Im certain that the management staff never go to isles 14 through 19. Because all the other aisles are well organized and tidy, but the last four or five aisles in the lumber yard are a dangerous, disorganized, mess. Theres loose pipes in the middle of the aisle, boards and planks haphazardly scattered around, and its just generally very disorganized. To make matters worse I estimate that they have a total of four lumber carts for the entire lumber yard. When I asked where a lumber cart was an employee pointed me to the parking lot and said, there may be one out there. After searching I found one, and saw only two more... but thats it for an entire Home Depot. The rest of the store is tidy in while organized but there is no excuse for a home Depot to have a lumber yard that is so poorly organized and, frankly, unsafe.
Waited for an hour and multiple calls to make a single wire cut for me. They could have just said nah we dont have a cutter but they kept saying hes on his way
They are always located in a convenient spot. Tons of selections and prices are reasonable. Most likely you will be able to find what you need compare to other places.
Home Depot has turned into a nightmare experience like Walmart. Slow lines, rude staff, lazy staff and sheer chaos in there. They used to be good but like Walmart we see a decline because of the type of people they hire who don’t care about their jobs or anybody that they’re serving. Normally if you don’t have a receipt and you bought it with your debit card you can just return it or exchange the item. this particular location always ask for your ID even though you have the receipt or the debit card which nobody else does that and makes you get at the end of long lines if you don’t have it. They are extremely rude. Whoever manages this location has no idea how to run a store and the staff are completely lazy just standing around talking when there are long lines. Just like Walmart lazy staff only trying to collect a check and not actually work and horrible management that doesn’t care and has no idea what they’re doing probably lied on their résumé to get the job. I would avoid this location, they’re always out of everything even if they say they’re in stock they’re lazy staff is not putting it on the shelves because they have hardly anything ever. The shelves are usually messy from the top down which says it is staff not customers and nobody ever wants to help anybody. Truly this Home Depot and many, unfortunately now, have staff members that are lazy and could care less about doing their jobs just like Walmart. I’ll be going to Lowe’s from here on
I like this store, you can hardly find help though, just know what you need and you should be good to go. Garden center is not that active but Okay. Lumber has a contractor pick up section like the other Home Depots and you can conveniently park your car in front of it for pick up. They usually have good deals on Black Friday
This is my go to brand store, but this location is awesome. Easy to find what you need and you truly dont need staffs assistance unless you have specific needs.
Great place with even a more impressive return policy. It definitely encourages me to buy more stuff. I love that they seem to have more employees compared to their competitors. You can always check out with a human. Selection is good.

Dont shop here for any big projects or appliances. They will mess up the order and have you waiting 2-3 months to fix the issue which I am still waiting on til this day! Home depots main line couldnt even get a hold of this store for days. Whenever you call to try to fix something, they put you on hold and pass you around to different associates or keep you on hold untill you hang up. We were once on hold for 45 minutes and they just hung up and stop answering our phone until we called from a different number! Bad service and Customer care at this location no issue anywhere else.
Worst experience EVER manager Eli was a complete jerk! Went in to purchase wood the label said 10 dollars no where on the tag did it say by the foot. He got upset with me and accused me of trying to steal it at a lower price I brought him back there and showed him the tag and he said I switched the tags myself I told him to go check the cameras and he refused and told me since I had the wood cut I had to pay for it. I refused and left this is the last time I’ll ever shop at Home Depot especially because there is a Lowe’s down the street and the customer service is much better!

Home Depot –My wife and I was so excited to celebrate the purchase of our new home. Even though there were many challenges we did not expect. We had no idea that purchasing blinds for our home would be the worst and most time extensive. We chose your store because we do a lot of business with you. We recently purchased a new refrigerator and have many appliances from your store for our other homes. This I guess has been a major mistake.I have personally the Home Depot location on HWY 6 at 5900 Hwy 6, Missouri City, TX 77459, and set and had a consultation with a blinds associate. It was an easy experience and the consultant explained that my blinds were not in stock and they would send a Home Depot employee to my home to measure my blinds. He sit up my account with my blind selections and visitation date. The second employee did in fact come and measure my all 8 windows. After the visit I was under the assumption that my blinds were being measured and cut. Unfortunately after two weeks later of no contact I went back to the store. Long story short I was told that my measurement were not in the system and they would reach out to the rep for the measurements. A not was placed in my account. This process repeated for another two times. I have personally been at the store three times and to this day my blinds are not cut and I have no answers to what is going on.Essentially Home Depot has taken my money for a service that they have not provided! I am not happy. There has been no communication, no transparency, or honesty. Each time I’m told a Manager will contact me and that never happens.This has become a safety hazard! I NEED BLINDS TO COVER THE WINDOWS OF MY 1YR AND 6YR SMALL KIDS!
Home Depot is always but this visit we needed help and Corey stayed with me and my hisband and made sure we found everything. He made our experience super great. We were at the Home Depot at 5900 Hwy 6 Tx.
I was shopping for some paver stones this evening at the Home Depot in Missouri City, Texas. For some reason the garden center gate and the checkout area were closed, but shoppers could access the garden center area from the main store. I was in the garden center area looking at paver stones and a young employee, Sean, asked me if he could help me. I accepted his offer. He walked out to the parking lot to get a heavy duty cart. Upon his return he loaded the stones on the cart. Then he pushed the cart to the checkout counters and waited while I paid for the paver stones. At that point he pushed the cart to my car and loaded the stones into the car. During that whole scenario he pleasantly chatted with me. Home Depot is lucky to have Sean as an employee!!
I bought 3 gallons of paint. The young lady that works in this department is a doll! She was so very helpful and is an asset to this store! The only part that was bad was that THIS STORE IS TOO HOT!

