Ordered a beautiful engagement ring that was custom and completely beautiful. Went back to order our wedding band and ordered custom as well. Told Mariah it would be a few weeks before I could pay and pick it up. Go to get the ring the week before the wedding (3 weeks later) and she had sent it back. Very unfortunate and stressful while dealing with a wedding. Went to riddles and got an equally beautiful real diamond ring for the same price as the artificial diamond from here. Unfortunately it sucks because we loved out engagement band and would have loved our wedding band. Seems unprofessional in the. wedding buisseness.

After 10 years of my ring not fitting correct after having kids I broke down and decided to finally get it resized. I was between sizes and when I picked it up it still felt too snug. They let me wear it for a week to determine if it was how I wanted it or not. It wasnt and I went back in and they worked with me to make sure it fit exactly how I wanted it. They will be my go to jeweler in town for sure.

They listened to exactly what I wanted for an engagement ring and wedding band, and they shared their ideas on how to create an even more beautiful ring within my budget.I never thought about a sapphire for the main stone in my ring, but after Matt suggested a sapphire and seeing the many beautiful Montana sapphires they had to choose from, my idea of a big diamond ring quickly changed to a big sapphire. They even let me take their sapphires outside the stores front door to see what they looked like in different light settings. I then chose a perfect Montana sapphire for my main stone in my engagement ring. The sapphire actually came from the creek that I often fish, which made it even more special to me. They also were able to add all the fine details that I desired for my dream ring. I just picked up my gold wedding band that needed resizing. I have done some serious body re-composition in the past few years and somehow lost a size + 1/2 off my ring finger. This is the second time I have had my ring resized and hopefully the last. I dropped it off before the holiday to have it compressed a 1/2 size down & could not be more pleased with the results! Beyond receiving a nicely polished ring that fits my finger just the way I like it to, I also received top notch service. After doing a fair bit of research to avoid dealing with unpleasant people, it was clear that Rogers & Co. were hands down the best shop in town. Im happy to report that the reviews are all valid & they were an absolute pleasure to do business with. The owners are very sweet people. I dropped my ring off before the 4th of July & they let me know it would take them a bit longer than usual, which was no problem for me. After the holiday they gave me a couple updates letting me know when my ring would be available to pick up, which I really appreciated. It was also cute to see the owners bring their daughters to work. Its very nice to know family owned businesses are still here in Missoula as it is expanding so quickly. I highly recommend this business above all other shops in town.

I was looking to get an appraisal done on my engagement ring for insurance reasons; I called multiple places around Missoula and they all were going to charge $95-$150 to do it, and they would’ve had to send my ring away for up to 8 weeks to get it done. But, I called Rogers & Co. and Mariaha had it done the next day and charged me a super reasonable amount! Her and her husband were so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them for anything jewelry related you’re looking for!

When the ring was complete I picked it up and it was everything I had asked for! I looked all over Missoula and Bozeman for the right ring, and Rogers and Co. where the only ones that could help! Mariah is just absolutely delightful to work with. She answered my questions and made recommendations that I had to rely on because this is not my field of expertise! She is very good at what she does, stayed in communication with me while waiting for my order to be completed and always has a welcoming smile when I stop in.

I, like many guys, had almost no clue as to what I was doing when it came to designing a custom ring for my fiance. I went to Rogers and Co. to try to get some ideas and find out what I needed to do to make her dream ring a reality. From the moment I walked in the door, Mariaha and Matt provided outstanding customer service and advice. They were extremely knowledgable, friendly, and most importantly---honest. When I asked them about their competitors, they encouraged me to look around and find out for myself if anyone could beat their prices or service. So I took them up on that and shopped around. No one else even came close. After they made my fiances ring, I brought them another design for a custom wedding band for myself. I planned to cut an elk ivory into small pieces and lay the pieces into the band in a unique way. I was worried that my design wasnt going to be workable. Fortunately, I was wrong. Mariaha and Matt built my ring quickly and exactly to my specifications. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Pop your head into the store and talk to them.
