This place is not a good place to do business I’ve had so many problems here you go to pay on loans and then told your things been sold so what was I paying every month? And now there is no record of my payments and they gave me a receipt with no information on it other then the pawn number itself and it seems like the business allows the employees to disrespect customers since I was marked and call out my name by the you black employee there and I hope he gets to read this because it shows how much this business Value there your business this young man is the assistant manager I was told this by the owner the last time I had a issue at this business the Hispanic guy helped me with no problem and we solved the issue but not this time I was called out my name and marked as as I was leaving the business I feel most business only come here because it’s in the community but what I experienced today was beyond sad yea I’m out of my things but I felt like as a manager you should represent the company you work for better I mean the guy didn’t even try to talk he went to the back leaving me upfront for at lest 30 mins and then when he did come back is when he showed his age

Dont waste your time or money here staff is horrible they dont assist or eve try to help you walking into the store

The staff was very nice and attentive, nice selection of movies, they even sell Jordans. I just cant understand why the only advertising photos are are of GUNS!! This is a safe, community friendly neighborhood with a park 1 minute around the corner and children are all over the area. Do you really want to attract gun fixated customers? Really? At least show people all the different things you guys have. I think its tacky and promotes violence, theres enough of that going on already.

Scammers, do not pawn with them, one employee informs me over the phone I can come pick up my item and the next day I get there they say theyve already sold it. Too many other places in the area then to deal with shady business dealers like them.

I always buy from this place and never had a bad experience always 5 star service.

I have come to this pawn shop on many different occasions and the level of service and their i abilities to assist their customer is poor.

Stay away! Go some where else if you can. These guys are crooks. See you in court.
