My first time visiting and it was a great experience. Staff are nice, the Nurse is super sweet and the Dr is great. They have Super cute glasses frames.

This was my first visit to TSO. The staff was professional, friendly and patient with me. I had to make a phone call to my insurance, because information given earlier was not correct. The doctor was very professional and made me feel comfortable. She was very informative on my issues. She explained everything and even gave me assurance on solving some of my problems. She was willing to share her results with my medical doctors as soon as possible. I will continue to visit this location. It is less than 3 miles from my home andthat is a plus. I would also recommend this branch to family and friends.

Arrived to my appointment on time and was seen promptly. The staff were friendly and efficient. I was finished with everything I needed for glasses and contacts in less than 40 minutes. Dr. Tran was great. I highly recommend this TSO location!

Staff tried to charge my mom the wrong prices even after I explained that her insurance provided a free pair of glasses after cataract surgery. The staff didnt understand. Took way too much to get the glasses done at the right price. Eventually it was done correctly but still too much hassle. Havent been back since.

I had an vision appointment today at the Missouri City location. From the time you are greeted at your car, you automatically feel like you’re in the right place. Mary was so sweet and knowledgeable about every single step of my appointment. Her voice is so soothing and her little chuckle gave me life. The atmosphere was that of a serene, desert-type feeling on a cool summer night...No joke! Dr. Rita was down to earth and oh so relatable. He offered several options and explained each one so that I had a better understanding. Overall, this location is where you would want to take your family. It felt like home to me!

We love this place! They were great with us. Very patient and through. They really dig deep into our medical history as well as work history to be sure we had the right prescription and our eyes are healthy. Then they were patient with us and helped us choose frames that fit our face and worked well with our prescription. This was the first time for bifocals for both my husband and I and they were extremely thorough on their bifocal training with us and made sure we were comfortable before we left.

Went in for an eye exam and the staff treated me very well, until I told them I was going to buy glasses online for a more affordable price. The optometrist refused to measure my pupillary distance, after knowing I was not going to purchase glasses from this office and the main receptionist was hesitant to give me my prescription. During my experience I felt uncomfortable and will not be returning.

Doctor Shah is nice, and location is convenient to us, but my problem starts 1 month after our visit.After the first appointment for redness of my sons eye, we were prescribed an eye drop, and scheduled a follow up visit. The eye drop worked perfectly, and his eye was back to normal in 2 days. I called after hours, and left a voice message to cancel the follow up appointment. No reply from the office the next day.1 month afterwards, I received a bill, charging me late fee and a cancellation fee. I called after hours (because of my work schedule) again to leave a voice message, and of course, no reply again. The next day, I called back during my work hours, spent 20 minutes on the phone with them, but nothing was resolved. They still insist for me to pay for the bill. I was asked for proof of me leaving a voice message to cancel the appointment....After 20 minutes of not getting anywhere and having to get back to work. I just pay it anyways, but I promised them, my wife and my son (both used to be their loyal customers) will never visit their office again.

Id went to my local TSO here in Missouri City and I have to let everyone know of this great team of the office manager Jennifer M. The ladies give great customer service and they make you feel like a family member and not just a customer. Jennifers and her team looked out for my best interest and not just trying to make sales. I think that calls for recognition and more importantly you have a group of people thats got your back . Thank you ladies so much for your help and and great customer service.

Convenient location and they have a good selection of frames to choose from. Ordered our glasses on Monday and they were ready for pick up on Wednesday. I’ve been coming for the past three years. Excited to bring my kiddo next year for her first check up. 😁👍🏽

I experienced excellent customer service with all staff members. Veronica was excellent at helping me choose the best style of glasses and sunglasses for my style. The doctors offer technology that circumvents the need for the ol air puff in the eyes. 10/10 will come again.

Came to the office for my routine exam and had, by far, the BEST eye exam Ive ever had. I normally had eye appointments because I never feel that the doctor is able to get my prescription right; Ive always left feeling that the new prescription works...just something is off. Well, Dr Reeder definitely got it right, the first time. So much so, in fact, that with my new prescription Im able to see BETTER than 20/20 vision. The office staff was super friendly, and super helpful. They matched me to glasses that I love...which helps me tremendously because im not a big fan of wearing glasses. My new pair, are SUPER STYLISH. I love wearing them, and the for the first time im not feeling self conscious in them. The service was fast, they followed up with me, and the pricing was super reasonable. DO NOT GO TO TSO Missouri City. Their marketing practices are underhanded and manipulative. Once you have your eye exam, its pressure to buy their products. If you order lenses from another provider, they charge you for the information needed on the prescription. The entire experience leaves little to be desired. I am reporting the infraction to my insurance company.

This is not where you want to go for eye care. They will nickel and dime you until you scream out loud. On my 3rd visit of complaining I was told my lenses were put in the opposite sides. My right lense was placed in the left and vise versa. How much is seeing eye dogs?

5 star experience at TSO with Dr. Amit Shah and staff. Called the office at 430 pm, and they were able to get me in on the same day. Doc was very thorough and knowledgeable. Very unprofessional staff! Went here to get my daughters eyes examined for the upcomingschool year. Shortly after discoveringthey couldnt find my insurance, I hear the optometrist say to one of the staff members(joking I suppose)that she wouldnt have a job if it wasnt for her, if her name wasnt on the wall, she wouldnt be here...they all laughed!!!I didnt think the joke was appropriate or funny...Especially after seeing they couldnt locate my insurance information. Should that be verified prior to my arrival?!? Get this, I waited there for over an hour and the staff still could not locate my insurance information....Went to another location and what do you know.?!?!..They find my INSURANCE Info!!!! These people are a joke(literally)

Had a eye doctor visit and was charged through my insurance. A month later they are trying to bill me again when my insurance already paid for the visit (I confirmed with my insurance). Horrible service and fraudulently charging. I do not recommend them. The women in the front desk are very rude and sarcastic.

Staff is horrible and unprofessional. They gave my appointment to someone else. They merged my insurance information with another patient and asked me to reschedule because they were overbooked. Then I talked to someone else who said I wasn’t in their system at all. So my social security number, insurance information, birthdate and home address were linked to someone else . Now they are just gone!!!! I’m so over this place. Then I waited for at least 30 minutes for the office manager and she never came to the phone.

I would give a Zero if I could. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter over the phone for an eye exam for glasses and contacts. The young guy I spoke with on the phone asked for her insurance information and told me that both of her exams were covered. Eye doctor rushed thru her exams, gave her trial lenses and sent us to the front desk to check out. When we got there the lady told me it would be $60.00Of course Im confused because their office said she was covered, now theyre saying only for either/or contacts or glasses . So I just told the lady to just give me one since one prescription is covered now and she told me my daughter would have to remove the trial lenses they just gave her... (as if they can use them for someone else)Never once any apology for their employee not being knowledgeable of their services or giving false information. etcI will never refer anyone to this location
