Ok place, fresh glazed donuts are great. Dont like the cheese bun(no real flavor) pumpkin spice donuts taste like molasses.

Quality has gone down lately. Their donuts used to be so fresh and hot with just the right amount of glazed. My last few visits they’ve been soggy with way too much glaze and a stale taste. Will probably have to stop visiting this one.

I dont really go to a restaurant a second time when I cant understand the cashier that doesnt speak english well.

Went in at 5:15 am and they had no donuts ready so why are they open if they have no donuts ready

4:00AM on a Tuesday. Starting my day off and go to Shipleys. As I walk up to the door I make eye contact with an upset looking man tossing dough from within. As soon as I walk in the door He tosses his was of dough down and yells at me, “Why is that door open? 5 more minutes.” I awkwardly apologize for entering the open establishment and wait in my car watching the angry man throw donuts at a table for nearly 15 minutes. He saw my lights. He saw me outside my car. He had a bad day but it was a bad experience for me too. I won’t be coming back for sure.

Good location but staff is very rude and product was good as usual but they always shove everything in the boxes here so the donuts get squashed and then they are rude about it.

I have been here a few times. This is the second time I have bought a regular cheese and sausage kolache for my daughter on the way to drop her off at school and when she bit into it, it was full of jalapenos. The employee argued with me at length because I only brought back 3/4 of the kolache. Obviously I picked out all the jalapeno bits and fed my hungry child the rest. The manager was kind and refunded me the money.

Absolute favorite doughnut- the glazed. Monday Tuesday, get 1 free doughnut it a purchase of any one or more doughnut!! real sweet employees.

They have donuts and its clean. The staff is ok. I like the fact that they stay open nearly all day. Even if you get a donut craving at lunch they have you covered. Plus, I like my donuts warm and they will ask you if youd like to warm it up. A lot of places dont ask or make that available.

My son loves this place and we always seem to run into good conversations there...

Went to this location all the time. The last time I went I bought my food and went to heat it up in their microwave. I opened the door and it was a roach crawling out of it. I was so grossed out I just left, threw my food away, and went to eat elsewhere. If the roach reached the dining area I know they have them in the kitchen. This experience alone has halted my Shipley’s trips at any location all together!!!

Small location in the strip center. Four tables available to sit and eat in. Selection of donuts is average. Their coffe is not very good, with limited condiments.

I dont like it when I do not get my original receipt from the cash register to review my prices. I only have the receipt from the debit Exchange. Train your people to give your customers register receipt!
