Great service; great products; lots of extras available; owners and employees couldnt be more hospitable and accommodating. Great local Missoula business - way to go! I needed a new vacuum. They recommended the Cirrus canister. Good price - excellent product. They steered me right. The hose got damaged (has and electric wire in it to operate the beater bar). They replaced it under warranty - fantastic service!

I have left my original review up but will adjust it slightly. I do have my vacuum back after they had it for over 6 weeks. It is running at this point with no issues so I am thankful for that. My largest complaint is the lack of follow through and the fact that I had to continually call them for a status update on when it would be done. John did indicate that he replaced some additional parts at no cost which I certainly am thankful for. As of know as I indicated the vacuum is working as it should be. ORIGINAL POST------- I paid $359 to get a Dyson vacuum fixed. I got it home and it worked for 5 minutes and then started doing the same thing again. I live 1.5 hours away from Missoula so my next trip in I took it back to get it fixed. They have had it back for 3 weeks now and no one there can tell me when my vacuum will be repaired and they indicated they are still waiting on a part that was supposedly ordered 3 weeks ago when I took the unit back in.

These folks are super! They really know what they are doing, and were able to take a quick look at my sewing machine and tell me what was wrong, at no charge! I was then able to buy a couple of the bobbins that it needed and was on my way. Small family business doing it right in Missoula!

A-1 also services sewing machines. My machine was not working a wile back and I took it in for servicing. It turned out it was just a switch on the bottom that needed to be moved. They could have totally ripped me off and charge me for repairing my machine. I trust these folks completely!

I went in with my vacuum and they fixed it in under five minutes! Small fix but couldn’t have been nicer or more knowledgeable

I just bought a new Simplicity vacuum from this place, as soon as i got home i used it immediatley. I vacuumed my whole house and the carpet never looked better. I want to say thank you guys for your professional advise and expertise.

We brought in a Dyson vacuum that wasnt working correctly. The staff identified the problem within moments and corrected the issue at no charge to us. I would recommend A-1 vacuum to anybody.
