Excellent in store service. Took care of my exchange with ease. The store Manger even hand delivered my new birkenstocks to my home, upon arrival to the store. Thats going above and beyond for a customer. I will definitely be returning for future shoe purchases!

Easiest purchase ever made. Salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I have always avoided this store because of the vibe. This experience has changed my mind and I will likely shop there again. I would love to give kudos to a specific Salesman but sadly I forgot his name....as we shopped a lot today.

Excellent customer service! 🤩 I never usually leave reviews for places but I just had to for my great experience! I had a bad experience with this place a few years back with previous manager/owner? Long story short I left satisfied with a new pair of shoes. Kenny and Grant were very friendly and helpful. 😃

Salesman put in the effort of a shady car salesman to persuade me to purchase an up and coming, brand new, specially designed, Swiss engineered shoes...that to my knowledge after doing research are actually crafted in Vietnam with inexpensive materials for low pay and harsh working conditions. The store might have been around a long time but i think its time it needs to go.

Was going in for a pair of boots, asked about insoles, she brings me a box, doesn’t open it, offer for me to try it on, just stands there staring at me! Needless to say, I left without shoes!

I was surprised to see even one bad review for the Trade Home store in Missoula. I was introduced to the store by a prominent podiatrist. I have been shopping there now for five years and have been very happy with competence of the staff and the excellent customer service.

We are from out of the area. We went to the mall, Ben suggested some new insoles for my shoes. Life changer. Knee pain, back pain foot pain GONE. I owe this fine young man. He was great. We ended up buying two pairs of shoes from him. Kudos to Ben, what a great member of your team. Thanks again.

We went in just before closing on a Thursday night. I had been looking for Birkenstocks and Tradehome was recommended. Im glad I went in. Kenny was super helpful and knowledgeable about the break-in and care process. Also, even though we came in as he was trying to close, Kenny didnt rush us at all. Im glad that I was able to buy my new sandals from a professional in order to get all of the information I needed.

When I bought my Alegrias (restaurant shoes) I payed more money for these due to the fact Trade Home ensured me that they could fix them for free if they ever needed repaired. Less than a year later my shoes needed repaired so I brought them in. The manager told me he would take them in to try to get them fixed but sadly the shoe repair guy couldnt fix them. Trevor the manager at Trade Home was nice enough to give me a brand new pair. Will definitely continue shopping here and am pleased with the customer service.

As a former employee here, I can speak with experience to the workplace environment and how much the management actually cares about their customers.Ive witnessed, on multiple occasions, the management returning an item for less than it was originally payed for when doing exchanges and the customers never know the difference. They essentially steal from you and as long as they distract you with, what may seem like friendly interactions, customer service and keep your attention on them, the customers will never know this is happening.I have also witnessed them taking an item that is currently on sale and changing the price to its original price when a customer comes in to exchange the pair they originally bought. They do this so that they can get more commission from the sale. When a customer returns an item, it goes against the employees commission, so the employee is encouraged to try and save the sale so that their commission isnt affected. By saving the sale, they jack up the cost of the item thats on sale. All in all, the way they sell shoes there is very similar to how used car salesmen sell used cars. Im not saying their shoes are of low quality, because they arent. What Im saying is the way they go about selling you the shoes is much like a used car salesmen would sell you a car. They stretch the truth, and even lie, about the qualities of the shoe to make them seem so fantastic that you must buy it. Perhaps the shoe might be fantastic, but not every fantastic shoe is meant for the customer. But they dont care about that, they care about how much commission they will get for selling the most expensive shoe on the lot.The workplace cleanliness was/is disgusting as some of the female employees even refused to use the bathroom that is in the back. They resorted to using the public restrooms located within the mall because they are much, much cleaner.I, cannot in good faith, recommend this place to anyone that is not knowledgeable in shoes because they will rob you blind and sell you shoes to you that you didnt even go there to get in the first place. If you wish to shop here because of the actual shoes, then by all means do so, but bring someone with you and just keep in mind that they will try befriend you in order to get you to buy what they want you to buy.I do want to reiterate that the shoes are not bad quality, management and business practices are of bad quality. It is for this reason, that I will not shop here.

The absolute worst experience in a shoe store Ive ever had. The guy working there was so pushy he pushed just right out of the store. The sad thing is my husband was really interested in a few pairs of shoes. Hubby was trying to quietly and politely tell the man that he was being too pushy. Then the salesman got upset and called my husband rude because he was being direct. I will never, ever shop there again.

I had a real weird experience. I went in and the sales guy did good helping me find the pair of Chacos I wanted but didnt have my size so I ordered them. I waited two weeks and never got a phone call so I finally called and the shoe store didnt have my name on anything but he said he found the shoes I described. This is were it got weird. He then made the comment over the phone, Did you send them in for repair? This tipped me off something was weird as I explained I paid full price for a pair of new Chacos ($109) and just needed to order them in my size. I showed up and the guy asked if I wanted to try them on so of course I said yes. He opened the box and pulled out a dirty pair of Chacos and then quickly said that he needed to run to the back to untighten the straps since they were stiff. He went to the back for 30 minutes and finally came back and said he thought those may have been used and was trying to clean them up but couldnt get them clean enough but found a pair of new ones I could have.. so they were going to try to pawn off a used returned pair of Chacos although I paid full price but luckily he couldnt clean them up enough. I am glad he came clean but this was shady to say least and concerning that he would even consider doing this. I would not recommend shopping there.
