What I received as opposed to what I ordered…… I was charged the full amount. I only ordered two donuts and there was nobody else in line in front of me….not impressed.

Have tried multiple times to get Halloween donuts. In the drive thru and even calling. Tried to ask very nicely when and if they will ever actually have them with no answer, even if it’s in the afternoon. Just would like to know if the Halloween donuts will ever come to fruition! As previous reviewer said they are literally only selling glazed donuts.

Advertises Halloween themed donuts only to go to the location to find out that they are ONLY serving glazed donuts and nothing else. Not even coffee, worst service I have ever received at a krispy kreme establishment. Oddly enough the business has a hiring sign out but only one person working. Consider spending your money at a business that will pay its workers a livable wage

I love their fresh original glazed donuts! My husband really likes their lemon filled donuts. Thankfully the closest one is at least an hour & a half away from my house, otherwise I would cave more than once a year & probably gain some serious weight 😅

My husband and I stopped here while visiting the Missoula area for vacation. We were overwhelmed by the customer service we received! The gentleman who was working was very kind and professional. After we went through the drive thru and parked in the parking lot to eat our donuts, the gentleman came out to our car to offer us complimentary bottled water for the rest of our journey. It was such an unexpected and pleasant gift! We can’t recommend this Krispy Kreme location enough!

The shop seems really short staffed, but service is friendly! Looking forward to when the dining area can eventually open.

That hot and fresh sign is like a beacon in the night! If I see that sign on and am in the wrong lane watch out because I am coming over. I have never been disappointed and who cares about the customer service, after all it is hot and fresh doughnuts, but the customer service is good.

We stopped in for a quick snack while in Missoula for work. Somehow the employees were able to make the Krispy Kreme experience even better with their cheerful and up-beat attitudes. Phillip, you ROCK!

Doughnuts are fantastic and consistent. Knocking one star because their iced coffee was hot coffee poured over ice and handed to us hot so I would not recommend that. I have heard great things about their fraps. Staff has been very friendly every trip.

The franchise started carry donuts containing peanuts. This location was the only place in the entire city to get a peanut free donut (without cross contamination issues). My son is so sad!!!! We loved these donuts but now they are off limits!!

The red light is never on it seems, which means hot glazed donuts are coming out of the machine. I pass this place 5 or more times a week and never at the right time. Im thinking theyre cooking at 4 a.m. But it was nice that you could exchange a used Montana basketball ticket for a free donut (if you bought a hot chocolate or other beverage).

We made an online order yesterday evening and scheduled pick up for 10am today. Got there at about 10:30am and they hadnt even started making it. Okay, fine. They had us pull around front while they made the order then they would bring it out. Alright, I can do that. When they finally do bring it to us, they tell us they were OUT of some of the donuts we ordered, so they just gave us regular glaze ones. REALLY??? I ordered online YESTERDAY, and you substituted a specialty doughnut for the most basic doughnut possible? I wont be back.

Honestly who doesnt love Krispy Kreme? There was one time we were here and there was only one lady that was working because everybody else was sick and she had everything done. Like an unreal amount of donuts made and it was barely 6 in the morning! I couldnt believe how much work she did! Super impressed! She was still smiling and pleasant to deal with too!

When I went through drive thru I didnt get what I ordered part my fault for not checking before ii drove off. And the other reason when I have gone to get donuts they are always out of my favorite. I have been told by staff the did,t make them that dat. I know they are best sellers they arent the originals but they before c19 & i could go in always had them. So dont know whats up there. I will change back to 5 if they make them every day & 3rd they arent answering their phone. It goes to voicemail which is full. I was told to call ahead. Messed up my order completely and when I called to inform them that there was an item a family member was allergic too that wasnt even an item I ordered they didnt care and pretty much told us to deal with it. Also we where told there was no manager that we could speak to to file a complaint.

Wow! Not many words can be said here, but just that I really enjoy Krispy Kreme donuts!! They are so delicious, and its just a simple donut. The donuts are so soft and warm. The glaze is so gooey! I recommend Krispy Kreme to everyone looking at getting a donut. They are the best right out of the oven, and always delicious everytime you warm them up in the microwave!

I wish it was possible to give negative stars because this is the WORST donut place in the world. I mean seriously. It’s been months since our last trip, and being forgiving, we go again. BIG MISTAKE. They were out of several flavors, including their new one we wanted to try. If you don’t plan on every having it, don’t advertise it! :) Just like everyone else, to to Rosaurs! Waaaay better quality, customer service and they actually have a flavored donuts :)

Not even 6 pm on a Saturday evening and they were almost out of everything and they even close till 8. I was told that I was lucky they had anything at all. I dont know that I would go in there again.

I have visited this Krispy Kreme on several occasions. Every time we go they are out of almost every donut we are looking for. The donuts themselves are fine. Having the donuts available that I want, when i want them is another story.

Disappointing visit

Tasty donuts! And the iced latte was also good. The vanilla frozen latte was overly sweet, maybe the other flavors would be better.

We have given this shop multiple chances. They are constantly discontinuing items and failing to remove them off their menus so this has caused dissatisfaction multiple times with attempts to order off the menu only to be told they no longer make it. It doesnt matter what time of day you go they never have their doughnuts made. So the chances of being able to get what you went there to order are slim. You are honestly better off going somewhere else. They are way to highly priced to give such poor service.

Krispy Kreme is a staple of our hockey season. This specific establishment is our favorite amongst our travels. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even free fresh donuts hot out of the oven every once in a while. We will continue to support this great establishment.

Ive been there three times now - all of the times the donuts were cold - always sold out of a majority of the donuts they supposedly carry. A far cry from the Krispy Kreme brand and experience I have experienced in other places.

Had a couple of coupons from a baseball game for 1 free glazed donut. when I went in with 3 they would only honor one per visit, even though it didnt say this on the coupon. Thats a terrible business practice, glazed donuts dont actually cost that much so I ended up buying some but it left a bad impression. They printed the coupon and they should honor it.

Dont get me wrong I love their donuts, however what I experienced is unacceptable. First of all, both on Google and in THEIR app it says this Krispy Kreme is open until 9:00 PM. So I start to bike across town at 5:30 PM to get my Krispy Kreme Birthday Coupon redeemed and try some of their limited time birthday donuts. I arrived at the door, and when I checked it was locked I checked my phone and watched the time go from 5:58-5:59 PM, I was confused because of what I said earlier about the times. Then I saw a sign that said they closed at 6:00 PM all days of the week. So the times are wrong then they dont even follow THEIR posted signs. Ridiculous. This was also the last day the coupon and donuts were available. Not cool.

Its Krispy Kreme. You go for the original doughnut. And you wait for that hot and fresh sign. I love cake donuts, but they are not the same here and taste off to me. But the originals ... I could eat those all day. If you have never experienced KK, you need to at least once in your life.

So I ordered my doughnuts which there were 4 of them, he took off in the back and gave them to the drive thru and came back and said unfortunately there are no more of those available. Talked to the manager and he gave me my donut and winked/flirted at my girlfriend. Very unprofessional! Avoid at all costs!!!