That visit was specifically for lawn service. The space was clean and well organized. I found everything needed, although I did notice lack of reduced prices. The store clerk was efficient, polite and helpful. All in all, I would recommend Home Depot to family and friends. However, it may be more cost effective to purchase lawn items (i.e., weed n feed) during off season.
Really clean, a little humid. Had a couple workers help us find the lights and filters we were replacing. In and out, even found a dino light.🦖

This is a Great Home Depot. There are closer ones to me, but this is One of my favorites. The garden center is excellent and the staff are so helpful.
Called over phone to see if they had a product in stock the lady I spoke with said they only had 2 in store so I raced to that side of town to pick up the garage door openers I needed.I get there I see only 1 available I ask one of the employees if they had any more he said that was probably his only one.We watched him walk down the isle and check to see if they had anymore he literally told me no and walked off never came back, I went towards the end of the isle to check exactly where he was checking and found they had 5 or more available.It’s a shame I don’t even work there and I found them. Either they were holding them for someone or they didn’t wanna do their job. It’s not fair that they would hold a product without someone purchasing it. When I called to ask them to hold the openers as I was on my way to that side the lady said no she couldn’t and it was first come first serve.So I don’t understand why these openers where put to the side as if someone was coming to get them.

Well naturally here in Texas the plumbing supplies were a little short, but I managed to get what I needed to repair a split water line that I didn’t have insulated very well. They had a bunch of 3/4 in. elbows and connectors, but zero outdoor faucet fixtures. I’ll order a “Shark Bite” fixture from Amazon.
One of my favorite store is this one. The stuff are so helpfully, nice and friendly. I highly recommend this Home Depot store.

Well staffed store. Had its issues years ago, but they seem to be doing much better now.
Never order anything to be delivered to the store. Last month my item was never shipped and item was canceled a week after it was to be delivered (this was after I had to track it down to find out the vendor never accepted the order). Now I have an item that the tracking number says it was delivered to the store today, online texts say it arrived yesterday, talked to the store and they say it is not there.
Always love Home Depot, just always want to buy more than I need!! Great selection, helpful staff

If I could, I would give them 0 stars for poor customer service! I am going to do the best I can to keep it short and sweet. However, this has been a 6 month long painful experience.I chose Home Depot for my appliances because I figured they were a name that was trustworthy. Unfortunately, that is not the case. They outsource their deliveries to XPOLogistics who tore up my cabinets installing my over the range microwave and dishwasher. This was during the pandemic and trying to get someone to help has been a nightmare! There was one day when I was on hold for literally 4 hours trying to resolve this issue. Monica and Kevin have done a good job of trying to help me but Ronald is a joke. To make a long story short, I was able to get a new microwave but the same delivery people came to install and they would not because the cabinet was unstable! Mind you, they have had 6 months to rectify this but havent! I had to hire a contractor to tear my cabinet apart, replace the warped wood caused from the bad installation in the first place. He installed my microwave because I have already waited six months to resolve and nothing had been done, I paid money out of pocket to fix the damage caused by this XPOLogistics. Everyone keeps pawning the responsibility of the repairs on each other and quite frankly, I am just sick and tired of dealing with all of them! There should never be a business that gets to big that they forget customer service is a priority! I have been dealt with in a very poor manner and that is unacceptable!
Very nice location. The staff is courteous and they work fast to help you. The pool plants seem a little higher than other locations.
They are great however they did not have the bulbs for the landscape lights I purchased a couple of years ago.
Avoid this place. The cashiers are not even aware of the The 2021 Emergency Preparation Supplies Sales Tax Holiday had to wait a total of about an hour for a manager to approve the correct price plus they werent suppose to charge taxes and had to go to customer service to get my $.
Excellent choises with good price
Used curbside pickup again and it worked great! There was a few minutes wait today but it was a Saturday afternoon. I opened the back door on the Explorer and the HD employee put everything in the back, looked at my ID and w were off.
Terrible customer service! Was at the store on Dec 1st at 6:30p needed help with storage containers. Asked 3 different people for help that walked by. Everyone told me that it was not there department and that they would get someone. Spent 30 minutes waiting for help... NOTHING! asked for a manager... NOTHING! Ended up leaving and going down the road to Lowes.

