Great place. One of the best glass places in Bitterroot.Very helpful.know there stuff.Parking is goodWatch the neighborhood. The homeless do have a shelter across the street.lot leave their broken cars parked all over the area.

Very unprofessional.I was not satisfied with the product and one of the installers was very rude.I called them twice and wrote also twice to ask them to come home and see the problem but they did not bother to answer. I will never use or recommend them. They do not deserve a star.

Great customer service.We wanted a Holcom shower door and glass wall, but configuration of remodel left us with lots of questions. In-store explanation was good, and on-site measuring/explanation confirmed we had made the right choice in glass and company to do installation.5 star recommendation!

Great company. I broke a window on our back door on a cold winter day. They were at our house within a few hours to take care of it when other local companies told me they couldnt be there for weeks. The guy who came to our house was friendly and quick. He installed a temporary Plexiglas pane until a proper piece of tempered glass could be ordered and cut. Great service!

Weve used Montana Glass at home (sliding glass door, screen replacement, window cranks & repairs, window replacement) and work (glass replacement, new construction) and have been very satisfied. Local business, pretty friendly folks. Still do business the old-fashioned way of face to face estimates and service.

Shawn was very helpful and listened to my particular needs for plate glass and put my name on a list incase my desired materials came in from one of his projects.

Beware of this business! MONTANA glass Took a door in for replacement glass. They lost hardware to the door...(circa early 1900s not easily replaced). Front desk female Said they were never there, which we have 5 witnesses that know the hardware was there when the door was taken in. Then they started name calling, which I have yet to give them a reason for, and the owner came out to talk to me wreaking of alcohol at 215 pm on a Thursday! Perhaps it could be mouth wash, as I didnt see him consume anything, but the smell was very strong. Beware of this business! Not good practice at all!! We called the day the door was picked up since the hardware was missing and then followed up a couple of days later with this in store visit. I provided pictures of the missing hardware and neither the front desk girl or the guy from the back were interested in looking at the photos in earnest.Heck, there was another customer in there waiting at the front desk as we repeatedly hollered and rang the bell, she looked at the photo to see what was missing and helped me look around on the floor, which is more help than either of the people that worked there provided to me.

If there was a negative star category these folks would get that from me.They measured two windows wrong had me sign off on that when I decided to save $200 travel and install by doing it myself.They refused to exchange for windows that actually fit.They installed two sky lights previously (when they took the wrong window measurements) but came unprepared for my off grid sitch (even tho I told them when I made my order.) They borrowed my inverter, which I realized was blown from being over loaded, but only after they left the scene. The screen was missing on the pop up sky light and they argued with me about that before finding it. There seemed to be zero communication between accounts payable/order desk/contractor - it was a fiasco communicating with them.Now I will join many friends and contractor associates who WONT be doing business in the small town of Missoula with Montana Glass.
