I have never had a more comfortable pair of jeans in my life!!! We have needed a high quality apparel store around here for a long time. The brands that they showcase are are freaking awesome. Im very happy that this place is here so I can buy trendy and local styles. I will be back soon.

I purchased a gift card for my 14 year old daughter for Christmas and recently went into JL and KO to spend it. My daughter felt so welcomed and assisted by the owner. She liked so many things in the store, it was very hard to choose. She was glowing and came away with a cute sweater and high quality jeans! Lucky for her and me, I now have many perfect present ideas for her upcoming birthday.

Loved the location. From the moment I walked in I was treated so nicely. What an amazing selection of jeans not to mention all the sweater and tops. Loved the jewelry as well. What a great place for downtown Missoula to have. Can’t wait to go back!

I tried shopping here when they first opened, but was completely ignored by several employees who were trying on clothes while chatting, giggles and checking themselves out in front of the mirror. Even though I was walking around with numerous things in hand that I wanted to try on and was interested in buying, I was never greeted or asked if I needed a changing room within the 15min I was there inside their small shop. So, I left.

Happen to see the white overalls in the window walking by one day, I thought they might be cool to tie-die. I went inside to check them out, they weren’t my size so i started to browse the rest of the sale rack, the clerk greeted me but wasn’t super friendly. Didn’t ask if I was looking for anything or if she could help, she just informed me they closed in 15 minutes. I did not ask to try anything on or continue shopping away from that one rack. I could see saying something about closing time if I had, but I won’t be back. I could have spent a lot of money there. Sorry, not sorry.

Bought a pair of jeans for 25o$... put them on for an hour and a seam tore down the side. We went back expecting a exchange for a default product and bad quality and they said no because I had already purchased them. The jeans fit loosely and didnt split due to me stretching them. Awful experience and now i spent 250 dollars on a pair of jeans I can not even wear. Would never shop there again and would highly encourage no one else too. I do not expect them to stay in business long. I posted a picture to their page. This is one of the worst shopping experiences of my life! Such a rip off!

Love seeing another woman owned business in Missoula! They even sell several local woman owned brands in their store. Great addition to Missoula and a must stop by shop when downtown.
