If they are using the post office I can use the post office and not UPS.

We needed to send a check to Woodland Park, CO by 2/14, Friday (or wire-transfer which costs $24). When my wife went to this UPS Store to send via Ground (costs $9.25), the clerk insists that theres no guarantee that the check would arrive by this Friday. So my wife ended up paying $29.21, instead of $9.25 as published on the UPS website that guaranteed delivery by 2/13, Thurs (see attached). Be aware!!!

Clean, Friendly and Secure. Good location if you live in the area. Only negative is when you go to pick up a package and they are busy. I once waited around 30 minutes for them to perform a task that took 10 seconds. It would be nice if they had a package pick-up line or at least offered to help people that are there only to pick up a package so we dont have to wait behind all the people that need more involved services. Package pick-up should be an express service and with 3 people working there, it shouldnt be too difficult of a task for them to fit in and clear the line quicker.

This UPS franchise over charges and under delivers. I took a large piece in to ship. Fortunately I had thoroughly wrapped the piece in styrofoam and bubble wrap before handing it to them to ship. They charged $15 for a box and $40 for packaging & handling fees... on top of the $110 UPS shipping fee. The box arrived crushed and there was little packing inside... literally, $40 to throw a single sheet of bubble wrap in a box and tape it shut... wt?! Had I not prepared my piece it would have been damaged. The girl who packaged it was clueless (aside from a terrible packaging job, tried to sell me an oversized box and then entered the dimensions incorrectly), and the management team was disinterested when I called them about the poor experience. This business does not meet minimal expectations for the UPS designation and I highly suggest that you do not use them for anything but dropping off prepackaged and prepaid shipments for UPS pickup!

I entered the store with my parcel. While waiting I made eye contact with a guy named Jonathan (sic) who slowly walked over to an empty. Register. Jonathan took a glance at the long oversized box and rolled his eyes. He put the package on the scale and the only time he spoke was to ask my phone number and to tell me the shipping price. He looked around and looked obviously really bored. There was no thank you, come back or goodbye, nothing. There are numerous UPS stores in the immediate area. Do yourself a favor go to another one with your shipping business. Maybe youll get treated better

Absolutely worse people. They want to take your money,. I shipped 500 worth TV using them. They looked at my packaging and asked me if I want insurance to which I agreed. They damaged my package and when I filed a claim for it they said your packaging was not good (which they checked and did not object to) and lied to me that the employees informed me which they did not. They also never informed me that I need to keep my packaging material for any claims and they lied that they had informed me about packaging. So now, I am out 500 for TV + 200 I wasted in shipping and countless calls to them thinking my package was protected. One lady was at least ready to refund shipping cost, but now they have refused for even that.People who put their trust in this store pls BEWARE. It will be 5 stars till your package is damaged, but after that you will lose your money.

Dont go here thinking you can send any gun related parts or at least ensure gun is not in the title of the company youre sending to. I was trying to return a wood gun stock to a company that used UPS to deliver to me. They wont send.... FedEx, no issues at all.

This store was OK before, but the new young guys whom work their are very rude and unprofessional, they dont have experience of job ethics, they kicked out the females used to work their because they discriminate women, every time I go their, they rolled their ugly eyes on me and dont great me or say thank you, specially the guy with glasses,those kind of people open business but they dont know how to deal with American customers, this city is the worst ever in US.

I attempted to get some documents notarized and they wanted to charge me $6 per signers signature. I told them that the law states that they cannot charge more than $1 per additional signature but the woman behind the counter stated thats how we charge it here. She even called the manager at my request, who said the same thing. Once I stated that I would be reporting the store to the state, she called her manager again and was told to refuse me services. I ended up going to Postnet on Highway 6 and University, who charged me the correct me of $9. UPS Store would have charged me $70 for all the signatures, even the ones that did not need to be notarized. Some of this is due to my ignorance, but then it seemed that the notary person was also ignorant, as she did not differentiate between regular signatures and notary signatures.
