I had such a great experience today! I was really bummed because my engagement ring broke. Joseph Thurman was very educational on the options I had with my ring. He even gave me great advice on new ring ideas I had. Even though he couldn’t fix my ring he did what he could to help me out. He cleaned my ring and helping me with a temporary fix! While he was doing that Chris Cooper was very friendly to talk while I waited. Amazing customer service with these guys!! Wish I could give more than five stars! 🤩

However, they are also good at getting you into exactly what you want and at a reasonable price, not cheap. You get what you pay for here and can expect quality for your dollar. Morgan Jewelers is awesome! Me and my fiance Jordyn checked out a few other places in Missoula before we walked in there, and I cant say enough how happy I am with my ring. We decided to have something custom made. It took a few trips in and out, looking through catalogs, and bringing things into the store before we even had it made. Kenny and his team were patient and helpful. My only concern was that some of the diamonds in my band fall out, but I know that it happens when they are small as you can see in my photo. Our insurance covers replacement though, so its all good! I have also bought another ring and a set of earrings as a gift and they are beautiful and in great shape.Thanks again Kenny and Morgan Jewelers team!

Came in today to ask about watch fitting and not only did Justine correctly refit the watch in one attempt, there was no charge. I didnt catch the gentlemans name at the front but he was equally nice and laid back. A regular came in during my visit and received the same excellent care. If I need any quality jewelry or watches in the future I will certainly start here.

I had called looking for a specific ring (men’s black polished band) and had spoken with a female named Summer. I told her the price point I was looking at and she told me they had black bands in that price point. I drove to town the next day only to be told by another employee that they didn’t have anything in the store which matched what I had called about the day prior. I’m really disappointed with the different communication between employees.

Every time I need help with a watch, I head straight to Morgan Jewelers! They have resized multiple watch bands for me, as well as swapping bands and batteries. Kenny and the staff are always friendly, professional, and quick to help!

My fiance bought my engagement ring here and then we returned to purchase our wedding bands as well! When we went in, we both found the bands we wanted and the quoted us a price. I love that they didnt push us to buy them right away. They actually told us about an event they were having a month later and said if we purchased then, we could save even more money! We loved that! Had a great experience at Morgan Jewelers! Came in with my Mom, daughter and grandson to check on a ring repair. The ring wasnt ready yet (I came in prior to the date they told me), but we gabbed with the salespeople there that day and had a great time. Ended up buying new rings that are awesome (on sale too!). Justine was very helpful in giving me ideas and feedback regarding what I was looking to select. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything, but when I did the in house financing was a breeze. Not only was Justine amazing, the entire team that was working was very engaging and friendly. Let me say I have never had a bad experience with this store. My fiance and I started wearing our rings right away and he lost his ring doing yard work they went above and beyond to help me get a new one and help me with the financing. Now another dilemma I put myself into. I bought earrings for all our daughters for our wedding and my Maid of honor in my own chaos I miss counted. Recently went in and talked to Justine about this and she checked with every other store to see if anyone had one pair unfortunately no one did but she helped me come up with an alternative that wouldnt break the bank and I didnt have to give our girls some cheap jewelry (our youngest is 16.) I cant say enough good things about them and never feel forced to buy anything.

Dropped in with a watch my wife bought me for Christmas online. I had tried to adjust the wrist band myself; I promptly lost the holding pin as it exploded out of the wrist band, bounced around the kitchen, and was sucked into an eternal void. Being defeated I thought well maybe these guys can fix my stupidity without costing me too much. Low and be hold they were able to fix it and size it within 10 minutes and they DIDNT EVEN CHARGE ME! I will be coming back and bringing my money with me!

Ive known the manager for years, purchased a ring from him at his previous location. Does not matter if youre a repeat customer or a fresh face walking in off the street I have no doubt you will find what youre looking for accompanied by great service. The selection is mostly organic, a lot of supplements. Grocery selections, again organic, gluten free items nothing Im looking for. Prices are to high for my budget especially since I have to drive an hour to shop there. Ill keep shopping at my local Harvest Foods and Safeway in Polson. Im sure the store fills a need for someone just not me. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I inherited my mothers wedding ring after she passed. I entrusted Morgans to size and to repair it where the diamonds were about to fall out. This ring is over 65 years old, worn by a woman who worked hard her whole life. I received a call that it was finished, so I went to pick it up. They showed me the ring and I began to cry and cry and cry. It never looked so good!!! Thank you for making me feel like a princess 💜🧚‍♀️💜

