Love this place! I had such a great experience with the staff and seamstress. They found me exactly what I wanted without pressure. And then made it fit perfectly!!

I found my dream dress here last month and I love the women who own this place. I was very stressed about not finding the right dress and I walked out with happy tears!

DO NOT COME HERE.The seamstress and owner are VERY rude and sooo unprofessional.The seamstress absolutely botched my best friends dress, kept saying she would fix it, and when the bride went to pick up her dress they wanted to charge her the full $500 even though she was SO unhappy. She went in to pick it up and she wasnt even there, they had to come back a half hour later and when the bride said she wanted to explain why she wasnt happy but was still willing to pay the full about the seamstress got defensive and immediately started yelling, name calling, and even the owner started yelling and tried to put her hands on the brides dad after saying who the f are you She just kept repeating please just let me pay for the dress and go home but they wouldnt stop and she started body shaming the bride. They kept yelling youre trying to take the dress without paying!! We are calling the cops! It was so bad we CUT HER SLEEVES OFF in the middle of the wedding. Disgusting behavior RokakaAttached is the sleeve cutting ceremony.

If youre at all like me and are not looking forward to the buying-a-wedding-dress experience or have no idea what youre looking for, I highly suggest working with Tasha at Rococo. Tasha is SO good at her job. She was thoughtful, helpful, patient, fun to work with and has an amazing eye. She made the whole experience so much better than I expected and helped me find exactly the dress I wanted. Highly recommend!

I seriously can not express enough in words how wonderful of an experience this was. I am not from Missoula, I had settled on a dress that I had found at a local bridal store where I am from after the dress I ordered turned out to be nothing like what I had ordered, due to the time frame and I knew I couldnt order one in in time. My mother in law was not happy I settled and brought me to Rococo in hopes we would find my dream dress. We were met right away by a smiling Mara and a few other consultants. They were extremely busy but handled it with ease and were quick to let us know they knew we were there. Checking in with us every few minutes as they could while we waited for a room. Mara was told my story and she made it her mission that I would find the one and like my mother-in-law, refused to let me settle. She listened inventively to what it was I was looking for, even though I felt like I had no idea what that was, when helping pick out gowns to try on. The ones I did, she was quick to adjust the dress or help me secure it on so I could see all its beauty. She was very patient, honest(thats huge, she didnt want to sell me a dress, she wanted to sell me THE dress) and she was so so sweet, because of her help, I was able to find a gown that was even better than the one I imagined myself in and they were more than willing to do the alterations in my very short window. It was an experience I will never forget and I now get to walk down the aisle in a gown Ive only dreamed about and that I never thought would be a reality for me. That little girl dream of the perfect wedding day gets to come true with the gals at Rococo. Thank you for giving me what I never thought I could have!

I’ve been coming to Rococo for years. I have gotten all my prom dresses here, and I’ve had several other dresses altered here etc. I picked up a bridesmaids dress from another alteration shop down in the bitterroot and the dress was RUINED. Keep in mind we have to drive to another state tonight for the wedding tomorrow. I called Rococo and they had me come in and they were so incredible. They searched their racks to find me a dress that not only was the right color, fit, and Is FLATTERING! I cannot express my gratitude to them enough for saving my butt. I also didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg for a stunning dress. They are so kind and so supportive. Don’t look anywhere else. These are the ladies you want to work with.

I worked with Tawsha and she was amazing! She measured me and found my perfect dress size before I tried anything on. She was so helpful through the whole process and as the appointment went on she understood my exact style and found my perfect dress!! The whole staff at Rococo was incredibly helpful, kind and professional. This was a totally pressure free experience. There was no rushing or pushing they took their time to help me find the right dress. I highly recommend Rococo. I love my wedding dress!!

Mara helped me try on dresses today and she was AMAZING. Though I didn’t say yes to a dress, I still had a great experience. She was patient, attentive, helpful, professional and kind. She helped me narrow down dresses to exactly what I wanted. She knew what to do to make me feel comfortable and got strap after strap and veil after veil and was always willing to help in anyway. I highly recommend you ask for her!

