By far my favorite store. After moving from Missoula to larger cities I thought I would be able to find many boutiques like this but it has not been the case. It is truly special. The selection, quality of brands, mix of trendy and classic items as well as an array of price points make it such an amazing place for anyone to shop. The staff is always so kind and helpful whether in person or on the phone. They also ship items very quickly.

My absolute favorite shop! From the moment you enter, you feel special. I love the beautiful curated pieces at all price points, clean apothecary (I finally found a natural deodorant that I have LOVE!) and I love buying fun little gifts here such as the beautiful linen masks they carry to the cowhide clutches. This is a must when visiting Missoula! The shop girls are so friendly, kind and welcoming. Jenna the owner and founder has an eye and taste for timeless, stylish pieces that never go out of style and she is an incredible person who does so much for our community! Highly recommend. ❤️

Cloth + Crown is the most thoughtful shop in Missoula (and probably Montana). The owner is also the buyer and she thoughtfully picks out each and every product, ensuring they’re of the highest quality. I have many pieces I’ve purchased throughout the years that I wear on a weekly basis and they have all stood the test of time! Jenna and her team are amazing! I stop in this beautiful boutique regularly and often times it is just to visit because they all are so darned nice! They take the safety of their guests seriously and always oblige mask mandates during Covid. They even sell the most comfortable/stylish masks that you will find. The selections are always great (and unique) and the people that work there truly make it a fun and memorable experience!

Love shopping here. The clothes are beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. This is my one outing that I feel comfortable and safe doing, even during the pandemic! The jewelry selection is hands down the best selection in Missoula.

I’ve been wanting to go in for ages because I love their windows. Staff was very nice but they didn’t enforce the mask mandate among other customers. That’s a nonstarter for me.Edit: I was there around 4 pm today. There was another customer in the store (sans mask) and a friendly clerk. Disappointing response-didn’t realize where I’m from dictated service.

I bought a leather jacket there a few weeks ago. The woman that helped me in the store was very friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated that she didnt make me feel pressured to purchase anything which is what I sometimes experience in higher-end boutiques. The jacket I bought was exactly what I had been wanting for ages. I have received many comments on its quality and style since buying it. Its a beautiful and unique jacket and I feel like a million bucks when I wear it. Ill definitely be back to this boutique for more fun, quality clothing.

Cloth & Crown is the red ferrari of Missoula downtown womens shopping. I sometimes pop in there to pick up something for my girlfriend and Im never disappointed. Jenna always has a warm smile and helps me find the perfect gift. Being from the south, I know a thing or two about hospitality and these ladies live up to just that.