As soon as you’re financed, they experience turns from great to the worst thing ever. My payment is $55 a month. I’ve been late a couple times, I admit, that does not mean they can violate federal law and harass my family if I don’t answer or if I’m unable to come in on the day I said. I will never ever use this store again. I also was told that with the monthly payments that it would only take ten months and I’d be able to have paid off by April, somehow I won’t have it paid off in a year unless I up my minimum payment. Keep cheating customers and harassing them, it won’t be too long before the store resembles the samuels chain that just went bankrupt

Terrible Customer Service Skills, was approved for financing on a ring with a percentage down. Went in two days after ring arrived with percentage they requested down and then decided they couldnt finance at last minute when wedding was not even 7 days away because they took over a month and half to get the ring in. So had to pay for entire ring up front when budgeted for a specific amount upfront. Were extremely rude and unprofessional, not willing to make the situation right. I will never purchase from them again and advise others to look elsewhere. I even opted out of the insurance because I would rather buy an entire ring somewhere else, then have to deal with the company to have purchased ring fixed if need be in future. The manager is a poor manager, and doesnt know how to do his job and brings up inappropriate conversation.

This store is a cheap, deceitful, and money-hungry chain with little regard or respect for its customers after making the initial sale. Their staff is friendly and helpful as long as you do nothing there but spend money. If you desire quality customer service on the occasion of the reasonable use of your jewelry warranty, you can expect a disrespectful, condescending attitude. Additionally, if you have the misfortune of having any jewelry serviced to your dissatisfaction, expect to be called picky for noticing a flaw in their goldsmiths repair work that 90% of people wouldnt notice which doesnt make him a bad goldsmith. I received these pathetic comments, with regard to services rendered on my wedding ring, by a Morgan employee who boasted 20 years of experience. Think twice before you sacrifice quality in workmanship and customer service for a good price.

My girlfriend, now fiance, found the ring she wanted while we were visiting a Morgan Jewelers down in Boise, ID. When we returned home to Coeur dAlene, ID, she immediately got online to find the closet location that had her ring. The Southgate Mall locations was the closest. While she was online, she entered in her information and received a call from a salesman at the store to ask her some questions. This salesman was pleasantly persistent as he followed-up with her about once a month just to reminder her it was still available and they were ready to help when we were. This persistence excited my fiance to the point I had to figure out who this salesman was. I called the store and explained who I was and why I was calling. The gentleman that answered the phone was very kind and helpful and was able to direct me to the salesman who was communicating with my fiance. When I got in touch with the salesman, there was never a pressure to make a purchase; I was in a buyers position throughout the process. Living in CDA and communicating over the phone, the team at Morgan Jewelers and my salesman, Kenny, were always very kind and helpful, making me feel comfortable completing the purchase over the phone. The ring was delivered promptly when I was told and was exactly what I (my fiance) wanted. The experience both my fiance and myself had while working with this store and their team only added to the proposal and our love story. Especially when I told my fiance I was working with Kenny the last two times he had messaged her just to keep her wondering. She had no idea. Needless to say, Morgan Jewelers with Kenny and his team have earned my business and loyalty. I highly recommend this team to anyone who is simply looking or is ready to buy.

Some of the best customer service I ever experienced!

I bought my girlfriend a diamond necklace for our anniversary and the chain was too long, we took it back on our anniversary and they said they would resize for free but she would have been without the gift for our dinner. Kenny, the manager, loaned us an adjustable chain while the original chain was getting resized so she could wear the necklace to dinner. Then the goldsmith cut the chain too short so they took it back and had it back almost next day. Morgan Jewelers will be my one stop for jewelry from now on.

Worst experience ever! I had my wedding ring that needed to be resized in a timely manner after I jammed my finger only for the store manager to tell me it could be done on time (when it really couldnt!) When I came back to turn it in, the front desk worker told me that it would be a week past what the manager just told me the day before. She apologized but the manager was standing right there and said nothing to me. He is a terrible excuse for a manager and when I asked for someone higher up he proceeded to tell me he was store manager, so I guess that was a no. I would not recommend anyone. I never want to bring my ring back there even though it has a warranty on it.

We were hesitant to purchase rings at a chain-jewelry store in the mall - we really wanted something more local, independently owned. But there arent many options here in Missoula, MT. We went to Morgans just to cover our bases - and we met Trinity. She was absolutely incredible - she took the time to get to know us, asked us questions about our wedding, about our lives, and made us feel very at home. She made us feel so much better about purchasing rings there - she explained the long history of the store, the owner who opened it many years ago - and that was a really nice touch, made it feel so much more personal. Trinity was patient with us, gave us great suggestions and guidance. The rings arrived in the timeframe we expected - and the warranty is great and really reasonable. Highly suggest Morgan Jewelers - ask for Trinity!