They helped me try on so many dresses, they are very patient and kind people who truly want to help you find the one! Once I cried in the dress I ended up getting they looked around to see what might top it so I could know if it was really the one or not! Plus the dress I got was one they picked out because she said she knew Id look good in it! They have an eye for their jobs and you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do! Coming to rococo is basically a family tradition we will be back for every kind of formal dress!

Getting my dress here yesterday was such a great experience. Im not sure why but upon arriving I was so nervous I was shaking but by the time we left I couldnt have been a happier bride-to-be. The staff was accomodating and kind to my party, very helpful, and Mara was a wizard at getting me in and out of dresses. She made me feel really comfortable and I recommend her. I found a gorgeous princess dress that I cant wait to drop my fiancés jaw with. Thank you Rococo for the delightful experience that left my whole party smiling and made our day!10/10 recommend

I found my gown at Rococo earlier this month and had a wonderful experience! Rococo was my first time dress shopping and I the experience can be somewhat intimidating - but their wonderful staff were quickly able to hone in on what I was liking about each dress until I had that “YES!” moment. The prices were very reasonable and their staff were laid back and fun to work with. Their new shop on South Street is beautifully set up. I would recommend booking an appointment to any new bride. Can’t wait to get my alterations done here this winter!

Id give 0 stars. Check other bridal stores first.As a bride, I expect to come in and be treated with some respect. In every conversation with the owners/employees, I was walked on, invalidated and essentially blamed for their mishandling.This company left me with NO bridesmaid dresses less than 6 weeks before my wedding. Mind you, I ordered all of my dresses over 5 months in advance due to part if my party being in another state. The experience in store, was bland and felt like we were shopping at a second hand store. The employees gave little to no help with my girls. My mother and I were running around on our own, trying to find dresses. They were snarky and didnt even offer to get proper sizes. We felt ignored the entire time.I placed my order for 5 dresses on April 9th (3 months before my requested arrival date and was told it would take 2 months max).So like a normal bride I called periodically to check on the order. Throughout those phone calls, I was told 3 different arrival dates. At first they were to be here by June 26th, June 28th, then before the 4th of July weekend. I called on Friday June 25th to verify they were almost here, I was told they should be here before 4th of july and would call me back Monday with proper shipping info. Monday afternoon, I hadnt recieved a call. I called, requested an update and the employee was immediately defensive and placing the blame other company and stated no one left notes on my file. She said she was going to call the warehouse to verify they were still in route and that shed call me back within an hour. 3 hours went by.... I reached out again and the customer service was even worse. I was told they had no idea where my dresses were, that they LOST THEM and that it was my fault.I was told: I dont know what to tell you This isnt our problem Well, why did you put a rush on the order? Its not our fault and theres no notes She REFUSED to take responsibility and placed blame elsewhere. When she rudly asked if I had a rush on the ordered, I stated, yes, I tried to place one, offered to pay the extra amount to get them here quicker and I was told, I DIDNT NEED A RUSH, they would be here in time and not to worry! The lady kept snapping What do you want me to do, call and harrass them at the warehouse? Yes, I do expect that from the business. I expect you to do every thing in your power to make it right and and not place blame. What it comes down to, is ROCOCO lost my dresses and are beyond unprofessional. They were ill-mannered and invalidated every single thing I said. It got to the point I had enough of the lack of respect and blatant lying, that, yes I raised my voice but remained professional and told her this was infact their fault, no one elses and she clearly couldnt grasp the severity of the issue nor the fact that I intentionally ordered them 5 MONTHS IN ADVANCE, to avoid exactly this. I told her if they cant be here before July 10th like they stated, they absolutely had to refund the whole amount.The next day another gal called me and she told me the order wasnt placed properly, immediately was defending the other employees actions but best of all, they LOST THEM IN CHINA. She then thought she could insult me and tell me I was unprofessional, distraught and incredibly rude and they wanted to end business with me because of my actions and they couldnt please me. After all the excuses and terrible service, I demanded my refund, told her I was done with the call, with intent to leave a reivew and she started yelling at me as I humg up. I did try to contact ROCOCO about the refund taking longer than stated and come to find out they blocked my number!! I had to have my fiance call for the status.The lack of responsibility within the comapny, lies I had to endure and pettiness is completely unacceptable.P.S. I overviewed responses and reviews, best advice is to not go on each negative review and invalidate every single sentence because it shows how Rococo choses to not hold their business/employees accountable for any mistakes or actions.

