Great help with staff goodair prices on boots, Outback coats, we purchased 2 jackets and a pair of boots.

It seems that when you buy a good pair of boots, the future necessity of needing a heel replacement ( a normal requirement) does not apply to there customer service. Either they dont wear boots, or its just a make a sale objective. If you wear boots the heals are not a repair, but a simple eventuality. Disappointed in the response from management apparently I ran out of room for my response,,go figure employees management

Justin, the manager and his staff are extremely knowledgeable about products and inventory.I ordered a pair of working boots for Christmas gift, they arrived earlier than expected. Boot Barn, had a great selection and I found exactly what I was looking for myself or gifts Throughout the years.

I went into the boot barn at 6:46pm I got treated with respect treated really well I got a very good pair of shoes the sale lady name wasTaylor she was really awesome specialy when Im going through very family hard time Taylor brightin my day and the 2 other girls they did the same I went into the boot barn last year I got treated poorly and this is to the management keep these girls are awesome skills you girls keep up the good work and Taylo r your best I lovethe shoes thank you

Excellent selection, I have a large wide foot and they had a lot of options for me in stock and you can order online if you want to as well! They have friendly staff, our dog was allowed in and they even took time to pet him which we always appreciate too. Great store, good selection of work clothes too.

The first sales associate who approached me was very friendly, the second one, not so much, she sounded rude, annoyed and I felt she was condescending to me. I should of left then. So I pick my items. I had taken a belt off the sales rack, a very nice belt, the bar code was blacked out, so I assumed it was on sale. I go to check out and my total seemed to high. I asked about the price of the belt and she responded 49.99 I said to her that I had gotten the belt on the sales side and showed her where the bar code had been blacked out. This was her response...oh well, its a good quality belt and worth it I was livid! Thats not how you solve a price dispute. Im still mad and this happened over a week ago. So, I will be going back to boot barn, only to return that belt and I will never go back again. Thanks boot barn for your super team of high quality customer service employees. I am guessing that they get a sales commission. I would of given 0 stars but I cant.

The manager Justin was awesome! Patient, nice. Really knew about picking and fitting boots. The young girl I worked with first sold me ill fitting boots and Justin came through with easy returns and fit me in boots perfect. Turns out I wear a size 12 not a 13 the young girl sold me. Im not all that upset over the young lady since Justin was real easy and pleasant to work with. I will only pick out boots with Justin from now on. Justin you saved my business for your store

We walked in hoping to get boots for a wedding. We walked out with the boots and so much more! Friendly staff and good selection to choose from.

Great set up in the store, friendly sales people and great return policy. Only compliant is they do not stock boot laces for the lace up boots they sale.

Today was my first visit to this store. Upon entering my family and I were harassed by a homeless couple loitering directly outside the front doors, asking for money quite aggressively. Upon letting store employees know, nothing was done about it. Huge safety concern both entering and exiting the store, as we have small children!!The store itself is nice, not a huge selection but it is well kept. The employees didnt impress me at all as far as customer service goes. I work retail and it was a let down, especially considering how much we spent there today. I cant say I will be going back anytime soon.

This store is in a downward spiral. Help is hard to find and prices and choice are not friendly.
