Very surprised to see any negative reviews here.We had a fantastic experience with Gary and his team.First we met with Gary to pick out our countertops and get a price. The quote we got was very competitive and that, along with Garys professionalism, convinced us to go with them for our countertops.When the time came for the measuring, one of his associates showed up, right on time, and quickly and efficiently measured for the counters.From there, it was a quicker than expected turnaround for the countertops to be ready to install.Two associates came out for the install and did a wonderful, professional job of installation.We couldnt be happier with the whole process and especially with the final result. We love our new countertops. They look fantastic.

Gary and his team are professionals. They were patient and answered all of my many questions via phone and email. They were kind, polite, and on time every step of the way. I would recommend that you hire Counter Solutions!

I love Counter Solutions! I waited 31 years to replace our 45-year-old countertop because I didnt want the hassle. But this experience was delightful - DELIGHTFUL - and my countertop and sink look awesome.Gary was helpful, available for questions, and patient through all the times I changed my mind about the colors.The templater who arrived for measurements was fun to talk with, entertained my questions and helped me with design choices including a sink to match.Gary recommended a faucet/fixture company in Missoula and they helped save me money.I did not spend one day without my countertops like some other tear-out/installs require. Two installers completed all the work in less than 4 hours for my small-ish kitchen. They too, were very friendly and entertained my What does that tool do? questions (yes, Im a science geek).They even made me a cutting board from the leftover counter material so I have a reserve piece of counter in case I need a repair in the future. What a cool idea!I would work with this team again. They are professional, patient, accommodating, and very helpful. I wish every company was this fun to work with.

These guys are really great at counters and customer service. I was in a tight spot and needed a counter top really fast and Gary and his guys bent over backwards to help me out and went above and beyond to get me what I needed. Great product and even better service. Highly recommend!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. After the wrong color counter top was installed, Gary refused to work with my husband and I since we signed a contract with the wrong color on it. Gary told my husband these two brands were the same color even though they were not. I now have a cream counter top when I picked out gray. The fact that Gary would not even work with my husband and I to try and make us happy is why I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They make the best counters

When they came out they unhooked the dishwasher to install the counter, never hooked it back up when they left. We went to open the dishwasher door and it came all the way out. We had to have someone else come and hook it up and pay them, so we took the $90.00 off of our bill with Counter Solutions that we had to pay out of pocket for someone else to reinstall it. We tried to discuss this with Gary the owner, but he kept repeating that it wasnt their job to hook it up! Now he is saying that we ripped him off because we didnt pay our bill in full.Now on Sunday; my husband was cooking dinner and we NEVER and I repeat, NEVER put hot items on the counter. We use trivets or hot pads and spoon rests. He had the lid on the pan and it was on simmer, when he turned around to get something out of the refrigerator he heard a pop and the counter top was on fire by the stove. It now has a circle the size of a silver dollar. When we called to discuss this with Gary, he was the most arrogant person I have ever dealt with. He would not even listen to what my husband or myself had to say. He refused to come and look, he just kept saying it wasnt his problem. The countertop had no warranty and it is our fault and the only thing we can do is replace it!! I tried to explain to him that we did NOT put anything on this counter. We were not judging his work, but maybe the material was defective. He insisted that it wasnt and refused to even come out and look. He would not listen to anything we had to say. I told him he has the WORST customer service and I will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND HIS COMPANY TO ANYONE ELSE.

I asked for a quote and didn’t get one... so I asked again and never got it. Finally after asking a 3rd time I got a quote that was 3K higher than a competitor. In another situation I had to ask twice for a quote that i still haven’t received. Gary just doesn’t get back to you...