Oh my gosh! The best bridal shop ever. Of about the 10 salons I visited the service, dresses, and overall experience is the definite winner. AND a dress under 500$ Im ecstatic!

After having a dress melt down from previously ordering two dresses online, I decided to make an appointment to try on dresses. I’m so happy I did! I only wish I had done this first. Super helpful staff, large selection and affordable!

This place did nothing to make the bride feel like this was her special day. It was more like shopping in the mall. Thankfully Missoula has other bridal shop where the whole experience was so much more fun and the bride was treated as the special person she is. This place also needs better lighting and more personable staff.

Such a lifesaver! The dress id originally ordered online fell through so my hubby called them. They were able to work with the time crunch and our very tight budget! I would definitely buy from them again for our next formal event!

I was heartbroken after a series of rough searches before trying this location, and my stylist is completely booked for months. Tawsha has a great ear for what ladies are looking for, and everything she brought me was in line much better than my selections. Not only did I finally find my dress, but I found a lovely boutique that in my opinion does an incredible job of offering a combo of variety, fair prices, and awesome stylists. We visited here to find a dress for my sisters wedding. The store is dingy and has a warehouse feel. The women working we short and did not listen to my sisters requests. The lady who helped my sister was disrespectful and made inappropriate comments to her. The dresses were dirty and the lighting was horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.Edit/reply: I am not sure how to reply to your response so I am doing it here. My husband (Brian) and I (Amanda) share a google account. I forget that it posts his name when I review. However I (Amanda) am the one who used our account to leave the review.

The ladies were great to work with, however like some of the other reviews on here when I got to the alterations lady I was told something completely different in regard to how I needed the dress to fit. She was slightly abrasive and not very warm and had some pretty negative things to say about the fit, material of my dress, etc. Almost seemed like she was being put out with special requests to a gown? Im going to Butte to have the dress finished with altering this week...

I was nervous about shopping for a dress so early before my wedding because I havent lost the weight I wanted to before trying on dresses. I am my worst critic when it comes to my body and the way i look. The ladies at Rococo made me feel comfortable and confidant. They alos went out of thier way to help me look for the perfect dress at an affordable price. The seemtress did an amazing job on my alterations and put my vision into reality! I had made a late decision to go to this years prom. Left with less than a week to find a tuxedo, I heard that rococo could get me one in time. The store is calm and inviting and I was quickly fitted to a tux that would work the best for me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would! I came in with my sister in law and she was so rude to the bride. She told her if she didnt have this here!(skin) than it would fit better.... like what.. excuse me. Sorry we are not all perfect models. And the place looked dingy and not clean. The lighting was so bad you could not tell the actual color of the dress. I will never go back or tell anyone to go there. This was a horrible experience and the bride felt so uncomfortable!

I am in awe at the customer service at Rococo! I worked with Kay today and she really helped make this experience magical! I am not so much of a girlie girl, nor do I know what my specific style is, and between her and my entourage, today was perfect! (REALLY THOUGH, Kay was spot on and perfect)She picked out dresses that fit into my overall theme, and I ended up saying yes to a dress she picked! I had a great experience at Rococo! Kelly was awesome and put me in a variety of dresses and I ended up buying the perfect one for a reasonable price. She and the entire staff was super fun to work with. They gave me honest opinions which were greatly appreciated, especially since I did not have any of my bridesmaids with me. I would definitely recommend and thank them so much for the fun experience! Im looking forward to when the dress comes in!

I went in to find a wedding dress and was disappointed with the selection, but I ended up finding one to try on and I loved it. The dress was so big on me though and a sales lady said it can be altered to fit how I had it when I tried it on. I get to alterations and was told it can’t be altered tight enough on the top because of how the dress was. The sales lady then denied ever saying to me that it could be altered. I tried the alterations anyway, went to pick up the dress a month later. I had to come back an hour later to have her alter again because a button fell off and the straps were way too tight. She didn’t even remember me and asked when my wedding was at laughed at the fact it’s so soon (two weeks out) and I needed alterations done. When all I needed was her to fix what she did. The dress has so many beads coming off now. It’s cheap material for how expensive it was. Ended up finding a way better dress at Davids Bridal.

