Hands down the best embroiderer I’ve ever worked with. I moved here from Portland last year and I started my own business, I’ve run others before and had to make attire for those as well, so I’ve been “around the apparel block”. Even with my small run for proof of concept, Stitches stayed in touch with me every step, I never had to try to get them to respond, which often happens with small run orders. Stitches was also on the exact same wavelength as me which is also another hurdle I’ve had to overcome with other embroiderers, Cynthia knew exactly what I was going for just based off my minimal descriptions. Proofs already came and Stitches is who im sending all my embroidery biz to!

Super happy with my experience at Stitches! It was ready early and it looks awesome!! These guys go above and beyond and have reasonable prices to boot. I was also impressed with their in house selection of clothing to put your logo on. They had some cool more modern stuff in addition to run of the mill logo gear. I will be back :)

Stitches is the absolute best embroidery shop anywhere! Cynthia, the receptionist is always so friendly and helpful. I went in there trying to match a particular color and she had the patience of a saint with me. I had a second embroidery job done there, and had the same exceptional service. I highly recommend this business.....they have customer service and quality work down to a science!

Quality product, they were done early, everyone that I dealt with there was kind and professional, and it was a better deal than ordering online. Also when I picked up my order I met an amazing dog.

They had our art for 3 weeks. Two days before I needed the order they call and tell me they cant match the color. With little choice to take elsewhere now, they tried. The rust color on our $2000 order of shirts turned out the color of dog poop. And the worst part....they didnt care one bit. Never again will they get our business.

Originally I had contacted another similar business in our area who didnt seem interested in the job I needed to have done. I still wanted to go local rather than farm it out to some online printer so my wife and I stopped in to Stitches, as she had heard good things about them. We were greeted by the girl behind the counter in a friendly manner and when we described the job we wanted she went back and got their artist so that he could speak with us so as to make sure it was some thing they could do and we would be satisfied with. Dave came out an assured me that he could clean up my artwork in the manner that I wanted and over the next week he did exactly that, even with a couple of tweaks from my input. When we picked up our shirts they charged us even less than they estimated and Dave refused to accept any more. They are a very friendly, customer oriented, local, small business and I would gladly go back.

It took us multiple tries of asking for our shirts and trying to remind different people in the shop before the order for our business order was ready. Even then the order was incorrectly priced on the receipt when we went to pick it up. They were nice quality shirts, but for the hassle and price we are now going to a different vendor.
