Owner is RUDE for no good reason!! Youve lost the business of a good paying customer.

This location doesn’t show support to the Sienna community, yet we line up to funnel our money into their business. When the local schools have fundraising programs - I never experience their willingness to participate and give back to the community that is making them rich. In addition- they have a policy in place that forces me to buy more product because of service fees; and while o respect trying to maximize profits, their greed turns me off. I’ll stay away and use my money elsewhere

Donuts were hot and fresh. FYI there’s a upcharge for paying with debit or credit card, regardless of amount.

Always, Always.... and yes Always great service. Yes there can and usually is a line of cars but if flows. The food speaks for itself. Go there you will be happy.

Good location and drive through service 👌.Only one thing very very negative reviews:Who works in the store Hispanic lady. She always rude and unkind. Kid asked me why she is always mad. I told kid, not mad, she is not kind person to work. Very unhappy when we left that door. Thats why I go to the other 🍩 shop, but today I had no choice. :(

It’s a donuts shop how can people take so long ordering Shipley’s please think about adding the feature of ordering prior to pulling up to the window

I dont recommend this location at all as they are not fresh and especially when you go in the later afternoon they give you the stuff which are ready to trash and this is my second time experience with them.

Fast drive-thru & hot fresh donuts

They used to have a $5 minimum for purchases by credit card and now they add a 3.5% surcharge when paying by card. These are not customer-friendly, will likely do more harm in the long run; and probable violations of their merchant services agreement. It would be a wiser business decision to just increase the prices on donuts by 5 cents.

Owners and workers are nice! Always clean and the food is consistently good.

I heard this was a staple here in Houston so I wanted to try it out. I would say they are more sweeter than like a dunkin or krispy kreme. They are decent donuts that are good for any occasion.

This is my neighborhood Shipley Do-nut shop and my vendor of choice for donuts and kolaches. Consistency speaks for itself.

Fast and has always gotten my order correct, no matter how complicated. Get a fresh glazed everytime if you are there in the morning.

Rudest employee I have ever dealt with. It’s Sunday at 3:30pm and pouring rain. We were looking in the window to see what to order before driving around to order in the drive thru. No customers anywhere around. We went to back up to get a clearer view and this lady came to the door and dramatically told us to park and move out of the way. Mind you no one was around that we would have been affecting. We decided to drive to another location. I can guarantee this lady is costing this company business. Lost mine business.

I have been to the Shipleys at Missouri city a couple of times now through the drive through service and in person services. The donuts and kolaches are good but the customer service is horrible; the employees are always rushing you and they’re never smiling, they seem like they are annoyed to be bothered and won’t even answer when you ask them for the flavors. This is not a one time thing, this has happened at different occurrences and it is absolutely unacceptable. I will not be coming here again because it is hurtful the way they treat you.

Felt like I was in trouble ordering through the drive through. She huffed and puffed, walked away from me in mid sentence, and got the order wrong. I knew she got the order wrong but didnt feel like saying anything to spark another sigh or angry eyebrow. If you dont wanna be at work, go home🤷‍♀️

I went there today and the service was terrible!!! The worst happened when I paid with my card and I thought the woman had returned it in the bag along with my order and receipt. But thats not what happened!I went back to the place and asked for my card! She returned it to me without even apologizing for the mistake. Disrespectful attitude that made me think that maybe it was not by mistake!I’ll never come back there and I recommend you the same!

The donuts was fresh and good

Face coverings and gloves are non existent. The person handling money was also handling food and the drive through window. Rude, unsanitary and sloppy service. Did not accept order and drove off. Will never go back.

Went inside to avoid the long drive thru line. Ordered what I needed, watched them pull kolaches from the correct drawer and when I got home they were the wrong kolaches that my wife and daughter eat. Wasnt too happy. Someone loaded the correct drawer with the wrong kolaches. Food was good otherwise.

The worker, Eric, is so nice and remembered me and my family from all the times that we stopped by. The donuts come in more than just generic flavors are delicious and not super expensive. If you go, I would recommend getting a bear claw. Its like a glazed long john with cinnamon on the inside and tastes amazing.

I live in Sienna and visit Shipleys Donuts Sienna infrequently. On March 5th at 4:30 pm, I stopped by to get donuts. I used the drive thru service. The clerk that serviced me has waited on me several times before. In my opinion, she provides horrible customer service. She acts as if you are an annoyance. This is not a one time opinion. She has serviced me several times and this is my opinion for each visit. This time I did tell her that I found her service sorely lacking. On one visit I was waited on by an Asian lady (possibly the owner) who was courteous and cheerful. She provided a very good experience. The employee that I am complaining about needs retraining on how to service customers. Nobody wants to be waited on by someone who acts like you are imposing and she is doing you a favor. And to top it all off, she got my order wrong!!! Started to return to store but I did not want to interact with her again!!!