We drove 4 hours total to make it to this bridal shop and were very pleased! The staff was very welcoming and very helpful with their knowledge and expertise. Not only did I find a beautiful wedding dress but we were also able to get my fiancé the suit he’s always wanted that was nearly impossible to find. We look forward to continuing working with them as we get closer to the wedding!

Went in for tryouts and the woman who helped me, Tasha, was amazing! She made the experience fun and welcoming, made me feel great, and their dresses are so beautiful and unique!

I had an excellent experience at Rococo. From selecting my dress all the way to the fitting and alterations. I have nothing but positive things to say! A wonderful little store with great staff. Also I have to give a special shout out to Kathy who does alterations there. She truly works magic! I am very short and I was so scared about having my dress hemmed with multiple layers and lace. It looked AMAZING! Thank you all!

With everything going on right now and prom being canceled for everyone you’d think they would take back the dresses girls were unable to wear. It is very frustrating that they are not taking back dresses. They say they can’t afford too but all the dresses they sell are over priced anyways, so i’m sure they are making plenty of money. I paid $300 for my prom dress in march and was told as long as the tags were still on I could return the dress. I called today and she told me they don’t have the funds to take back the dresses. But next year instead of giving 30% they will give 60%!! Such a great refund. Considering many girls buy their dresses here and for them not to take them back is dumb. Every other place in Missoula is.

The people at Rococo were amazing! They helped me find my dress and the tuxes for the men. The alterations was quick and precise too. They were willing to help with anything. For example, after hearing about our bad experience buying bridesmaids dresses at another store, the seamstress at Rococo said she would do alterations for the price of if we bought the dresses at Rococo. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

I had a wonderful experience at Rococo Bridal. Amanda was awesome. She knew exactly what dress was best for me, which was completely opposite of what I wanted. She helped to show me many options, leading to me finding the PERFECT dress! So this place is amazing 100% recommended especially for any bigger bride wonderful selection that you cant find at many other places and the ladies that work there are absolutely amazing made my experience the best I could have imagined

I went into Rococo very self conscious and not expecting to find something in my size that I loved and adored. I worked with Amanda and she is wonderful. She was very patient in helping me to try on all different kinds of dresses and fielding the questions of everyone who went dress shopping with me. I left with a beautiful dress that I am over the moon happy with. I highly recommend going to Rococo for all your prom and wedding dress needs.

We bought 8 bridesmaids’ dresses here all of which had to be drastically altered due to poor measurements. They were $200 each and we wound up paying another $50-$100 per dress to get them to fit correctly. We had also already signed up to get tuxes here because they were the only place in town that carried what we were looking for. The tuxes did not get in until the week of the wedding and then only ONE of ten fit correctly and one was missing the coat. The groom’s was HUGE on him and our son’s was way to small in the pants and way too big on the top. They then tried to tell us that they’d pin it and “make it work”. No! It was the groom and our son. If anyone’s fit correctly it should have been theirs. They ordered the groom a new shirt which a guest had to bring to the wedding because it got in the day of. Our son’s never did fit and looked ridiculous. I would recommend going anywhere in town but here for all wedding needs!

I went into Rococo pretty sure I was buying a different dress from a different store. Amanda was extremely helpful and kind. I ended up falling in love with a Bridal Gown and also finding bridesmaid dresses. Amanda was patient with all of our questions and was very knowledgeable, she couldnt have been any more helpful. I would recommend Rococo to anyone planning a wedding.

I dont normally post reviews but I just have to say thank you to the gals who helped me find my dream dress last Saturday. I had visited a couple of other shops in Spokane and couldnt find anything I liked in my price range. The girl that helped me at Rococo was respectful of my budget and didnt try to pressure me into spending more than I planned. One of the other stores I visited suggested I cut people from my guest list so I could use more of my wedding budget on my dress!! I want my wedding to be about having my friends and family there and Im not going to exclude people just so I can buy a more expensive dress that Ill only wear once. I found a lovely lace gown that was well within my price range. My sales person was friendly and had me laughing and enjoying myself. She even made my grandma a cup of tea.Thanks for the great experience and the gorgeous dress! I cant wait to wear it!