They have wide variety of selections. Excellent customer service. Huge shoutout to GIL for always providing best service. If you have question or want to find stuff, find Gil at the counter. He would not just show you where its locate, but also explain on how to use it. Would come to your car to load heavy stuff. I have seen him helping many people. Always provides an excellent customer service. GIL definitely deserves a raise!!!

Home Depot. Missouri City. COVID-19 safety. I am a frequent visitor to the Missouri City Home Depot. Yesterday around 4.30 PM when I entered the Store, the first thing I noticed was a woman standing at the “Return” with no mask. Again close to the self check out area, I saw a young employee may be in his 20s, walking with no mask. When I was passing through the plumbing area, I found another visitor standing there with no mask at all. All these things I noticed in less than 10 minutes and that’s all it took me to check out. None of the above people had even a mask pulled down to neck or up on their head. I hope in the best interest of the people like me the Management will pay proper attention and train your employees accordingly. Meantime I warn that people with compromised immunity should stay away from this place.
9/2/21 7pm to 8pm Been here for about an hour. Just need to buy a reach in freezer. About 4 reps avoided me and a lady who was waiting there atleast 15 min before. Should really hire people who need a job.
One of the staff assisted me in getting the correct size filter for my A/C. Bought a new Christmas tree for a good bargain price with the assistant of another really sweet staff member. Love this store.

The customer service agent in the store was amazing! Her knowledge of the washing machine I was looking for was exceptional. She was extraordinary!
It is really rare to find an employee to help, and its especially rare to find one that is nice. Most of the ones you find have a bad attitude, or wont even help you. It took me about 20 minutes to find someone to take an item from the high shelf. Other than that, they are usually always in stock, and have what I need at a good price.

Home Depot did a great job of social distancing and cleaning there Hands after they were done of what they were doing.
So I go online to locate my item at the exact store that Im going to be shopping at, I get to the store and the item is not in stock. Im really getting tired of this occurring in Missouri City/Sugarland the website says they have it in stock, so I called the store and the person says the item is in stock. When I get there there isnt even a space for it on the shelves!Im glad the covid happened when it did, it just informed me to drive back into Houston or get all of my items on Amazon. I have no desire to shop in the local stores here because they dont carry what they claim.

Not good! I paid for Plywood, 4×4,2×6 and shipping Friday to secure it for an immediate project, could not get it shipped until Wednesday, therefore I noted with representative that I will back with my our transport the following day, due close to COB. Come back Saturday, the Plywood I secured for a project SOLD. Now I am pushed back Three Day, got to wait until Tuesday, for something I secure 4 days before. Losing experience 💔 this time. But I will always enjoy Home Depot.

Terrible service at this location!!! I used to go to Home Depot all the time instead of Lowes because of their service. They had great employees once upon a time. Now they have employees that just dont care about customer service. When you ask for help, it seems like you are bothering them. So sad. I hope it improves for the better in the near future.

If you’re going to hire individuals make sure they’re not antisocial,have great attitudes and be greatful they have a job! Due to Cov19 a lot of people don’t have jobs, so be greatful! If I’m ranting about my experience, I apologize.

Had a very bad experience with Cedric in the paint department. Right now with the COVID19 I understand that things are different but Cedric made it obvious that he was not looking forward to helping out. I stood in the paint line next to the sign that said “LINE STARTS HERE” and he kept constantly ignoring me and my wife. I called to him 3 times and he looked over and then turned his back. My wife had to literally walk up to him and ask him if he would please help us out. His response was “You are the only customer in line, You should have walked up”. He was not being helpful and did not give any tips or suggestions on paint. He was being short and unwilling to do the minimum requirements for his job. My wife had to talk to “Ronald” the Assistant Manager and tell him what was happening. Ronald automatically went and told Cedric that we were complaining about him and that made things worse. Cedric told someone else to finish helping us because he was going to lunch. But before that he decided to just slide the paint over the counter and then walk off with an attitude.
