The second time I was there after a year, the staff still remember me. I highly value their customer service and the way they treat their customer. Those are very friendly and generous people. Also the owner himself helped me retrieve the package at usps and I really apreciated that.

I visited the store three time. All people who worked in the pawn shop were very helpful and polite. I definately will come back more often.

2 very friendly guys were working when I came in and one immediately came over and asked if he could help me find anything. Really impressed with the serviceI was going in to check out video games, and while the prices weren’t the most competitive I’ve seen around Houston, they weren’t too bad either.Plus the owner of the store is straight up hustling to provide some of the most professional responses I’ve ever seen in Google reviews. Solid 4 stars, wouldn’t be surprised if they started up other successful companies if they ran it like this one 👌

Loved this pawn shop till the Hispanic lady started working there, shes extremely rude and watches over you as if your trying to steal something. Has absolutely no customer service skills. Ended up wating in the car till my family finished their business. Unfortunate

They answer questions on pricing and availability on the phone (nice). Friendly. Had a nice selection of guitars and someone who seemed to know a little about them. Also gave me a deal when I bought a few different items together. Had my equipment about 2 months and it is still working great.

Best place great employees who go out of there way to try an help. I would send anyone I know here they are very fair with pricing and have great deals. 100% would go here anytime Im looking for something. The manager JD and the broker Alex are such sweet hard working people. Id give them my business anytime.

Do not take your precious items here or items you want to keep. Always bring your recipient. Dont believe the dates they verbally give. They are wrong. It a gimmick for you to miss your due date. I went to pay down on a pawn on the 29th, the Rep named began with a D, told me it was not due until the following month on the 31st. I heard them tell other the same thing instead of just letting them pay. It was Christmas time so I waited. When I returned on the 31st I was told my items were put back and sent to be melted down. I told them what I was told but all I got was a fake Im sorry but there was nothing they could do. I asked them to call where they sent it but was told they melt everything on the spot. Because I believed what I was told, jewelry that my deceased grandmother and deceased sister had given me are gone. Or so I was told. One was a gold cheetah ring (heavy). Ive used the jewelry many times over the years at EZ-Pawn and never had an issue until I decided to try this place because it was closer. Never again and I hope they go out of business.

Went to go sell some audio equipment and was “helped” by the store owner. The picture attached is his attempt to use a video cable to audio cable. Sorry, but that doesn’t work. Even after I asked about it he insists that it’s fine, as his associate is standing next to him holding his phone that he is attempting to plug in, but just can’t because his phone case is too thick to make a complete connection. They pulled these wires out of a drawer that had a rat’s nest of wires, so who knows if they even worked.Long story short, I came home plugged everything up, and wala! Magic! It works...Don’t go here unless you want someone to waste your time.

Bad experience

Dont take your high end jewelry here. They are unable to distinguish a real 18k white gold Cartier ring from a fake one. Inexperienced gold buyer/seller.

Went to get a loan and young lady in chargeLooked like she did not want to take any of my items. Took a bucket of tools and she barely looked in side of it. I had a brand new heater and a small fan. She said they dont take those kind of items. She did not even look inside the bucket. I had snap-on and craftsman toolsShe needs to be trained.I had gone to the store way before I needed a loan. I asked for the manager in charge asked if they were doing any hiring. All he said was no! Just a straight no. He didnt offer me an application or nothing. Very unprofessional!!

Garbage! They dont know how to test gold or jewelry. They make a offer and retract it last minute. Too many options to EVER consider this place again. AVOID!!!

Horrible place to pawn any gold or diamonds. Complete ripoff by offering less that half of other pawn shops. Highly recommend Heritage Pawn down the street. Consumers beware!!!!

Nice people but didnt get even close to what I needed on what I brought in. Not a huge selection of anything in particular other than old TVs and golf clubs. Wouldnt go back again, there are better choices in the area.

Came to get my Xbox back after pawning it and a chord was missing worker on the phone talked to me like I never had the chord in the first place but they used it to text my Xbox so now I have to go buy another one will not return