I had a wonderful experience at Rococo. It was my first day trying on wedding dresses and I came in very nervous. Kelly was amazing. She calmed me down and was generally just comforting, funny, and kind to me and my family throughout the appointment. Aside from taking great care of me in the dressing room, Kelly saw my vision for the wedding and knew exactly what dresses I should try. She also pushed me out of my comfort zone by putting me in a dress I never would have picked out myself but ended up LOVING completely. She is great at her job and I would recommend her to anyone.

You know its a good sign when your cheeks hurt from smiling so much. I went in Rococo Bridal to just look and came home absolutely giddy. I LOVE my wedding gown and Amanda was the sweetest and amazingly easy to work with. She was so helpful and I felt very comfortable with her to find the perfect dress. She really helped me find the one. She knew just the right questions to ask and which dresses to put me in next. I never once felt uncomfortable in any way which is saying a lot because I can be a very anxious person.The dress I originally tried on was ivory and I wanted it in white. Amanda got right on it and had a white one shipped in less than a week and met with me to try it on. We even got it in a size smaller so we will save on alterations AND she didnt even charge us for the shipping to get it here. WOW!! I didnt think it was possible to get any more excited and happy over my dress but it happened. I cant wait until my next visit. Oh and did I mention Amanda is amazing!?!?!?! Thank you Rococo I will be seeing you all again soon!!!!

Very helpful. I went in sheepishly with a maximum budget of $300. I thought Id have to turn around and just walk right back out but the girls were so helpful. They ended up having a selection of 7 dresses I could choose from! Defineitly more than I thought! Kay (I think is her name! Brunette with beautiful big eyes) was very kind. She allowed my best friend and I to walk around and look at the dresses ourselves and was very respectful of letting us try on all the dresses at our own pace. I walked out with a pretty little backyard wedding dress that I love! Totally recommend.

I came into Rococo as a bride in crisis! I had just gotten my dress back from Missoula Tailoring Services for alterations and they had shortened my inner slip 5 inches! After I had told them it didnt need to be touched. On top of that I only had about a week until my wedding date!Becky and her employees immediately started helping me figure out a way to fix the dress, and even stayed after hours to make sure I would be 100% happy with what they were planning to do to fix it.She was able to lengthen the dress to where it wasnt even noticeable that it had been shortened! She kept me updated and if something had to change from what we had previously agreed on she let me know, and told me my options to try and keep it as similar to what we had been thinking as possible.I am so incredibly thankful Becky, and everyone there went above and beyond to make sure this dress turned out the way I wanted it and in a timely manner! I almost cried when I did my final fitting because I was so happy and thankful that they helped me out of a really upsetting situation that no bride wants to experience.Thank you so much Becky and Rococo for saving this brides dress!!💖💕

I found the dress of my dreams at Rococo thanks to my bridal consultant Kelly! The environment was comfortable and I had a great time trying on dresses. Ultimately, Kelly was able to see my vision and pull the perfect dress for me. Love Rococo and would highly recommend this beautiful shop!

Long story short I drove all the way here from Vegas for my best friends wedding. Three hours into my drive I realized I forgot my dress. I called UPS and they guaranteed an overnight shipment. UPS made my life hell and sent my dress to a store that was closed; no one could help. The bride and I came in here as a last resort. Beccy was our savior. She was super patient and accommodated us wherever she could. I would definitely recommend whether you have an emergency or not.

Great place! Everyone was so helpful. There was no pressure to buy. The woman who attended me was so great with my family and knew when I really didnt like or even want to try a gown that was picked by them. Such and amazing place!

I love Amanda, who helped me pick out my dress at Rococo. She made the process so fun, backed me in a non-confrontational manner when my entourage had different opinions, and helped me say yes to a dress! Everyone who came shopping with me absolutely adored her, and it was over too soon because she made it so easy! I wouldnt have traded my experience for another one.

