I visited Missoula over Halloween weekend. I loved this place; they have delicious coffee. I got their Missoula roast and it smells and tastes great! Support your local business and come here! It was a good choice.

We had a Thai coffee and a cappuccino and both were outstanding. Barista did a great job and the menu had offerings you dont find many places (Vietnamese, Turkish, and Thai coffees to name a few). Laid back local vibe, wed definitely recommend it to anyone

Fantastic coffee in a unique, sizeable shop right in the center of downtown Missoula. I have spent a lot of time in this shop working, meeting with coworkers, and just having a cup of coffee while watching Broadways happening.

I still come here out of lack of choice for wanting a cold brew when at work.I ordered a cold brew coffee (which they refrigerate) without ice. The price for a 20 oz is $4. BUT since I dont want ice, I am now charged a dollar more. When I asked why I was told since we add ice, we only fill the cup halfway. Sice you dont want ice you are getting double for only a dollar more. I beg to differ with this ridiculousness. But proceed. When I get my drink its not even full! And I just paid extra. Frustrating and common at this location.

They have the nicest staff!! Clean, open, great environment overall. I go here often to study and savor a different tea or coffee every time.😀

LP downtown has an excellent menu and very friendly staff. The new location isn’t quite as cool as the old one, but has more of a coffee house vibe. Definitely the best coffee house in Missoula.

This place looks immaculate, they have free refills for drip coffee on one of The Lords day which is Sunday! If you get a drip coffee with no lid cream or anything it is only a dollar, refills are free!!! Amazing!!! There are 2 ladies who work here, Melina Scott and Tracy Dhales, her last name may be Dhalos also, they are extremely proficient workers! Working non-stop, making sure things are really organized, the only thing is that their Manager should get them more help, these ladies deserve more help!!!

Had to pay extra for swapping out an ingredient. An ingredient that costs less then the original ingredient. Not the best customer service!

I love everything about Liquid Planet! The workers are incredibly friendly and so sweet. They offer organic and fair trade coffees, syrpus, and teas. I do wish they offered biodegradable or compostable straws, cups, and lids (but at least theyre recyclable and I opt to not get a straw). I adore the atmosphere, too, it is super relaxing and really clean. They have fun tip jars and daily trivias that will get you an extra punch on your card if you get it correct. Hands down the best coffee shop in Missoula! My only complaints are that I wish they were open later for some night coffee and I wish they gave veteran/first responder discounts!Editing to add: See, the owner even takes time to check reviews to make sure customers are happy! You are very welcome and I love Liquid Planet!

Nice little shop with great coffee, beer and wine. Nice style to the place with the wines of the world on a globe with each wine growing country noted. Many local beers, also domestic and imports. No liquor from what I could see. Really enjoyed my coffee from here.

The barista that I was lucky enough to have had the opportunity to interact with today (9.2.20, 6p) was beyond amazing, her attentiveness, friendliness, and just beautifully natural ability to make you feel welcome and comfortable is second to none. That along with her incredible gift of making the best white coffee mocha Ive had in along time was refreshing and heartwarming. Bravo!! Update: Melina was beyond amazing, my friend that just flew in from Vegas and myself have some over-zealous coffee orders and Melina, with amazing accuracy and impeccable speed absolutely blew me away. Thank you for your patience, kindness, compassion and accuracy!

Great place to pop in, night or day. They have great coffee, drinks and a little pastry case. Plenty of spaces to hang out with a friend for conversation or go solo and catch up with your peeps on line. No one rushes you out.👍 If gifts are on your agenda this place has lots of that too. Youll be able to find a coffee-drinky related type gift here for everyone you know.😉

We make a point to stop here everytime we are in Missoula. Its just a great little place with wonderful coffee and pastries. We really enjoy it! All of the employees have been really great- even when we have shown up just a few minutes before closing!

Great spot with options to stay or take away. I had two excellent, well prepared coffees that I thoroughly enjoyed. Had I been looking for beer, wine, coffee beans or tea I would no doubt have found the perfect thing given their wide selection. The booths in the back are comfortable and a great place to sit through a passing thundershower!

I have always loved liquid planet but today i brought my deaf daughter and Margaret the barista was so considerate and kind to her she took into consideration that my daughter couldnt read lips anymore and took the extra time to ask how to say thank you to her and did it was the best experience i have ever had here.

They inexplicably had no recycling.

I liked the atmosphere and they did have small variety of healthy options.We bought sandwiches and they were frozen in the middle. Also used the restroom and it smelled like homeless people.When traveling back through we will choose a different place to eat.Thank you

Great coffee! There’s something to be said for getting a really superb latte, mocha or cappuccino and the folks at liquid planet have it down to an art form. I have tried most of the places in the downtown area and nothing holds a candle to the planet. Highly recommend!