I asked my granddaughter to go to shirleys for me, for 1 dozen of donuts. They handed her 2 and charged her. She tried to tell them she only wanted 1. They told her there is no refund. Seems to me that is not fair or right.

The lady at this particular Shipleys has no clue about customer service. She comes across as very dismissive, disrespectful and unprofessional. If you are angry, dont go for client facing just. Stop transferring personal anger to customers who just want to have a donut. I wonder what the owners of this location have been doing with all the feedback they have about her.

The food is amazing! Nothing beats a hot glazed do-nut from THIS Shipley’s. The staff are very friendly and the service is fast. I love coming here for not only breakfast, but snack time too!

Every time I go here the staff is very rude, they refuse to warm the cold donuts I like my donuts warm, even thought they have a microwave under the register they always said that the microwave is bad. They have a lot problem understanding English and the communication is pretty bad too. Wont recommended to no one.

I visited this location on April 4th around 5:20 pm. The lady seemed to be annoyed because she had to take care customers on the drive thru. Her customer service was poor. She should go home if she is not willing to do her job right.

Stopped at 7:25pm Tonight to pick up donuts for the morning. Lights are on, open sign is on and posted hours say they are open till 8 PM. The doors were locked and the woman inside tells me they closed early. If you close early, at least turn the open light off in the front window.

Went inside and nobody was there for about 10 minutes to help out. Third time going there and every experience is always a bad one

Donuts, Kolaches, and other pastries are great, but they get the fifth star because their service is outstanding. Soo fast, never had my orders mixed up. Orders that had dozens of various pastries, Kolaches and the rest.

Do-nuts are always great here. Hot. Fresh. In particularly before 10am daily. Definitely recommend. Staff very nice and smiling at all times it seems.

Shipley has been always good. However the staff at this particular shop is rude in behavior. Couple of days back I had a very bad experience. I had to make the staff say sorry to me for their behavior (with accusing me of something which never happened). I am seeing more comments about staff behavior which makes me feel that my experience was not just one off

What to say?? Donuts made fresh. Kolaches large and tasty. Not too expensive. Pretty fast through drive thru....

Donuts good; employees bad. They dont direct their attention towards the customer but to one another for chitchat. The line moves slowly and is very long because theres no menu in the back nor at the window. You have to guess about what you want or try to park and go inside.

They did not honor the corporate coupon. I asked why not? and they said they just dont take coupons.Thats not a good answer but I know I will not be going there anymore and will go down the road to the other Shipleys that does.

People mostly go through the drive thru so it was just my son and I inside. It was quiet and clean with WiFi and very easy to notice from traffic. The staff member was a very nice young lady.

Good donuts but the customer service is very poor..the lady works in the evening time is so mean and irritating...she act like she is giving something free..she is really showing her attitude....staff like her need to be fired

Check your receipts. They over charged me then argued with me when I brought it to their attention.

We get breakfast here frequently without any issues. Today the Cashier at the drive-thru decided to refuse to warm up my donuts and says, I should get out of the car to use the microwave in, RUDE! Thats crazy.They always warm it up for me, when I make make the order, I tell them. She just ignored the request. Never going back..lost two customers :-( Bad service.

For whatever reason, every time I go they always put the chocolate iced donut underneath the hot regular glazed donut melting all the chocolate into the two Donuts together. Every time I ask for a dr. Pepper they give me a bottle and not a fountain drink even when I ask for the fountain drink but they charge me ahead of time so they always feel sorry and give me a fountain drink afterwards. If they fix these two small things they would be perfect!

The shop is well managed, food is fast and easy to order. Quality of food is great, only problem is the Dine in is rather small.

Small, but clean Shipleys. We needed a meeting spot before our ride, and this was the best location. Friendly staff and kolaches were good. Coffee was pretty rotten, though. Could have been a fluke, but definitely not going there for the coffee :)

These guys risked a lot to open up and serve our community during the hurricane. Love the bluberry cake with frosting. Always fresh, always amazing.

Never been a big fan of Shipleys compared to local Ma and Pa places but this location had good service and decent donuts.

They don’t know how to box a dozen of donuts probably. I didn’t ask for 36 donuts I asked for 3 dozens of donuts. A box should only contain 12 not 18 if it’s a DOZEN!

The donuts arent terrible? Also, they often lock the dining room an hour before they close? Maybe 7pm is when the street gangs come out in Sienna.

Fast service and drive-thru, friendly staff, great food!Edit: I am now giving this establishment 1 star for the incompetency of the staff. On more than one occasion, they have messed up a simple order of SAUSAGE AND CHEESE kolaches. I dont want anything else than that. Ive gotten ham and cheese kolaches and also jalepenos kolaches. My order is not that complex. When I caught them on the jalepeno order, I told them I could not have jalepenos. I gave her my order back and she still managed to give me another jalepenos kolache. So incompetent. I will not be giving this place any more of my money.