Oh man where do I begin? Well first off I was in desperate need last minute for a tux and was able to speak and then meet with the owner and she was able to get me suited up! She was such a wonderful person and an obvious hard worker and proud of her career. It was an easy going experience and she really did aim to make me look good and feel good about my choices. I later found out I needed to rent the tux longer and was able to speak with a phenomenal employee of theirs, Kelly. Thank you girl huge shout out to you and thank you for calming my panic haha so great I went with this place I will forever go here and tell people to go here. Oh man. This was my third and final stop of the day and I totally regret going! As soon as I walked in to the store, the women behind the counter were eating lunch and didnt miss a bite as they were getting information from me. The woman who took my measurements (who openly said she had only been working there for 1.5 months) basically sent my entourage and me to go pick out gowns. I had one gown in mind and told one girl behind the desk the designer and dress name, she said to me, oh we have many similar dresses out there, youll see. DIDNT EVEN HELP ME LOOK FOR IT! Not only did I feel like a complete inconvenience to every single employee there, I felt like I was just another woman looking for a dress, not a bride looking for her wedding gown. The woman helping me put on dresses barely knew how to get me into them! As soon as I walked out to show my family and friends, the consultant hid behind the couch and gave zero options and didnt know how to pin and set some of the veils. She spent the majority of the time putting dresses I tried on back on the racks. There was one woman (who I believe is an owner) who walked directly between my girls sitting on the couch and me standing on the stool to go into her office to get mens shoes (couldnt go around?). Speaking of the stool, it was super wobbly, had a 6 inch cushion, and was meant as an ottoman or foot stool. An employee told us, I had a FAT bride stand on our other stool and break it, so this isnt the one we normally have. I was speechless!! The same woman continued to yell at another employee across the whole store as I am standing in a wedding dress in the middle of my appointment. Everything about this appointment was rough. Completely unprofessional! Dresses that are over priced with employees who are totally horrible at making you feel beautiful or showing you options/suggestions. I am SO happy I did not find my dress here. I can only imagine the buying and altering process would be just as awful as my appointment. Seriously brides, this was a nightmare.

Needed some dresses altered, one with a time crunch... She did amazing and got us in right away. Wonderful service.

Kelly was amazing, we genuinely got along like old friends and I was able to be myself. Even during the annual sale, everyone was extremely helpful and encouraging. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Whats one of the most important things when planning a wedding to avoid Bridezilla moments? Stress Free! And Amanda at Rococo made things just that. Made every visit very fun, was very good at making you feel right at home. She was always on top of my needs, and never made me feel like just another bride. Made me feel like she had my best interest and needs at heart! We did my dress and all of our tuxes through them, they were great quality and just what we wanted. Amanda was such a life saver to our whole wedding experience. I would refer her and Rococo to anyone! Thank you for all that you did!

As a wedding planner myself in another state but from Montana, I never ever dreamed or thought I would find my wedding dress in Montana! After looking at many dresses in other states including ones way above my budget and thinking I had to have a higher end name to make me find the perfect dress. On a whim with my mom went to Rococo and found the perfect dress I never expected to find. It wasnt anything I ever thought I wanted but knew it was the one. Thanks to Kellys amazing help (her pinning of dresses is like no other!), feedback, care and time I found it. I never felt rushed and the fact I could try every dress on in the store and still have Kelly excited to try it on was a amazing. I for sure never felt that with other places that had dresses I thought I wanted because of the high end name but never felt right about. I am picky and she never made me feel difficult and really listened. The fact I am able to customize my dress to make it my own is the cherry on top as I wanted something no one else can have and found it. Kelly also has great skills for showing options with tailoring options which made a huge difference. The fact she could help me visualize what a dress 3 times too big would look like by her showing me is like no where else. Her feedback was truthful and felt trusted in her feedback. This is coming from someone who tried on over 30 dresses. Thanks Kelly and Rococo! Your a great find I never thought I would find in Montana with amazing choices, help,service and find!