I first came here in 2005, and Ive never had a bad experience. Love the atmosphere, and I really like that they put genuine effort into their drip coffee whereas so many places these days concentrate only on the more-expensive specialty drinks. Bravo.(Wish they still served crepes, though. They were so delectable!)

Ive been going to the Liquid Planet Downtown for over a year now. Ive always been greeted by friendly, hardworking staff. I especially want to thank Michelle. She is my favorite barista in town. She is always creating a positive environment, showing leadership, and serving quality beverages. Thanks for kicking off my day right guys!

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in town. Great atmosphere, great coffee. They even have a limited food menu, but it is typical coffee-shop fare. Pastries and scones, a couple options for sandwiches. The wine selection here is phenomenal and they also have lots of obscure and interesting sodas, and beer.

Bridger Salad Bowl is hands down the best salad Ive ever had! Greens are fresh and crisp and there is the meat and cheese are in perfect proportion to the veggies. Their salads are huge so you might consider extra dressing.

Coffee was weak and definitely not worth the price. Atmosphere was okay.Owner: Just saw your response. Im a little spoiled after living in Seattle for 30 years. So many great places to get coffee and pastries. Ill continue to give your places another shot.

I love this place. I work just down the street and am always in here ordering the same thing. The staff knows my name and my favorite beverage everytime I go in. They also have a great retail section with reasonable prices. Highly recommend if you want something low key to sit and read a good book, are on the go and need a pick me up or just to find present or bottle of wine. Way too much stuff to list. Just go and you wont regret it.

They are closed at this address, but moved to another one downtown just around the corner. When it was at the old address, it was super comfortable and they had a great drink selection. Also, super friendly baristas.

My husband and I were in town for a few days and looking for a great coffee shop to grab some coffee and food and Liquid Planet did not disappoint!! We got a couple of sandwiches and lattes and everything was SO good!! Ive been thinking about both the sandwiches and my latte ever since! The service was outstanding - the employees were extremely friendly, helpful, and quick with our order. Will definitely be back!!! **also wanted to add that the vibe of this place is NOT starbucksy at all - totally different!**

Just passing through, but the drinks were perfect and the baked goods amazing! One of the best mocha I have ever had; dark chocolate and a hint of cinnamon. The atmosphere was also great, dim coffee house vibe, and also an eclectic gorgeous tea, wine, and coffee shop. So happy to stop here!

Great wine & beer selections with very unique merchandise. Latte was really good, but felt service was lacking. No one in line and took quite a while to receive my beverage. Drive-through on reserve has great service & really like new location outside the airport. I recommend downtown if you are not in a hurry.

I wish I liked this place better! The thing that gets me is that, although its a local chain, it seems to have adopted that more corporate, Starbucks-y vibe. Good drinks and snacks, though--especially if The Break is too full to get a decent seat.

This is where it all started. Missoulas very own Liquid Planet! I love how innovative and forward thinking this place is and they even have my bullet coffee! Keep it up, LP! Make Montana proud.

I always have a pleasant experience when I go here. The staff makes note to have conversations with their customers rather than just a Hi, how are you. Dont get me wrong, I think its great just to get that and a smile but I can see that LP really cares about their customers by going the extra step. Their bullet coffee is my favorite - I highly recommend if you havent tried it.

Sum up: Great coffee. Large variety. Sell a lot of cool items. Limited seating.Pros: They have a unique selection of coffee flavors and many different types of coffees, teas and drinks. I love their Goddess Frappe. The shop sells a lot of cool drink accessories, snacks, coffee and teas. They sell this really nice and cheap cafe press mug where some of the proceeds go to students at the local college.Cons: Not much seating. They only have two outdoor tables

Currently undergoing a complete remodel. Once its all said and done, sounds like its going to be a pretty diverse and cozy place, complete with bar and entertainment.

I dont go to Liquid Planet very much since my last experience when I wanted a cup of coffee to enjoy by the window and found a dead fly in the bottom of my mug (on my last sip - ugh). I literally spit the fly out not knowing what it was.However, I thought I would enjoy a nice coffee to go while doing my Christmas shopping. Again, almost all the way through my drink I noticed something in the bottom. As I poured out the last 1/6 of my drink, I found a quarter sitting in the bottom. YUCK!Finding gross objects twice in my coffee is WAY TOO MUCH considering how infrequently I purchase drinks there. I can assure Liquid Planet that I will never buy another drink until I know they have some sanitary standards.Think twice before you order and pass on the garnish....you never know what youll get!

A little pricey, however I do like going in and asking what do you recommend and getting a tasty beverage.

This Liquid Planet has wonderful customer service. The baristas here are very nice and always ready to help you. They have a large and unique menu. The panini pressed sandwiches are really good and comforting. Seating area is usually pretty clean.