Just went in for my first dress fitting ever and had the absolute BEST experience with Kelly! She made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in my post pregnancy body and as if we had been long time friends. As for the shop it’s absoluteley beautiful and well taken care of. Will definitely recommend to all my future friend brides!

I went into my appointment not at all expecting to find something I could afford that also looked amazing but I found just that. Kelly made it SUCH a fun experience and also grasped what I was looking for so well. She made sure I branched out and tried things I might not have considered before and Im so glad she did! Also as someone who doesnt make a habit of stripping down in front of strangers, Kelly made me feel extremely comfortable. I highly recommend giving Rococo a try!

It was wonderful. They opened on a Sunday and had a bottle of champange for us; just bring the orange juice. The gals were so helpful and amazing with my daughter.

Kelly is an amazing bridal/gown assistant! She has helped me every step of the way from choosing the perfect gown for my big day to helping my bridesmaids find their dresses to finding accessories for everyone. Love!!

The Bridal store is incredible, but the alterations business they are attached to leaves such an unpleasant feeling, that it negates whatever happiness was had purchasing the dress. Kathy is condescending, brusque, and she charges so little for what is begrudgingly good tailoring, because she must lose business left and right due to her attitude. Rococo would do themselves a favor using the extra space for more changing rooms rather than the lemon sour tailor ruining a brides happiness.

The ladies at Rococo are fantastic! They are always willing to help and were fantastic for us as we had last minute plans and changes. The girls ordered in our stuff within two days!

Expensive- clerk took one look at us and decided we werent worth her time heard her whisper to customer she was helping that we couldnt afford anything anyway... came back next day different woman was friendlier (not much) and we did end up buying the 350 prom dress of my daughters dreams but pissed me off they were so rude thinking we were too poor to buy anything... next year will plan better and for sure will not be spending my hard earned money there

I have been engaged for over a year now and Amanda has been with me every step of the way. I have looked at other venues for other dresses and Amanda has made dresses work for me at a reasonable price. She is a wonderful asset and i cant wait to show my hisband to be what i will look like on our special day.

I had a great time at Rococo. It was my first time trying on wedding gowns and I had no idea what I liked. Kae was amazingly patient with me while I tried on dress after dress, and she made me feel confident, relaxed and comfortable. For a small city bridal shop they have amazing selection. Larger gowns selection limited but there. Alterations are super. Provisions for short turnarounds available the girls are super nice

Rococos saved me and my dress one week before our wedding!!! Becky at Rococos and her sister were so helpful after I called frantically looking for someone to fix my very expensive wedding dress. I had previously taken my dress to a well know seamstress downtown and the woman charged me an arm and a leg to destroy my dress. I called Rococo Bridal and told them of my HUGE problem. Becky asked me to go down to the shop so she could see the dress on me. When I arrived at Rococo Bridal and tried on my dress all I could do was cry! The dress was horrible! Becky assured me she could fix the other seamstress mistake. Within 4 days my dress was finished. I arrived at the shop to try on my dream dress and once again started crying; however, this time it was tears of happiness! The work that Becky put into my dress was amazing!!! I will always recommend Rococo Bridal to all of my brides who come into the salon and any other bride I have the privilege of meeting. I received more compliments on my dress than expected! Rococos Bridal Shop was referred to me by a friend. I had a last-minute wedding and had to find a beautiful dress to fit the day on a very short time scale. But that was no problem for Rococos bridal shop! Amanda got us right in and she even picked out the dress I fell in love with! I would have never picked for myself but im so glad I tried it on! Amanda was all over the accessories! I was so blessed to have had such an amazing experience finding a dress! This place was great! I came in today withmy mom and we didnt have an appointment. They were super busy and I figured Id be out of luck but they were able to get me in to a smaller dressing room and they let me try dresses on. Eventhough the sales staff was busy with other brides they checked on me frequently and made suggestions and answered all my questions. I dont really like a lot of help and just preferred to have my mom with me so it actually worked out great. I liked that they respected my budget and didnt try to push more expensive stuff on me. I found exactly what I was looking for and was able to order it in my size for no extra charge. It was fun and easy and Im really glad I decided to check this place out. They had way more dresses than any other stores Ive been to and I didnt feel pressured or out of place just because I wear a larger size.
